FS Casino Review: Licence, Welcome Bonus, Payouts and Player Reports

FS Casino home page with the sports, casino and esports tiles and popular games

FS Casino is the brand that Vulkan.bet became, according to TheSpike, and its own footer names Intelligent Innovations N.V. in Curaçao as owner. Next to our top online casinos for Canadian players, this FS Casino review checks the licence, bonus rules, payout tiers and player reports.

The terms shut out Ontario but not the rest of Canada. The video below is a Dutch-language FSCasino review from YouTube that walks through the bonus and free spins.

What is FS Casino?

FS Casino is an online casino and sportsbook that runs under a Curaçao licence. The FS.Casino home page lists 8,000+ titles across slots, live casino, insta games and table games, plus sports and esports betting.

Wizard of Odds says it covers casino games, sports betting, esports, tournaments and regular promotions, with a Predictions section as well. LCB calls it an all-in-one betting platform that puts casino, sports and esports in one place.

Casino Guru classes FS Casino as a medium-sized online casino and estimates its yearly revenue at more than $1,000,000. The home page also lists 20 currencies, including EUR and USD, and an interface in English, German, Polish, Japanese and Spanish. Support comes by live chat, open 24/7, and by e-mail.

Is FS Casino the old Vulkan.bet under a new name?

Some sources say yes, but the casino never says so itself. TheSpike writes that the same company has rebranded to FS.Casino, while a text search of 17 saved fs.casino pages finds no mention of Vulkan.bet.

AskGamblers’ payment heading reads “Payment Information and Options at Vulkan.bet Casino”. Four of the five complaints on its FS Casino page carry the Vulkan.bet title. newcasino.ai disagrees, calling the casino a new launch with no record of an earlier regime.

No source we checked shows an operator statement or switch date. Treat the rebrand as likely but unconfirmed. The FS Casino home page calls the site a launch, not a rebrand, so ask live chat if the old name matters to you.

FS Casino promotions page with the first deposit and casino welcome bonuses
The FS Casino promotions page lists the first deposit bonus and the casino welcome bonus.

Who is the company behind FS Casino?

Intelligent Innovations N.V., a company registered in Curaçao. The FS.Casino footer says that company owns and operates the site, under registration number 142065.

Casino Guru, AskGamblers and LCB name that company as owner, and newcasino.ai names it as operator. Casino Guru lists it as operator too. The terms add Verbenaz Limited, registration number HE 385376, a Cyprus company. It manages payments as an authorised agent for its parent, Intelligent Innovations N.V.

Three review sites disagree about who owns FS Casino. Mr Gamble lists Maxent Limited, OnlineCasinoReports lists Max Ent Limited, and TheSpike lists Verbenaz Limited. The terms name only Intelligent Innovations N.V. and Verbenaz Limited, and the privacy notice says the website is operated by Intelligent Innovations N.V.

Which licence covers FS Casino?

A Curaçao licence. The casino’s footer says Intelligent Innovations N.V. is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Authority. The licence number is printed there too.

Casino Guru lists the Curaçao licence as verified in its licensing authorities row and repeats the footer’s number, as does Mr Gamble. AskGamblers names the regulator but shows no licence number. newcasino.ai says the licence was issued to the company in November, and that FS Casino holds no Malta, UK or EU licence.

TheSpike and OnlineCasinoReports add a Malta Gaming Authority licence, but newcasino.ai calls that claim false. LCB says the licence seal appeared to show an expired status. For background, read our page on Curaçao-licensed casinos in Canada.

How do you look up the FS Casino licence?

Read the licence number in the footer, then search it on the regulator’s public register. The Curaçao authority’s site, cga.cw, showed us no reachable register page, so we could not confirm the status ourselves.

Casino Guru shows the licence as verified, and newcasino.ai says it checked the register. LCB’s seal check points the other way. The footer also carries an ABC ADR seal, but that is a dispute-body seal, not a gambling licence.

Sources spell the regulator’s name differently. The footer says Curaçao Gaming Control Authority, the complaints policy says Curaçao Gaming Authority, and AskGamblers says Curacao Gaming Control Board. Search for the FS Casino number, not the name, and ask live chat to confirm the status before you deposit.

Can players in Canada sign up at FS Casino?

Yes, except in Ontario. Canada is not on the exclusion list in the FS.Casino terms, and newcasino.ai says the site is open across Canada apart from Ontario.

Wizard of Odds and LCB both say FS Casino accepts players from Canada, and Mr Gamble lists Canada among its allowed countries. Casino Guru shows CAD among the currencies and Interac among 44 payment methods. AskGamblers lists Interac for both deposits and withdrawals.

Player accounts vary. One Trustpilot reviewer from Canada says phone access stopped after a 25 $ deposit. One Casino Guru reviewer from Canada says payouts to the deposit method arrived in a few hours. No source we checked shows Canada-specific tax or KYC terms, so ask live chat first.

Which provinces or countries does FS Casino exclude?

Ontario is the only Canadian province the terms name. Clause 4.4 of the FS.Casino terms refuses accounts from a long list of countries, and says the list can change with or without notice. Canada itself is not on it.

No source we checked names any other restricted province. Wizard of Odds lists Ontario as unsupported, and LCB excludes Ontario residents from its no deposit and exclusive offers. Hiding your location with a VPN or proxy lets FS Casino close the account and void bets, bonuses and winnings, under clause 11.9. Countries named include:

  • The United States of America, Great Britain and the United Kingdom
  • Australia, India and the Russian Federation
  • Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden
  • Malta, Cyprus and Curacao
  • Turkey, Ukraine, Serbia and Singapore

Is FS Casino regulated anywhere in Canada?

No source we checked shows a Canadian regulator covering FS Casino. Its licence comes from Curaçao, and its terms refuse accounts in Ontario.

The Ontario exclusion is the one Canadian rule the casino’s terms name. Our page on Ontario’s online gambling laws covers the rules in that province in more detail. The terms are governed by Curaçao law, and the English text prevails.

The complaints policy says the Curaçao authority does not step into individual disputes between players and operators. Players can still report breaches to it. Unresolved cases go to ABC ADR after the internal procedure. Keep your chat logs and screenshots, because FS Casino’s terms say the server records act as the final authority in a dispute.

When did FS Casino open?

The sources disagree on the opening date. The FS.Casino home page gives the newest launch date, while Casino Guru, AskGamblers, TheSpike and OnlineCasinoReports each give an older year.

newcasino.ai and Mr Gamble agree with the home page and give the newest date. newcasino.ai adds that the casino has no payout history of its own yet. Casino Guru and AskGamblers show the same Established year, while TheSpike and OnlineCasinoReports give two older ones.

AskGamblers also lists complaints on its FS Casino page, under the Vulkan.bet name, that are older than the launch date on the home page. That supports the rebrand theory, yet no operator statement confirms it. For a firm date, ask live chat before you rely on any one source.

Does FS Casino belong to a larger casino group?

Yes, say newcasino.ai and LCB. newcasino.ai places FS Casino in the same Curaçao family as Ice Casino and V.Vegas, and LCB lists six sister casinos.

The LCB sister list names Ice Casino, Vulkan Vegas and Slotoro, plus three other casinos. The V.Partners affiliate programme lists FS casino among seven brands, including Slotoro, Ice Casino and V.Vegas, and gives it the tagline “Play Hard. Bet Smart”. AskGamblers names V.Partners as the casino’s affiliate programme.

newcasino.ai adds that the casino is sold through the same affiliate programme. The casino’s own terms name only Intelligent Innovations N.V. and Verbenaz Limited, so the group link comes from third parties. One LCB support thread, with 181 replies, covers FS and several sister brands together.

What domains does FS Casino run on?

FS Casino’s main domain is fs.casino. Its home page offers language paths for English, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese and Russian, and the same site also answers on fs1.casino and fscasino-pl.com.

TheSpike gives fs1.casino/en as the homepage. The fscasino-pl.com footer only says the site is licensed by Curacao. That domain is the alternate address the home page declares for small screens. Mr Gamble gives fscasino.com, which our fetch followed through tracking redirects to a loader page on fsgowin.com.

That loader page then pointed to a sign-up page on fs1.casino. Opened without tracking codes, fsgowin.com returned only the words Bad request. Type fs.casino yourself instead of following ad links. The vulkan.bet address fails a certificate check, and vulkanbet.com is listed for sale.

