What is V.Vegas Casino?
V.Vegas Casino is an online casino with a Curaçao licence, open to players from many countries. AskGamblers sorts it as an Instant Play, Mobile, Crypto Casino and Live Casino. Casino Guru calls it a “very large online casino”.
The casino’s English home page says the platform, game library and player accounts are unchanged and that only the name and look are new. Casino Guru also estimates yearly revenues at “> $100,000,000”. AskGamblers names its affiliate programme V.Partners.
V.Vegas Casino also runs a Sports section. Its betting rules page covers live and esports betting, and Casino Guru lists betting, eSports betting and virtual sports among the game types. The mobile page lists an Android file and an App Store link.
Is V.Vegas Casino the new name of Vulkan Vegas?
Yes, V.Vegas Casino is the new name of Vulkan Vegas, and the casino says so itself. Its English home page announces a rebrand, and Strafe and Gamesville both describe the same company under a new name.
The home page FAQ asks whether the updated site is the same platform as before and answers yes. It says the platform, licence, ownership, game library and player accounts are all unchanged and “only the name and visual look have evolved”. The Greek FAQ says the licence and operations remain the same.
The details in our earlier Vulkan Vegas review describe this same casino, but that review uses the old name only. Read its notes with the new name in mind.

When did Vulkan Vegas become V.Vegas Casino?
No source we checked states the date when Vulkan Vegas became V.Vegas Casino. The earliest dated signs of the new name are an AboutSlots edit on 27 April and a Trustpilot review dated 6 June. Both fall in the same year.
One Casino Guru reviewer wrote a July update saying the site “recently updated its visuals and changed its name”. The casino itself calls the change “a planned identity update” but gives no date.
AboutSlots still opens its review text with “VulkanVegas Casino” despite that edit. Trustpilot’s v.vegas profile shows a business page claimed in October, with a reply signed “Reply from V”. For a firm date, ask live chat before you deposit.
What changed for players after the V.Vegas Casino rebrand?
The name and the look changed, according to the casino. After the rebrand, V.Vegas Casino says the platform, licence, ownership, game library and player accounts stayed as they were. The About us page says the casino “opens a new page in the history of the favorite brand”.
The casino’s legal pages have not caught up. The KYC policy still calls “the website Vulkanvegas.com” the Website. The Rules of play still tell players who already have an account at vulkanvegas.com to log in. The footer of every fetched page still reads “vulkanvegas”.
One Casino Guru reviewer says the same management runs the site and that things “have actually gone downhill” since the change. That is one player’s view, not a finding.
Do old Vulkan Vegas accounts work at V.Vegas Casino?
Yes, according to the casino. Its FAQ says existing players simply log in with the same email and password they have always used. They do not need to re-register or migrate.
The English FAQ adds that bonuses or balances tied to the original account remain intact at V.Vegas Casino. The Greek FAQ says loyalty data, active offers and history transfer automatically.
One Trustpilot reviewer from Canada reports a clash. He says V.Vegas matched his phone number to an old Vulkan account and froze his new $50 deposit over a duplicate-account claim. Terms clause 5.5 allows one account only per player, so log in to your old one instead of registering again.
Why did some players miss the V.Vegas Casino name change?
Because, one Trustpilot reviewer from Canada says, nothing at registration told new users. He wrote that V.Vegas Casino never states there that it is the new name of Vulkan Vegas.
He says he first learned of it when a phone number matched an old Vulkan account. The casino then told him Vulkan had shown “many notifications” about the coming change. No source we checked shows an official rename notice in the sign-up flow.
Review sites mix the names too. On AskGamblers, 9 of the 10 listed complaints carry “VulkanVegas Casino” in the title. Casino Guru’s V.Vegas page is titled “Vulkan Vegas Casino Review”. OnlineCasinoReports keeps vulkan-vegas-casino.php as its file name.
Which company owns V.Vegas Casino?
Whitebox B.V., according to the casino’s terms. They say V.Vegas is owned and operated by Whitebox B.V., registered at Korporaalweg 10 in Willemstad, Curaçao.