What is the FS Casino Safety Index on Casino Guru?

It is 8.0, a High rating. Casino Guru also shows user feedback as Mixed from 14 reviews and sizes the casino as Medium.

Casino Guru rates the terms Fair with one issue found, rates the complaints ratio Good, and lists no blacklists. The issue it flags is that bonus policy and related restrictions may apply even after wagering is met. It also shows a Real Games Certified mark from Gamecheck.

Its complaint figures differ on the same page. One block shows 144 complaints in total, with 53 resolved and 89 rejected, while the text counts 2 complaints and 409 black points. A Guru AI summary says deposits at FS Casino were fast, but many players found withdrawals slow.

How do Trustpilot users rate FS Casino?

Poorly. Trustpilot shows FS Casino at 2.4 (Poor) from 11 reviews, with 91% giving one star and 9% giving five stars. Two, three and four stars each hold 0%.

Trustpilot notes that the casino has not replied to negative reviews, and marks the profile as claimed. Our saved capture shows only five of the 11 reviews, so six remain unseen by us.

One Trustpilot reviewer says more than 20 compliant ID images were rejected in 30 days, with no other way to verify. Another says the casino permanently banned them after a big win. A third says verification kept being rejected at withdrawal. A fourth says a bank-card check failed and support ignores them. These are single accounts, not proof.

What verdict does AskGamblers give FS Casino?

A middling one. AskGamblers gives FS Casino a CasinoRank of 6.3/10 and a Player Rating of 5.3/10 from 4 reviews.

AskGamblers lists 5 complaints, with 2 of 5 resolved and an average response time of 2 days. The average complaint lasts 5 days, versus 8 for all operators. Most fall in the Payment category. It lists the casino type as Instant Play, Live Casino, Mobile, Sports and Crypto Casino.

It shows deposit and withdrawal fees as No, but also no RNG testing and no public RTP audit. One player gave 1/10, saying the casino advertises no maximum win but applied a “max transfer” and refused to pay the full win. Two others gave 9/10 and 10/10 and praised the bonuses.

How do LCB and Mr Gamble rate FS Casino?

LCB gives FS Casino 3.4 out of 5, and Mr Gamble shows no player reviews yet. The LCB score rests on 3 comments and 15 votes, and the site is rated 153 of 1740 casinos reviewed.

That is a small crowd, so read 3.4 as a rough mood, not a firm verdict. LCB also lists the licence status as the first of six disadvantages, because the seal on the site appears to show an expired status.

Mr Gamble says no player has reviewed FS Casino yet, so there is no player voice to read there. It does list Canada among its allowed countries. It names Maxent Limited as the owner, while the casino’s own footer names Intelligent Innovations N.V.

What does Wizard of Odds say about FS Casino?

Wizard of Odds does not endorse FS Casino. It grades the minimum deposit A++ and the minimum withdrawal A-, but gives cashout times an E- and the cashout limit an E++.

The pattern is clear. Wizard of Odds likes the low entry cost, listing a €5 minimum deposit. It marks down how fast and how much you can take out. It says KYC takes up to 3 business days, e-wallets up to 48 hours and bank transfers up to 5 business days.

For Canadians, Wizard of Odds says FS Casino accepts players from Canada but not from Ontario, and it lists Interac in its banking table. It also says there is no telephone support line, while TheSpike lists a number.

Which complaints show up most for FS Casino?

Slow withdrawals and closed accounts come up most. Casino Guru lists complaints about delayed verification, late payouts and shut accounts, and AskGamblers says most of its complaints sit in the Payment category.

AskGamblers shows 5 complaints about FS Casino, with 2 resolved. Casino Guru’s summary says deposits were fast, but many players had slow withdrawals and trouble receiving their funds. Its complaint titles also include an account closed over alleged bonus abuse (€3,402). Casino Guru also flags bonus restrictions that may apply even after wagering is met.

Trustpilot adds the verification side. One Trustpilot reviewer says more than 20 compliant images were rejected in 30 days, with no other way to verify. That is one player’s account, not a finding.

How has FS Casino handled player disputes?

Results are mixed. AskGamblers shows 2 of 5 complaints resolved, with an average response time of 2 days. Casino Guru’s complaint block lists 144 complaints: 53 resolved, 89 rejected and 2 opened.

Elsewhere, Casino Guru says it holds 2 complaints about FS Casino and gives the casino 409 black points because of them. The two figures do not match, and no source explains why. Trustpilot adds that the casino hasn’t replied to negative reviews.

FS Casino’s complaints policy promises an acknowledgement within one week and a resolution in up to 4 weeks. Send complaints to complaints@fs.casino within six months, then to ABC ADR if the internal step fails. The policy adds that the Curaçao regulator does not step into individual disputes.

Is FS Casino safe to deposit with?

Mostly yes, with open questions. Casino Guru gives FS Casino a Safety Index of 8.0 (High), and newcasino.ai scores safety 8/10. LCB, however, says the licence seal appears to be expired.

The casino says the Curaçao Gaming Control Authority licenses it, and the number is shown in the site footer. A public regulator register page was not reachable for us, so the status is unconfirmed here. TheSpike claims a Malta licence too, while newcasino.ai calls that claim false.

AskGamblers says RTP is not publicly audited and lists RNG tested as No, and OnlineCasinoReports notes no eCOGRA verification. Casino Guru says Gamecheck found no fake games, under the Vulkan.bet name. newcasino.ai advises you to upload your KYC documents before the first deposit.

What does the FS Casino welcome offer include?

Up to €1,000 and 400 free spins over four deposits. The FS.Casino home page shows the package total as “Up to 480%” across those four steps.

Each step adds a match bonus of up to €250 plus free spins on a named slot. The match grows from 100% on the first deposit to 150% on the fourth. The FS.Casino promotions page shows “Casino welcome bonus, Up to €1,000, 400 freespins”.

FS Casino’s own pages say the package needs manual activation in your profile before you deposit. The home page tells you to check the Promotions section first. The promotions page also shows a first-deposit offer of up to €500 with a sports image. Check which of the two you are claiming.

Why does the FS Casino welcome offer look different on each site?

Because the offer depends on your profile and on the source. The FS.Casino bonus terms say a bonus not meant for you is not displayed. newcasino.ai says the offer is set in the cashier and can change.

Review sites list different versions. OnlineCasinoReports lists up to $1000 plus 100 free spins over three deposits, and TheSpike shows a sports offer of 200% up to $250. Mr Gamble lists Canada tiers in CA$, such as 125% up to CA$300 on the second deposit.

The FS Casino pages seen from outside Canada show euros, and no source we checked shows an official welcome offer in Canadian dollars. Ask live chat which version your account gets before you deposit.

What bonus comes with the first FS Casino deposit?

The first step doubles your deposit up to €250 and adds 70 free spins on Gates of Olympus. The FS.Casino home page sets the minimum deposit for this step at €5.

A €250 deposit would earn the full €250 match. Wizard of Odds lists the same offer with a maximum cashout of 3 times the deposit, and AskGamblers shows 40xb wagering on it. FS Casino also caps free spin winnings at €100 on its home page.

Mr Gamble shows a Canada version of this first step: 100% up to CA$250 plus 30 free spins. The spin count differs from the 70 on the home page, so confirm which one your account shows. The bonus terms say real money is staked first.

What do the next FS Casino deposits add to the package?

Each later FS Casino deposit raises both the match and the spin count. The FS.Casino home page lists 110%, 120% and 150% matches, each capped at €250, with 90, 100 and 140 free spins.

The minimum deposit also rises from €10 to €15 by the fourth step. Together the four steps reach 400 free spins. Wizard of Odds and LCB name Gates of Olympus for the fourth step, while the home page and Mr Gamble name Sweet Bonanza.

  • Second: 110% up to €250, 90 free spins on Joker Stoker, from €10.
  • Third: 120% up to €250, 100 free spins on 3×3 Hold the Spin, from €10.
  • Fourth: 150% up to €250, 140 free spins on Sweet Bonanza, from €15.

What is the minimum deposit for the FS Casino welcome bonus?

It starts at €5 for the first step, according to the FS.Casino home page. The next steps ask for €10, €10 and €15.

Your payment method may change that number. The home page puts the Visa and Mastercard minimum at €10, and FS Casino’s terms give 10 USD for Visa or MasterCard. No source we checked says which minimum wins when a card pays for the bonus. Check the cashier or ask live chat.

Other sources split too. AskGamblers’ text says the minimum deposit is $10, although its bonus card shows €5, while Wizard of Odds and Mr Gamble give €5. In the home page table, MiFinity and Piastrix start at €5, and Bitcoin and Ethereum at €20.

What playthrough applies to FS Casino bonus money?

40 times the bonus amount. The FS.Casino home page gives an example: a €100 bonus needs €4,000 in total turnover before a withdrawal can start.

FS Casino applies the same x40 to free spin winnings, says the home page. The FS.Casino bonus terms say slots count 100%, while table games and all types of roulette count 15%. Mr Gamble lists blackjack and roulette at 10% and other table games at 5%. Wizard of Odds shows 267 times wagering on table games.

newcasino.ai tells readers to check whether 40× runs on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus. On a €200 match, that means €8,000 or €16,000 of turnover. OnlineCasinoReports writes the wager as 40x on bonus plus deposit.

What is the top bet allowed with an active FS Casino bonus?

The top bet is 5 CAD per spin while you play with bonus money, according to the FS.Casino bonus terms. The limit includes doubling.

FS Casino’s bonus terms set the same limit, 5, for EUR, USD, CAD and CHF accounts. Other currencies have their own caps, such as 10 for NZD, 20 for PLN, 40 for DKK and 100 for MXN. newcasino.ai lists a €5 max bet for the FS Casino welcome offer, and LCB shows €5 on its exclusive offers.

Breaking the limit has a hard penalty. The terms say it can cancel all your balances, real and bonus, or close the account. Check the limit for your account currency before the first spin.

How many days do FS Casino bonuses stay active?

Five days. The FS.Casino bonus terms say bonuses and free spins must be wagered within 5 days or they are voided automatically. An offer can state another period.

For the welcome package, the FS.Casino bonuses page adds two clocks. FS Casino says you must activate it within five days of registration. You then have exactly five days after receiving the funds to finish all wagering.

Some offers set their own period, and the bonus terms allow that. The FS.Casino sports page lists a Friday sports bonus that stays valid for 10 days. Withdrawing before the wagering is done forfeits all bonus balances. Mr Gamble also gives 5 days to clear the welcome offer, matching the casino.

Which games are blocked for FS Casino bonus play?

Sports, esports, live casino, TV BET, instant games and crash games are blocked, says the FS.Casino bonus policy. Table games and all types of roulette count only 15%.

FS Casino’s bonus policy also holds lists of banned games and providers, but they did not load in the copy we fetched. No source we checked names those games. Ask live chat for the current list before you play.

The pages disagree on crash games. The bonus policy blocks them, while the FS.Casino crash page says their wagering contribution matches standard slot play. Follow the bonus policy, the stricter rule. The terms also warn that large real-money bets, then a switch to casino games to wager a bonus, lose both balances.

Does FS Casino limit how much you can win from a bonus?

Yes, on the welcome offer. The FS.Casino bonuses page caps what you can move to real money at three times your original deposit. Free spin winnings stop at €100.

Sources split on the multiple. Wizard of Odds shows a cash-out of three times the deposit, but newcasino.ai lists roughly five times. LCB shows five times the bonus amount on a separate exclusive offer.

FS Casino also caps sports and esports wins at 50,000 USD per bet, in its terms. Casino Guru lists “No win limit”, yet one AskGamblers reviewer says a “max transfer” stopped a full payout. No source we checked shows a casino win cap in the terms, so ask live chat before you deposit.

Is there an FS Casino no deposit bonus?

Yes, but only at times. The FS.Casino bonuses page says the casino occasionally sends a no deposit bonus to its most active members through e-mail campaigns or VIP management.

LCB lists a 75-spin no deposit offer on Lucky Streak 3 with 35 times wagering, a €50 maximum cash-out and a €5 maximum bet. It needs a code and is not open to Ontario residents. FS Casino’s own games page also mentions periodic promotions such as a €5 freebet or €7 cash, needing only phone verification.

Mr Gamble lists “No free spins without a deposit” as a con, so ask live chat before you count on any no deposit offer. To compare other casinos, browse our free spins offers for Canadian players.

Where do FS Casino free spins get played?

On set slots that change with each deposit step. The FS.Casino home page ties the four welcome deposits to Gates of Olympus, Joker Stoker, 3×3 Hold the Spin and Sweet Bonanza, in order.

Those steps give 70, 90, 100 and 140 spins. Wizard of Odds and LCB name Gates of Olympus for the fourth step instead of Sweet Bonanza, so check the cashier before you deposit.

FS Casino credits spin winnings to the bonus balance with 40 times wagering, and the FS.Casino bonuses page values weekly spins at €0.20. The bonus terms also say promotional spins are given in Gold of Sirens from Evoplay at a €0.2 bet. You must first make one paid spin there with real money.

How does the FS Casino cashback deal work?

It pays back 5% of your net losses every Monday. The FS.Casino site shows a cap of €2,000 and asks for deposits of at least €20 during the week.

The sum is deposits minus withdrawals, prizes, unsettled bets and balance, times 5%. It is credited at 00:00 GMT with 2 times wagering, while Wizard of Odds adds 13 times wagering on table games. Mr Gamble lists “No cashback on losses” as a con, so confirm the deal in live chat.

FS Casino also has Forge Bear, a separate weekly cashback shown as “up to €1,000” for players on the mobile app. You claim it on Tuesday, from 00:00 to 23:59 (UTC+0), or the balance resets. Sources disagree on whether the app exists.

Which reload bonuses does FS Casino run each week?

At least four, all with 40 times wagering. The FS.Casino home page lists Wednesday, Friday, Highroller on Monday and an app-only weekly bonus.

FS Casino’s home page says Friday needs a €10 deposit, but its roulette page says €50. AskGamblers shows a different weekly reload: 100% up to €1,000 plus 60 bonus spins from €50. The home page lists a Sprint bonus of up to 200%, but the bonuses page describes a 75% match up to €300.

  • Wednesday: up to 125% plus 75 free spins, from €10.
  • Friday: up to 150% plus 100 free spins, from €10 on the home page.
  • Monday Highroller: 200% plus 100 free spins, from €100.
  • App weekly: up to 120% plus 50 free spins, from €5.

What tournaments does FS Casino host?

Three weekly tournaments of €2,000 each, plus bigger provider specials. The FS.Casino tournaments page lists Weekstart Clash, Midweek Rush and Weekend Tournament, with prizes always paid in euros.

Weekstart Clash runs Monday to Tuesday, Midweek Rush Wednesday to Thursday and Weekend Tournament Friday to Sunday. Every €1 of winning in a round equals one point, and prizes go to your real balance. Demo play does not count, and there is no entry fee beyond your minimum bet.

The same page shows a Halloween Tournament with a prize fund of 10,000 marked live. FS Casino also joins network promotions such as the Spinomenal Spinoleague, with a €12,000,000 overall prize pool. The page text calls Endorphina Exclusive (€5,000) active, yet its card list marks it finished.

How is the FS Casino loyalty scheme structured?

No source we checked shows the loyalty levels. The FS.Casino pages we checked show no loyalty page, level names or percentages, so the structure is unclear.

TheSpike says players earn points from betting, which can be swapped for free bets or bonus funds. LCB says there is “no structured loyalty program based on points or tier progression”. Wizard of Odds sees no visible levels or long VIP ladder. OnlineCasinoReports lists “VIP Clubs” and a “long-term loyalty programme” among incentives.

The only official trace is the Forge Bear page. FS Casino says its reward depends on “your loyalty program level”, and a higher level means a higher reward. Ask live chat which level you hold before you count on it.

What do FS Casino VIP players receive?

A personal account manager, exclusive bonus deals and a dedicated VIP support chat, according to LCB. The FS.Casino bonuses page mentions “personalized VIP management” only as a way to send no deposit offers.

TheSpike disagrees and says “there isn’t a traditional VIP program”, while Mr Gamble describes a VIP club with “extra perks as you level up”. No source names the VIP levels or what each one pays.