Casino Guru lists Whitebox B.V. as both owner and operator of V.Vegas Casino. It rates the size as “Very big casino, Very big group” and says the site is associated with 2 other online casinos. AboutSlots agrees on the name but says the company is registered in Cyprus, while the terms give a Curaçao address.
The Privacy notice says the website is owned and operated by two controllers. One is Whitebox B.V., registered in Willemstad; the other is T&C Whitebox CY Limited, registered in Cyprus. The About us page gives an office address in Limassol, Cyprus.
Why do sources name different owners for V.Vegas Casino?
No source we checked explains it, but the names split three ways. In the pages we fetched, the casino itself names two of the firms, and only review sites name the third.
OnlineCasinoReports ties two of them together. It says Brivio Limited set up V.Vegas Casino and runs it daily, while Invicta Networks N.V. secured a Curaçao licence for the games. Strafe calls Brivio Limited the parent company. When you write to the casino, name the company in the terms you accepted.
- Whitebox B.V.: the V.Vegas terms, Casino Guru and AboutSlots.
- Invicta Networks N.V.: AskGamblers and OnlineCasinoReports.
- Brivio Limited: Strafe, Gamesville and the casino’s Greek FAQ, which calls it the management company.
Which firm processes payments for V.Vegas Casino?
T&C Whitebox CY Limited, according to the terms. They say it manages payments as an authorized agent for its parent company, Whitebox B.V.
The terms place its main office in Limassol, Cyprus. The Privacy notice of V.Vegas Casino names the firm as one of two website controllers. Slotoro’s privacy policy names the same two companies, but no source we checked confirms a shared owner.
The casino’s Payment policy page on v508.vegas has no body text, and the cashier sits behind login. The KYC policy says the card holder name must match the account name. No source we checked shows which name appears on a card or bank statement, so ask live chat before you deposit.
Which licence does V.Vegas Casino operate under?
A Curaçao licence. The terms say Whitebox B.V. is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, and Casino Guru tags that number as Verified.
AskGamblers and AboutSlots also name the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, while Casino Guru says the Curaçao Gaming Authority granted it. Gamesville’s profile says Curaçao Gaming Authority, but its FAQ says Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Strafe says the government of Cyprus regulates V.Vegas Casino.
OnlineCasinoReports says the games run under an Antillephone licence granted to Invicta Networks. AskGamblers lists the licence without a number, while the terms, Casino Guru and AboutSlots all give one. Our page on Curaçao-licensed casinos in Canada covers other sites that hold this kind of licence.
How can you confirm the V.Vegas Casino licence?
Check the number against the regulator’s own public register. Start with the terms, where Whitebox B.V. is named as the licence holder. No source we checked quotes that register or gives the licence issue date.
The terms print the licence number for V.Vegas Casino, and Casino Guru marks it as verified. The licence block in the footer of the fetched English home page is empty. The Greek home page names a “Curaçao eGaming” licence instead.
The Complaints policy adds a limit. It says the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not intervene in individual disputes between players and licensed operators. Players may still report breaches of Curaçao regulations to it.
Is V.Vegas Casino open to Canadian players?
Yes, the terms do not bar Canada. Clause 4.4 lists the countries the casino turns away, and Canada is not on that list. The same clause lets the casino change the list without notice.
Gamesville lists Canada under Accepted Countries. AskGamblers, Casino Guru and OnlineCasinoReports show Canadian dollars among the currencies, and AskGamblers and Casino Guru list Interac among the payment options.
V.Vegas Casino also has a Canadian-French page at v.vegas/fr-ca that calls the site a platform for French-speaking players in Canada. It accepts CAD deposits and mentions Interac e-Transfer. One Casino Guru reviewer from Canada says he registered and deposited $50 before the casino asked for more personal details.
Which countries does V.Vegas Casino turn away?
Many. Clause 4.4 of the terms bars customers located or domiciled in a long list of countries. It includes the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Australia, France and Spain.
The list also names Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. V.Vegas Casino may change it “from time to time with or without notice”. The terms on v508.vegas and v376.vegas carry the same clause. OnlineCasinoReports says it accepts no players from the United States.