High-stakes players have the Highroller bonus, which gives 200% plus 100 free spins on Mondays from a €100 deposit. The casino’s card games page says live table limits can reach €5,000 or more on VIP streams. FS Casino has no official VIP page we could find, so ask live chat how to join.

Does FS Casino have a bonus wheel or loot boxes?

It has a Wheel of Fortune, but no loot boxes turned up. The FS.Casino home page menu lists Wheel of Fortune and Forge Bear, and no source we checked shows a loot box or mystery box.

The wheel page promises cash up to €15, a €15 freebet, 50 free spins or a respin, with bet multipliers from X1 to X10. The bonuses page lists €1, €3, €5 or €15 cash credits. Logged-out visitors see no wheel.

FS Casino says registered players reach the wheel through a participation points tab, not deposits. The site’s interface text holds a message that a paid spin deducts a sum from your balance. The Forge Bear terms did not load, so ask live chat.

Do you need a code for FS Casino promotions?

No, not for the welcome package or the weekly reloads. The FS.Casino bonuses page says those offers need no code. A code from social media or affiliates goes in at sign-up or in the cashier.

The sign-up form has a promo code field. The FS.Casino terms say a code must be activated before you deposit. It covers the first deposit after you redeem it, and you need a confirmed e-mail. Using several codes on one deposit counts as abuse.

Some partner offers do need one: LCB says its 75-spin no deposit offer and its exclusive reload offer both require a code. FS Casino’s welcome package also needs manual activation in your profile before you deposit. We print no codes here.

Does FS Casino offer a sports welcome bonus?

Yes, a two-step one. The FS.Casino sports page shows 200% up to €250 on your first sports deposit and 150% up to €250 on the second. Each comes with a €5 freebet and a €10 minimum.

Wagering is 10 times. Singles need odds of at least 1.95, and accumulators need two or more events, each at odds of at least 1.4. It stays valid for five days from activation. LCB writes the wagering as 10x(b+d).

Mr Gamble says e-wallet deposits such as Skrill and Neteller do not qualify. The FS.Casino promotions page shows a first deposit bonus of “Up to €500” with a sports image, a different figure. FS Casino’s casino bonuses cannot be wagered on sports, so keep the two apart.

How big is the FS Casino games lobby?

Over 8,000 titles, according to the FS.Casino home page. It describes slots, live casino, instant games and table games, with over a hundred instant games.

Third parties disagree widely. AskGamblers says more than 9,400 titles, TheSpike shows 7,957 slots, LCB shows 3,994 slots, OnlineCasinoReports says 3,539 games and Mr Gamble says around 500. No source we checked explains the gaps, so treat every total as a claim.

The lobby rails seen from Greece showed 6,311 slots, 501 bonus-buy games, 104 instant games, 78 table games, 59 roulettes and 11 live games. Casino Guru lists 14 available game types. AskGamblers says more than 60 live games, while Mr Gamble says live casino is not available. FS Casino’s counts may differ in Canada.

Which software studios work with FS Casino?

Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Endorphina, Amatic, Spinomenal and Gamzix, which the FS.Casino home page calls its primary partners. Its footer also shows logos from Thunderkick, Habanero, Spribe and Push Gaming.

Casino Guru counts titles from 73 providers, including NetEnt, Yggdrasil Gaming, Red Tiger Gaming, Betsoft Gaming and Evoplay. Wizard of Odds says over 80, while OnlineCasinoReports says 30 providers and Mr Gamble says 10. The provider pages say Endorphina has 94 slots and Amatic 87.

For live dealer tables, AskGamblers names Evolution Gaming, but the lobby seen from Greece showed Ezugi, Swintt and 7Mojos tables. Pragmatic Play is a named partner, yet the 14-game Megaways category shows none of the Pragmatic Megaways titles that FS Casino’s text names.

Which FS Casino slots get the most attention?

Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Book of Dead show up across several sources. The FS.Casino home page names six popular slots. They are Gates of Olympus 1000, Book of Dead, Sweet Bonanza, Hell Hot 100, Big Bass Splash and 3×3 Hold the Spin.

Casino Guru lists Gates of Olympus first, then Sugar Rush and Sweet Bonanza. LCB rates Book of Dead 5/5 and Book of Ra Deluxe 4.7/5. AskGamblers says RTP is “Not publicly audited”, so treat FS Casino’s own figures below as its claim:

  • Gates of Olympus 1000: RTP 96.50%, high volatility.
  • Book of Dead: RTP 96.21%, high volatility.
  • Hell Hot 100: RTP 96.07%, high volatility.
  • Sweet Bonanza 1000: a stated top win of 25,000x.

Are there jackpot slots at FS Casino?

Not clearly, because sources disagree. Casino Guru, Mr Gamble and OnlineCasinoReports point to jackpot slots, while AskGamblers says FS Casino has no progressive jackpots. The casino’s own lobby menu has no Jackpots category.

Casino Guru lists Jackpot games among the game types and counts progressive jackpot slots as a plus. OnlineCasinoReports names one progressive title, Wolf Blaze WOWPOT Megaways. Mr Gamble says progressive jackpots are in the mix.

The FS.Casino slots page lists Crown Coins as having Fixed Jackpots in its max-win table. No source we checked gives a jackpot game count. Search for a title by name, or ask live chat before you deposit. Treat any jackpot claim as unconfirmed until you see the game itself.

Does FS Casino stock bonus buy and Megaways slots?

Yes, both. The FS.Casino category pages show 501 games under Buy feature and 14 under Megaways, so FS Casino leans far more toward bonus buy. These counts come from a lobby viewed in Greece.

Bonus buy examples on the lobby include Sweet Bonanza 1000, Gates of Olympus and Baba Yaga Tales. A separate Feature Booster category lets you buy a bonus round or raise the odds of triggering one. Its category page shows 28 games, the home page over 40.

Megaways titles on the category page include Atlantis Megaways, Gods Of Asgard Megaways and Pirate Kingdom Megaways. Text on the casino’s pages also names Pragmatic Play titles such as Buffalo King Megaways, but the 14-game shelf does not list them.

What can you play in the FS Casino live dealer lobby?

Roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows. The FS.Casino home page names Speed Auto Roulette, PowerUp Roulette, Infinite Blackjack, Speed Baccarat, Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Mega Wheel. It says live roulette has over 20 variants.

At FS Casino, the lobby rail counts 11 live games. Tiles come from Ezugi, Swintt and 7Mojos, such as Speed Roulette, Dragon Tiger and Odds Up Roulette. AskGamblers instead says more than 60 live games, and Mr Gamble says the casino has no live casino.

The card games page says table limits can begin at €0.10 on automated software and reach €5,000 or more on VIP live streams. Live lobbies have no demo mode, and the bonus terms bar bonus wagering on Live Casino.

Does FS Casino carry crash games and instant wins?

Yes, both. FS Casino counts 18 games on its crash rail, while its crash page says more than 20. The Insta games category shows 104 titles.

The crash rail names Aviator, Magnify Man, High Striker, Save The Hamster and Christmas Crash. The Insta games category adds Plinko Rush, Olympus Plinko and Diamond Mines. The crash page says most titles start at €0.10 per round and calls rounds provably fair on supported titles, Aviator and JetX.

Read the bonus rules before you play with bonus money. The bonus terms say casino bonuses cannot be wagered on Crash Games or Insta games. The crash page says crash play counts the same as slots. Treat the bonus terms as the stricter reading.

Can you play FS Casino games for free first?

Yes, on most slots. The casino page on FS.Casino says demo mode covers the majority of its slot library, and live dealer lobbies have no demo.

No source we checked says whether FS Casino lets you open a demo without an account. Try a slot, and ask live chat if it asks you to sign in. Demo play does not count in tournaments, which need a real balance, says the FS.Casino tournaments page.

The bonuses page says no deposit offers occasionally go to its most active members through email or VIP management. The casino page mentions a €5 freebet or €7 cash that needs phone verification. Mr Gamble lists no free spins without a deposit as a drawback.

Does FS Casino take sports bets?

Yes, FS Casino runs a sportsbook. The FS.Casino about page lists pre-match and live bets, as single, multiple and system bets. The home page opens with tiles for Sports, Casino and Esports.

At fetch time the sports page showed live counts of 52 football, 48 tennis and 16 basketball events. The esports page listed Counter-Strike, Valorant and Dota 2. Odds come in decimal, fractional and American formats. LCB adds a Predictions section.

The sports page shows a welcome offer of 200% up to €250 plus a €5 free bet, with 10x wagering and a €10 minimum. The terms cap winnings on one sports or esports bet at 50,000 USD. Mr Gamble says Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify.

How do you pay into an FS Casino account from Canada?

With a card, an e-wallet, a voucher, a coin or, per several sources, Interac. Casino Guru counts 44 payment methods, and the FS.Casino home page table shows minimum deposits from €5 to €20.

The slots page lists Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, Piastrix, Jeton, Flexepin, bank transfer and coins. No payment list we checked names AstroPay, but our page on AstroPay casinos in Canada shows where that wallet is taken.

No source we checked gives Canada-specific payment terms, so ask live chat which method suits your province. The casino page says to activate a welcome offer in your profile first. The terms say FS Casino pays out only by the method you deposited with.

Is Interac available at FS Casino?

Probably, yes. Five review sites list Interac, and the FS.Casino home page shows an Interac logo in its footer payment strip. Mr Gamble and OnlineCasinoReports leave it out. Treat Interac as likely, not certain.

AskGamblers and Wizard of Odds list Interac for both deposits and withdrawals. The payment table on the home page has no Interac row, and no source we checked states Interac minimums, maximums or payout times. Ask FS Casino live chat for those figures before you send money.

If Interac is your main way to pay, our list of Interac casinos in Canada shows other sites that take it. Start with a small deposit, because the terms say you must withdraw by the method you used to deposit.

Can you fund FS Casino with a credit or debit card?

Yes, FS Casino takes Visa and Mastercard. The FS.Casino home page table shows a €10 minimum deposit and a €100,000 maximum for cards. Wizard of Odds lists Visa credit, Mastercard credit and Mastercard debit.

Cards are capped on the way out. The same table gives a €10 minimum withdrawal, a €450 maximum and 2-5 business days. The bonuses page says up to 2 business days for amounts up to $300.

The KYC policy asks for a photo of the payment card with the cardholder name visible. The terms refuse third-party deposits, so use a card in your own name. Other casinos that take cards are in our Visa casinos in Canada list.

Which e-wallets does FS Casino support?

Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Piastrix and Jeton. The FS.Casino home page table gives each pair its own limits, and the sports page adds MuchBetter.

Skrill and Neteller take €10 to €50,000 per deposit and pay out up to €5,000. MiFinity and Piastrix start at €5 and pay out up to €2,500. Jeton, paired with Flexepin, takes up to €10,000 and pays out up to €2,000. FS Casino sets €10 as the lowest withdrawal.

Payout speed is disputed. The home page says under 24 hours, and the bonuses page says up to 2 business days. Wizard of Odds says up to 48 hours, while AskGamblers says 3-5 days. If you prefer Jeton, our page on Jeton casinos for Canadians covers other sites.

Which coins can you use at FS Casino?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Toncoin, according to the casino’s own pages. The terms, however, say anonymous payment instruments, cryptocurrencies included, are not accepted.

The FS.Casino bonuses page lists USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE and TON, with payouts typically within 24 hours. The home page table shows a €20 minimum for Bitcoin and Ethereum, no deposit maximum and a €5,000 withdrawal maximum. Casino Guru also lists Tron and USD Coin.

Other sources clash. Mr Gamble says there are no crypto payments, and OnlineCasinoReports says Bitcoin cannot be used. Ask FS Casino live chat which coins your account accepts, and compare sites that clearly take them in our Bitcoin casinos in Canada list. Treat coins as unconfirmed until chat replies.

Does FS Casino accept Canadian dollars?

Yes, according to most sources. Casino Guru and AskGamblers list CAD, and FS Casino’s own currency list includes Canadian dollar. OnlineCasinoReports lists only euro, US dollar and Russian rouble.

Choose the currency at sign-up, because the crash page says it cannot be changed afterward. The sports page names EUR as the default registration currency. The bonus terms cap a bonus-money bet at 5 EUR/USD/CAD/CHF per spin.

The official bonus pages we checked show euro amounts only. Mr Gamble lists separate Canadian offers, such as 100% up to CA$250 plus 30 free spins. The casino’s own pages show no CAD welcome bonus. Withdrawals in other currencies use the USD rate at the time of the request, say the terms.

What deposit limits does FS Casino set?

It sets them by method: minimums run from €5 to €20, and maximums from €10,000 up to no limit. These figures come from the FS.Casino home page payment table, listed below.

You can also ask for a limit of your own. The home page claims daily or monthly deposit limits in account settings. The responsible gambling page says a funds limit starts with an email request. AskGamblers says the deposit limit tool exists. Ask FS Casino live chat to set one before you deposit.

  • Visa and Mastercard: €10 minimum, €100,000 maximum
  • Neteller and Skrill: €10 minimum, €50,000 maximum
  • MiFinity and Piastrix: €5 minimum, €20,000 maximum
  • Jeton and Flexepin: €10 minimum, €10,000 maximum
  • Bitcoin and Ethereum: €20 minimum, no maximum

Are there fees on FS Casino deposits?

No, not from the casino. The FS.Casino sports page says it does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider or bank might add transaction or currency conversion fees.

AskGamblers also shows no deposit or withdrawal fees. The catch comes at cash-out. The bonuses page says FS Casino may withhold a 20% processing fee, minimum €0.50, when your total turnover is less than twice your deposit.

The terms also allow a fee equal to the casino’s own costs on withdrawing money you did not put into play. They call transactions final and non-refundable, apart from payment mistakes or technical errors. Bet at least twice your deposit before you cash out. Taxes and fees on your winnings are yours to pay, say the terms.

How do you request a payout from FS Casino?

Use the same method you deposited with. The FS.Casino terms say a withdrawal needs at least one deposit, and the money goes back to the method you paid in with.

AskGamblers lists these withdrawal methods: Visa, MasterCard, bank wire, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Interac and Jeton. The FS.Casino home page shows MiFinity and Piastrix with a withdrawal range of €10 to €2,500. For wallet options, see our list of MiFinity casinos in Canada.

No source we checked describes the exact cashier screens, so ask live chat before your first request. FS Casino answers by live chat around the clock and by email, according to its terms. AskGamblers shows Interac for withdrawals, but no source states its limits.

What is the smallest FS Casino withdrawal?

€10 for most methods, and €20 for Bitcoin and Ethereum. FS Casino lists both figures in the payments table on the FS.Casino home page. The terms give 10 USD for Visa or MasterCard.

The home page shows €10 for Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Piastrix, Jeton and Flexepin. AskGamblers says the minimum is $10, and Wizard of Odds shows €10 and grades it A-. These figures sit close together, though the currencies differ.

The home page we checked shows euro amounts, and no source gives a minimum in Canadian dollars. The €20 crypto floor is double the card minimum. Open the cashier and read the figure for your own currency before you ask for a small payout.

How long do FS Casino withdrawals take?

It depends on the amount. The FS.Casino home page sets four bands. Up to €300 takes 2 business days, and €301 to €1,500 takes 5. €1,501 to €15,000 takes 14, and €15,001 or more takes up to 30 business days.

The terms give the same four bands in US dollars and add that weekends and holidays are excluded. AskGamblers lists a pending time of 1-30 days and marks weekend cashouts as No. When a quick cashout is your priority, look at our list of fast payout casinos in Canada.

One Casino Guru reviewer from Canada says the money reached the same deposit method in a few hours. That is one player’s account. Wizard of Odds grades the cashout times E-, and FS Casino itself promises only the bands above.

Which FS Casino withdrawal method pays fastest?

Crypto, by the casino’s own table. The FS.Casino home page lists Bitcoin and Ethereum as “Instant after confirmation”, and Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Piastrix, Jeton and Flexepin as under 24 hours.

The FS.Casino bonuses page is slower. It says crypto usually lands within 24 hours and e-wallets take up to 2 business days. Wizard of Odds lists e-wallets at up to 48 hours. Visa and Mastercard take 2-5 business days on the home page, while the bonuses page says large bank transfers take 5-14.

The sources disagree on crypto. The KYC policy says FS Casino does not accept payments from anonymous payment instruments, including cryptocurrencies, and Mr Gamble reports no crypto at all. Ask live chat first. No source gives an Interac payout time.