Review sites do not always match the terms. Gamesville shows Brazil, Ireland, Japan, Russia, Spain and the United Kingdom as accepted, though the terms bar them. The bonus terms add that some bonuses are unavailable in Japan, Finland and Brazil.
Does V.Vegas Casino hold a licence from any Canadian regulator?
No source we checked says so. None names an Ontario licence from AGCO or iGaming Ontario, or any other provincial licence, for V.Vegas Casino.
The terms, Bonus T&C, KYC policy and Privacy notice do not mention Canada, Ontario or Quebec by name. The English home page mentions a licence without naming any regulator. The Canadian-French page names no Canadian regulator, licence or province.
The terms are governed by Curaçao law, with exclusive jurisdiction for the courts of Curaçao. No source names any province as barred or permitted. If you live in Ontario, read Ontario’s online gambling laws before you register, and ask live chat which provinces the casino serves.
How long has the V.Vegas Casino platform been running?
The sources disagree. The casino’s register page claims “10+ Years of Trust”, while review sites date the launch differently, so no single age holds up.
The casino’s own Greek and Canadian-French home pages say its operation began before the rebrand. AskGamblers dates the launch one year after the Greek page does, and Casino Guru dates it two years after. Strafe puts it three years before the Greek page’s date.
OnlineCasinoReports gives two very different launch years in its text and its profile table. AboutSlots says V.Vegas Casino launched in the same year as its latest page edit, yet its page also shows a publishing date years earlier. Ask live chat for the original launch date.
Which casinos share an owner with V.Vegas Casino?
No source we checked names the sister casinos for certain, but two casinos on our list show links. Casino Guru says V.Vegas is associated with 2 other online casinos, and it counts their attributes in the Safety Index.
Our Slotoro review says Slotoro’s privacy policy names two controllers, Whitebox B.V. and T&C Whitebox CY Limited. The V.Vegas privacy notice names the same two companies. Slotoro’s own terms, however, name Wiraon B.V. as owner and operator.
Our Ice Casino review notes that several reviews name Brivio Limited. Gamesville lists Brivio Limited as owner of V.Vegas Casino, and Strafe calls it the parent company. A shared company name in reviews is a lead, not proof, so ask live chat who runs the site.
How does Casino Guru score V.Vegas Casino?
Casino Guru gives V.Vegas a Safety Index of 9.8, which it labels “Very high”. Player feedback is a weaker “Mixed”, based on 165 user reviews. It calls the site a “very large online casino” and estimates yearly revenues above $100,000,000.
Casino Guru found no unfair or predatory clauses (“Issues found: 0”) and no blacklists. It rates the complaints ratio “Very good” and other factors “Slightly negative”. V.Vegas Casino also carries its award for the most effective handling of complaints.
The Guru AI summaries lean negative on payments and support. For payments, 98 players reported issues with withdrawals and fees, against 24 positive. For support, 65 found it unhelpful or slow, against 16 who found it helpful and fast.
What Trustpilot score does V.Vegas Casino have?
Trustpilot shows 3.2 out of 5, labelled “Average”, from only 12 reviews. Those reviews sit on the v.vegas profile, which the business has claimed.
The split is wide: 25% give five stars, 33% give four stars, and 42% give one star. Nobody gave two or three stars. Trustpilot says V.Vegas Casino replied to 40% of negative reviews and typically replies within 2 weeks. It shows no recent history of asking for reviews.
Gamesville quotes a different figure, 3.9 on 4,669 reviews, and its profile uses the vulkanvegas.com address. No source explains the gap, so we quote the 3.2 score from the v.vegas profile itself. One Canadian reviewer says the sign-up never said V.Vegas is the new name of Vulkan Vegas.
How does AskGamblers rate V.Vegas Casino?
AskGamblers rates it well. Its CasinoRank is 8.4 out of 10, and its Player Rating is 8.9 out of 10 from 358 reviews. The summary still flags worries about withdrawals and support.
The site likes the 24/7 live chat, the number of payment methods and the top-tier software providers. Its one listed dislike is “Few responsible gambling tools”. AskGamblers lists the company behind V.Vegas Casino as Invicta Networks N.V. Casinos, but the casino’s own terms name Whitebox B.V.