What withdrawal caps does FS Casino apply?

The FS.Casino home page table caps each transaction by method. Visa and Mastercard get €450. Neteller, Skrill, Bitcoin and Ethereum get €5,000. MiFinity and Piastrix get €2,500, and Jeton and Flexepin get €2,000.

The terms add a limit of 5000 EUR for 30 days. It applies only when your withdrawals and balance reach at least 20 times your deposits. For the general limit, AskGamblers says EUR 5,000 per month, Mr Gamble says €5,000 per week, and Casino Guru says unlimited in CAD.

No source we checked shows a daily limit or a casino-game win cap in the FS.Casino terms. They do cap sports and esports bet winnings at 50,000 USD. Ask live chat what applies to FS Casino accounts.

Can FS Casino hold back part of your winnings?

Yes, in set cases. The terms let the casino withhold 20% of a withdrawal, at least 0.5 USD, when your turnover is less than twice your deposit. Bonus caps can also cut a payout.

The FS.Casino bonuses page calls the 20% a processing fee with a €0.50 minimum. The terms also allow a fee equal to the casino’s own costs on money you did not play. Free spin winnings convert only up to €100.

The bonuses page caps the welcome bonus payout at three times your deposit, while newcasino.ai lists about five times as the group standard. One AskGamblers reviewer says FS Casino advertised no maximum win but applied a “max transfer” and refused the full win.

Does FS Casino charge to withdraw?

Not as a standard fee, according to AskGamblers, which lists withdrawal fees as No. The terms still allow two charges in set cases: 20% on low turnover, and a cost fee on money you did not play.

The FS.Casino sports page says the casino charges no deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may add its own. The terms say withdrawals in other currencies are calculated at the current US dollar rate when you ask. Ask live chat what that means for a CAD balance.

The terms also make you fully responsible for taxes and fees on your proceeds. FS Casino treats payments as final and non-refundable, except for a payment mistake or technical error. AskGamblers also lists deposit fees as No.

Why do FS Casino payouts get delayed?

Mostly verification and the stated timing bands. The terms say withdrawals may be restricted during ID checks, and the bands exclude weekends and holidays. Delays after approval by payment processors are not the casino’s responsibility. Phone-operator deposits are delayed 2-3 weeks for a fraud check.

Casino Guru’s AI summary says deposits were fast, but many players had slow withdrawals. AskGamblers lists five complaints, most of them about payments, with two resolved. Casino Guru’s complaint titles include a withdrawal delayed by verification issues. Trustpilot rates the casino 2.4 from 11 reviews.

One Casino Guru reviewer says a pending request is cancelled if your balance falls below the amount, even by 10 cents. Keep your balance above it while FS Casino reviews the request.

How do you create an FS Casino account?

Click Sign up, pick email or phone number, set a password and choose a currency. The FS.Casino home page says it takes less than two minutes, and you confirm by email link or SMS code.

You must confirm you are over 18. Social sign-in works through Google, X, TikTok, Line or Zalo. The sign-up form fields in the site’s page data also include country, province, street address, postal code and date of birth. The FS.Casino terms refuse customers in Ontario. Canada as a whole is not on that list.

Choose your currency with care, because the FS.Casino crash page says it cannot be changed afterward. FS Casino also says the welcome package needs manual activation in your profile before you deposit.

What ID does FS Casino need for verification?

An ID document, proof of address and proof that you own the payment method. LCB lists an ID card, passport or driver’s licence, and the KYC policy adds a photo of your payment card with your name visible.

FS Casino also asks for a photo of you with your documents. Another photo shows you holding a sheet of paper with your registration email, the date and a confirmation code. Some cases need a bank statement, a workplace letter, a tax notice or a video call.

The terms start the identity check when a request reaches USD 1,000, and the home page says €1,000 or more. One Trustpilot reviewer says more than 20 images were rejected in 30 days.

How long does FS Casino take to approve documents?

Up to 3 business days, say LCB and Wizard of Odds. LCB shows a document verification time of 0 – 3 days. newcasino.ai adds that the operator’s own timings are not published.

Casino Guru’s complaint list includes a delayed verification status and a delayed account verification. Its AI summary says concerns surfaced when players submitted identity documents. One Trustpilot reviewer from New Zealand says verification kept being rejected at withdrawal. Those are single accounts, not proof of how long approval takes.

newcasino.ai says withdrawals at FS Casino are paid after verification and advises you to upload your documents before the first deposit. The terms give you 7 calendar days to answer a video-call request, held in an enclosed room.

Can you open a second FS Casino account?

No. The FS.Casino terms allow only one account per player, and say duplicate accounts may be closed and their winnings forfeited.

The FS.Casino bonus terms limit each bonus to one player, IP address, device, household, phone number, card or e-wallet. A second player at the same address or on the same device cannot claim the same bonus. A Casino Guru complaint describes an account blocked over a duplicate claim worth €400.

A VPN or proxy that hides your location is a further risk. The terms let FS Casino close accounts and void bets, bonuses and winnings. They also refuse third-party deposits, and a breach forfeits your winnings and real balance. To close an account, email support@fs.casino.

When can FS Casino suspend an account?

When you break its rules. The terms and bonus policy name duplicate accounts, VPN use, bonus bets above 5 EUR/USD/CAD/CHF per spin, and large real-money bets before bonus play. Breaking the bet limit can cancel all your balances or close the account.

Casino Guru’s complaint titles include four closures, three of which follow. One followed a withdrawal attempt, one was over alleged bonus abuse worth €3,402, and one left winnings confiscated worth Mex$2,500. One Trustpilot reviewer from Austria says they were permanently banned after a big win.

The list of triggers is wide, so read the bonus terms before you accept an offer. The terms also let FS Casino stop service or limit a game type if you use card-counting methods such as Wonging.

Does FS Casino charge inactive accounts?

No source we checked shows an inactivity fee. The terms let the casino close or suspend an account without notice after 6 months or more of continuous inactivity.

On closure for inactivity, the terms say your balance is refunded. If the casino cannot locate you, the funds are remitted to the relevant gambling authority. Log in or withdraw any balance you do not plan to play before the six months pass.

The FS.Casino privacy notice says account data is kept for 6 years from the date the account is closed. FS Casino gives no fee amount in the terms. If you want to stop for good, ask support by email for permanent closure instead of leaving the account idle.

Does FS Casino have a mobile app?

Yes, the casino says so, but review sites disagree. The FS.Casino home page claims dedicated apps for Android and iOS, and LCB lists the app as available. Mr Gamble, TheSpike and Wizard of Odds say there is no dedicated app.

The home page says the Android app downloads directly from the site, while the iOS version comes from the App Store. Two offers depend on it. The App Weekly Bonus is marked app only, and Forge Bear weekly cashback is for Native Mobile App users.

Because the sources split, do not assume FS Casino has an app for your phone. Ask live chat for the current download link first, and take an Android file only from the casino’s own site.

Can you use FS Casino on iPhone?

Yes, the casino says an iOS app sits in the App Store. The FS.Casino home page also says the mobile browser version carries the same 8,000+ games, so an iPhone browser is a second route.

No source we checked reports an iPhone test, and none confirms that the FS Casino listing shows up in the Canadian App Store. Treat the iOS claim as unproven until you see the listing on your own phone.

One Canadian Trustpilot reviewer wrote that they lost access to the site on their phone after depositing 25 $. That is one player’s account, not proof of a fault. Even so, open the site in your phone browser and confirm the login works before you pay in.

How does FS Casino play on a phone browser?

The casino says it plays the same as on desktop. Its home page states that the mobile browser version has the same 8,000+ games. No source we checked measures speed or stability on a phone, so the claim is untested.

For screens up to 640px wide, the page header points to a second address, fscasino-pl.com/en. That address serves the same site, but its footer swaps the long ownership text for the line “THIS WEBSITE IS LICENSED BY CURACAO”.

On a phone, FS Casino lets you sign up with an email or phone number, a password and a currency. The currency cannot be changed afterwards. The casino says demo mode works on most slots, but live dealer lobbies have no demo.

In which languages can you use FS Casino?

English is on every list, but the sources disagree beyond that. The FS.Casino home page names English, German, Polish, Japanese and Spanish as interface languages, while Casino Guru lists seven languages, adding Russian and Portuguese.

AskGamblers lists ten languages, but its text says “six languages”. TheSpike names eight supported languages: EN, DE, ES, PL, PT, JP, VN and TH. LCB says English only. OnlineCasinoReports lists seven: English, Finnish, German, Norwegian, Russian, Swedish and Turkish.

Casino Guru says seven languages cover the site, support and live chat, while AskGamblers says live chat comes in 10 languages. No source lists French, the second Canadian language, so ask before you register if you need it. English is the safe bet at FS Casino.

How do you contact FS Casino customer service?

Use live chat or e-mail. The FS.Casino terms list 24/7 live chat plus the address support@fs.casino, and the home page puts typical chat replies at under 2 minutes.

Casino Guru rates the live chat Good, with an Instant average response across nine tests. Its AI summary, however, mentions “unhelpful and slow customer support”. Treat both as signals rather than promises, and keep a copy of every chat.

FS Casino shows no phone number on its own pages. LCB and Wizard of Odds say there is no phone support. TheSpike prints +357-25-054-751 but says its author did not test it, and OnlineCasinoReports claims 24/7 phone support. Mr Gamble and TheSpike show other e-mail addresses, so use the one in the terms.

Is FS Casino support open around the clock?

Yes, FS Casino lists live chat as 24/7, and Casino Guru and AskGamblers repeat that. The terms and the home page both name 24/7 live chat, with e-mail as the second channel.

AskGamblers says an agent was reached in under a minute. Casino Guru’s nine chat tests run from Good for the oldest to Average for the newest, and it counts 11 player reviews on support. TheSpike says e-mail replies are generally received within 24 hours.

Open hours do not promise a useful answer. One Trustpilot reviewer says support ignores them after a rejected bank-card check. Trustpilot also notes that the casino has not replied to negative reviews. LCB adds that the casino runs a dedicated VIP support chat.

How do you file a complaint with FS Casino?

Write to complaints@fs.casino within six months of the incident. FS Casino’s complaints policy promises an acknowledgement within one week and a resolution in up to four weeks.

The four weeks can be extended once, by another four. Responsible gambling complaints get an answer within 5 business days. Give dates, amounts, the game or payment method, and screenshots of chats and cashier pages, then send everything to the complaints address.

If the internal procedure fails, the policy sends you on to ABC ADR. Keep your own records too. Clause 21.2 of the terms says “the records of the server shall act as the final authority” in a dispute. Clause 8.17 says payment-processor delays after approval are not the casino’s responsibility.

Who can help if an FS Casino dispute stalls?

ABC ADR is the next step the casino names. FS Casino’s complaints policy sends unresolved cases there after the internal procedure. The policy adds that the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not intervene in individual disputes between players and operators.

The same policy says breaches can still be reported to the CGA. The site footer also shows an ABC ADR compliance seal for the operator, which the seal page marked Active. It is an ADR-body seal, not a gambling licence.

Public complaint pages give you a record. AskGamblers lists 5 complaints for the casino, 2 of them resolved, with a 2-day average response time and a 5-day average duration. LCB links a casino representative thread that also covers several sister brands.

What safer gambling tools does FS Casino offer?

Deposit limits and self-exclusion are the tools most sources agree on. AskGamblers counts only those two, while Mr Gamble also lists loss limits, cool-off periods and a self-assessment test.

The FS.Casino home page claims daily or monthly deposit limits in account settings, temporary or permanent self-exclusion, and automated reality-check notifications. TheSpike names deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion. The responsible gambling page instead says you e-mail support@fs.casino.

AskGamblers marks wager limit, loss limit, time limit, cool-off, reality check and self-assessment test as No. One Casino Guru reviewer says FS Casino has “No responsible gambling limits whatsoever”; that is one player’s account. Ask live chat to name every tool live on your account today, and request the answer in writing.

Can you cap your deposits at FS Casino?

Yes, FS Casino and three review sites list deposit limits. The home page says you can set daily or monthly limits in account settings, and AskGamblers marks the deposit limit tool as Yes.

The responsible gambling page describes it differently: you e-mail support@fs.casino to ask for a limit on funds. AskGamblers adds that both its tools are activated through support. So expect to ask chat or e-mail, and keep the reply.

No source we checked states the smallest limit, how fast a change starts or whether raising a limit has a delay. Without your own cap, the home page shows a ceiling of €100,000 per Visa or Mastercard deposit. Set the cap before your first deposit.

How do you exclude yourself from FS Casino?

E-mail support@fs.casino and ask for exclusion for a set period or permanent closure. That is the route the responsible gambling page describes. The FS.Casino home page also claims temporary or permanent self-exclusion in account settings.

AskGamblers lists a self-exclusion tool as available but shows no participation in a self-exclusion register. Ask FS Casino for written confirmation of the end date, and delete the app and bookmarks yourself.

Clause 12.1 of the terms says you close an account by e-mail to support@fs.casino. The privacy notice says account data is kept for six years after closure. The terms allow one account only, and duplicates may be closed with the winnings forfeited.

Does FS Casino offer time-outs?

Possibly, as a timed exclusion you request. AskGamblers marks Cool Off as No, while Mr Gamble lists cool-off periods. The responsible gambling page offers exclusion for a time period by e-mail to support@fs.casino.

No source we checked gives the lengths on offer, such as one day or one week. Ask live chat which periods exist, whether FS Casino lets you end a break early, and how fast a break starts. Get the answer in writing.

Going quiet is not a time-out: the terms say an account inactive for 6 months or more may be closed or suspended without notice. AskGamblers also marks Time/Session Limit and Reality Check as No, but the home page claims automated reality-check notifications.

Who helps Canadian FS Casino players with problem gambling?

Start with the help groups the casino links, then look for a helpline in your own province. FS Casino’s responsible gambling page links Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy but names no Canadian helpline.

No source we checked gives a Canadian help-line number, so none is printed here. Search for your own province’s official problem gambling helpline on a government health site, and check the number is current before you call. Do this before your next deposit, not after.

You can also talk to a family doctor or someone you trust. Use the casino’s own tools as well: ask support at support@fs.casino for a limit or exclusion. The complaints policy says responsible gambling complaints get an answer within 5 business days.

Do Canadians owe tax on FS Casino winnings?

The casino’s terms leave tax to you. Clause 4.5 says the player is fully responsible for taxes and fees on proceeds. The casino’s own pages show no Canada-specific tax terms.

For the Canadian rules, see our separate page on whether casino winnings are taxable in Canada. Keep your own record of every deposit, withdrawal and date, and ask a tax adviser about your own situation. The terms calculate withdrawals in other currencies at the USD exchange rate when you request them.

Do not confuse tax with the low-turnover charge. The terms let FS Casino withhold 20% of a withdrawal, with a minimum of 0.5 USD, if turnover is less than twice the deposit. That is a processing fee, not tax.

How does FS Casino stack up against provincial lottery sites?

Differently, because its only named licence is from Curaçao. The FS.Casino footer says so, and newcasino.ai calls the casino Curaçao only. No source we checked compares it with the provincial lottery sites directly.

What the sources do show is access. FS Casino is open to most of Canada, according to newcasino.ai, but the terms bar Ontario by name. Casino Guru lists CAD among its fiat currencies, and the sign-up form asks for your province and postal code.

No source names Quebec or any other province as barred. If you play from Quebec, read our page on online casinos in Quebec. Then ask live chat which rules apply to your province, and keep the reply, before you deposit.

How does FS Casino compare with V.Vegas Casino?

Both are Curaçao casinos in one affiliate programme, but V.Vegas scores higher. Casino Guru gives V.Vegas a Safety Index of 9.8 against 8.0 for FS Casino.

The FS.Casino footer names Intelligent Innovations N.V. as owner, while the V.Vegas terms name Whitebox B.V. On Trustpilot, FS Casino shows 2.4 from 11 reviews and V.Vegas shows 3.2 from 12. The FS.Casino home page offers €1,000 over four deposits; V.Vegas’s register page offers €1,500 over three.

Money terms look alike. Each also names a Cyprus payment agent. Both sets allow a 20% withholding when turnover is under twice the deposit. Both may cap withdrawals at €5,000 per 30 days once they reach 20 times deposits. Read our V.Vegas Casino review for the rest.

What does FS Casino do best?

Low entry costs and quick live chat. The FS.Casino home page puts the first welcome deposit at €5 and says live chat replies typically take under 2 minutes. Casino Guru rates the chat Good from nine tests.

Wizard of Odds gives FS Casino an A++ grade for minimum deposit and A- for minimum withdrawal. Casino Guru lists Interac among 44 payment methods and rates the complaints ratio Good, with no blacklists. AskGamblers shows Interac for both deposits and withdrawals.

The lobby looks large on paper. The FS.Casino home page claims 8,000+ titles. Counts elsewhere run from around 500 at Mr Gamble to more than 9400 at AskGamblers, so browse the lobby before you deposit. Casino Guru lists titles from 73 providers.

What are the drawbacks of FS Casino?

Capped withdrawals and weak reviews. Trustpilot rates the casino 2.4 (Poor) from 11 reviews and has not replied to negative reviews. Casino Guru’s AI summary says many players struggled to receive their funds.

The FS.Casino terms cap Visa and Mastercard withdrawals at 450 USD per transaction. They also let the casino withhold 20% when turnover is under twice the deposit. At FS Casino, the bonuses page caps welcome-bonus winnings moved to real money at three times the deposit.

  • Wizard of Odds and LCB say there is no phone line, though TheSpike lists a number.
  • AskGamblers lists only two responsible gambling tools: a deposit limit and self-exclusion.
  • Casino Guru flags one unfair term: bonus restrictions can apply after wagering is met.

Who will like FS Casino?

Small-stake slot players outside Ontario. The welcome package starts at a €5 deposit on the FS.Casino home page, and the bonus terms count slots at 100% towards wagering.

FS Casino also serves sports and esports bettors. Its sports page lists a 200% match up to €250 on a first deposit of €10 or more, plus a €5 free bet. The FS.Casino about page names pre-match, live and esports bets.

Regulars get weekly extras. The bonuses page lists a standard 5% cashback on net losses, and the tournaments page shows weekly events with €2,000 prize funds. Prizes are paid in euros and credited to the real balance automatically. The Wheel of Fortune can award cash credits, free bets or batches of 50 free spins.

Who should pick another casino over FS Casino?

Ontario residents, first of all. The FS.Casino terms list Ontario among the places where accounts are not accepted, so those players need a different casino.

Big winners should compare other casinos. The terms say withdrawals may be limited to 5000 EUR over 30 days once withdrawals and balance reach 20 times your deposits. One Trustpilot reviewer says the casino banned them for good after a big win.

Occasional players should know the terms allow closing an account after six months of inactivity. French speakers should look elsewhere too, because no source lists French as a site or support language. Review sites date its launch differently, but newcasino.ai says FS Casino has no payout history of its own yet.

Which checks come before your first FS Casino deposit?

Check your province, the licence, your account currency and your documents. The terms bar Ontario, and the casino’s own pages say the account currency cannot be changed later.

Ask live chat to confirm the licence is active and where the regulator’s register entry sits. Sources disagree on its status, and we could not reach a public register page to check.

  • Use an e-mail address or phone number you can confirm; sign-up needs an e-mail link or SMS code.
  • Upload your identity documents early; newcasino.ai advises doing so before the first deposit.
  • Deposit only from your own card or wallet, because the terms refuse third-party deposits.
  • Skip VPNs and proxies, which let FS Casino close an account and void winnings.

How do you claim the FS Casino welcome package?

Register, activate the offer in your profile, then deposit. The FS.Casino home page lists four deposit steps worth up to €1,000 and 400 free spins.

The first deposit earns 100% up to €250 plus 70 free spins from €5, and the fourth earns 150% plus 140 spins from €15. The bonuses page sets 40 times wagering, five days to activate and five to clear it. Keep each bonus spin at or under 5 EUR/USD/CAD/CHF, or the bonus terms can cancel all balances.

The bonuses page says the welcome offer needs no code. FS Casino’s official pages show euro amounts. Mr Gamble lists a Canadian version starting at 100% up to CA$250 + 30 free spins; no official page confirms it.

How can you get your first FS Casino withdrawal paid smoothly?

Get verified early and withdraw to the method you deposited with. The terms require the same method, and the FS.Casino home page says any withdrawal of €1,000 or more triggers a KYC check.

Finish the bonus wagering first, because withdrawing early forfeits all bonus balances. Bet at least twice your deposit, or the casino may withhold a 20% fee. For requests up to 300 USD, FS Casino’s terms promise approval within 2 days, except weekends and holidays.

The KYC policy asks for an ID copy, a photo of your payment card and a photo of you with the documents. One Trustpilot reviewer says more than 20 photos were rejected in 30 days, so follow the photo steps exactly.

What should former Vulkan.bet players know about FS Casino?

Possibly the same company, but the casino itself never says so. TheSpike writes that the same company has rebranded to FS.Casino, and the casino’s terms never mention Vulkan.bet.

AskGamblers shows four of the five complaints on its FS Casino page under the Vulkan.bet Casino name. Mr Gamble lists a vulkanbet.com support e-mail, and the casino’s popular-games page calls Book of Vulkanbet an exclusive. In contrast, newcasino.ai says it holds no record of an earlier licence regime.

TheSpike’s fact box lists Verbenaz Limited as owner, but no source says old Vulkan.bet accounts or balances move across. The FS.Casino terms allow one account per person and may close duplicates and forfeit winnings, so ask live chat before you register again.

What do recent FS Casino reviews from players say?

Mostly negative on Trustpilot, mixed on Casino Guru. Trustpilot shows 2.4 from 11 reviews, with 91% giving one star, while Casino Guru lists mixed feedback from 14 reviews.

We could read five Trustpilot reviews of FS Casino, from May to September. One reviewer from Canada says the site stopped working on their phone after a deposit. Another reports repeated photo rejections. A third says support ignores them after a bank-card rejection. Each is a single account, not proof.

On Casino Guru, one Canadian player praises the bonuses, low minimum deposits and payouts within hours to the same method. Another player says a 50 EUR withdrawal took 9 days. AskGamblers gives a Player Rating of 5.3/10 from 4 reviews.

Is FS Casino a legitimate operator?

Yes on paper, though sources disagree on details. The FS.Casino footer names Intelligent Innovations N.V. as owner and licence holder, and Casino Guru marks the Curaçao licence Verified.

Casino Guru, AskGamblers and LCB also name Intelligent Innovations N.V. as owner, but Mr Gamble says Maxent Limited and TheSpike says Verbenaz Limited. The terms describe Verbenaz Limited as the payment agent for FS Casino, not as the owner.

TheSpike and OnlineCasinoReports also claim a Malta licence. Newcasino.ai calls that claim false, and the terms bar players in Malta. LCB says the licence seal looks expired, while newcasino.ai says it checked the Curaçao register. The ABC ADR seal in the footer shows ACTIVE, but it marks a dispute body, not a gambling licence.

Is FS Casino a safe choice for Canadian players?

Reasonably safe on paper, but start small. Casino Guru gives it a Safety Index of 8.0 (High), while Trustpilot’s 2.4 and the withdrawal complaints argue for a cautious first deposit.

The FS Casino home page claims SSL encryption and independent testing but names no agency. AskGamblers says RTP is not publicly audited, and OnlineCasinoReports notes no eCOGRA verification. Casino Guru does show a Gamecheck Real Games Certified mark, with no fake games found.

If a dispute comes up, the complaints policy says the Curaçao authority does not step into individual player disputes. Complaints go to the casino first and then to ABC ADR. The casino’s own pages give no Canada-specific tax, payment or KYC terms, so ask live chat.

What is our overall verdict on FS Casino?

A cautious maybe. FS Casino suits small-stake players outside Ontario who read the terms first, but not anyone who needs large, fast or well-proven payouts.

In its favour: a €5 first deposit, Interac listings, 24/7 live chat and a Casino Guru Safety Index of 8.0. Against it: a 2.4 Trustpilot score, card withdrawals capped at €450 or 450 USD, a 20% low-turnover fee and a disputed licence status.

Start with a small deposit, upload your documents before you play, and read the bonus terms before you accept any offer. The responsible gambling page says limits and exclusion are available on e-mail request, so set a limit on day one. Players in Ontario should choose another casino.