Its AI summary flags “limitations on withdrawals, particularly after significant wins”. One AskGamblers player scored the casino 4 out of 10. The player says a 100,000 euro win led to a limit of 5,000 euro a month.
What do other review sites say about V.Vegas Casino?
Mostly well, though the scales differ. AboutSlots gives 3.8 out of 5, OnlineCasinoReports gives a rating of 9.5, and Strafe users give 3.6 out of 5 from 13 reviews.
AboutSlots calls V.Vegas Casino a “solid, reputable experience” for “mid-stakes, loyalty-focused slot players”. Its downsides are “short 5-day lifetimes” on bonuses and a maximum win capped at 3x the bonus amount. Its text still opens with the Vulkan Vegas name.
On OnlineCasinoReports, Banking & Payout scores 4.9, Promotions 4.8 and Software & Games 5. Strafe’s sub-scores include Trust & Safety at 4.1 out of 5 and Support at 3.7. Its users split 30.8% five-star and 15.4% one-star. Gamesville shows its own rating as 0/5, with no review posted yet.
What complaints do players file about V.Vegas Casino?
Mostly delayed withdrawals, verification problems and closed accounts. Casino Guru lists complaint titles such as a delayed withdrawal, a missing deposit and a closed account, with disputed amounts like €208 and €4,000.
AskGamblers shows most V.Vegas Casino complaints under Payment. One complaint says a €500 withdrawal marked successful had not arrived by 17 June; AskGamblers marks it resolved. Another lists six withdrawals cancelled for “technical reasons”, and a third says one login from an Austrian IP address got the account flagged.
One Trustpilot reviewer says €400 was taken after a deposit from his wife’s card. The casino’s reply says paying with a third party’s method, including a spouse’s, may break its terms. One Casino Guru user says a €120 VIP bonus was never paid.
How are V.Vegas Casino complaints resolved?
Through the casino’s complaints policy or a review site’s complaint desk, with results that vary. AskGamblers shows 83 complaints resolved and an average of 6 days, while Casino Guru shows 484 resolved and 565 rejected.
AskGamblers counts 89 complaints in one place and 84 in another, with 83 resolved either way. Casino Guru’s box shows 1,058 complaints, but its text counts 7 direct complaints and 2 about related casinos.
The casino’s own complaints policy promises an acknowledgement within one week and a resolution within 4 weeks, extendable once. V.Vegas Casino also says the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not step into individual disputes. Its terms give twelve calendar months to complain, but the policy says six months.
Which V.Vegas Casino web addresses are genuine?
The address v.vegas is the main one, listed in the AskGamblers website field and on the Trustpilot profile. The fetched terms on v508.vegas and v376.vegas match it, but no page we fetched calls any numbered domain official.
The address www.v.vegas redirects to v.vegas. When fetched, v508.vegas and v376.vegas returned the same terms, naming the same owner and licence. The v340.vegas and v376.vegas addresses redirected to the Greek page, like the main domain.
The old vulkanvegas.com address would not load over https from a network in Greece. Plain http redirected to a Greek gaming commission blacklist page. Type v.vegas yourself, and ask V.Vegas Casino live chat to confirm any other address in writing.
Why does V.Vegas Casino use numbered mirror domains?
No source we checked says why. The main site’s own code does point to some numbered domains. Its English home page links the Italian version to v340.vegas and also references v376.vegas.
The v508.vegas copy adds a “Payment policy” link in the footer, but that page has no body text. Its English home page also lacks the long intro and FAQ that v.vegas shows, so V.Vegas Casino copies are not identical.
There is no separate Canadian address either: /en-ca answers 307 to /en, and the Canadian-French page sits at v.vegas/fr-ca. That page names no Canadian regulator, licence or province. Until the casino names official mirrors, bookmark v.vegas and ask live chat before you sign in elsewhere.
Is V.Vegas Casino fair and secure?
Mostly yes, by the sources we checked. Casino Guru lists “Real Games Certified”, verification by Gamecheck and Active SEAL membership, and says no fake games were found. The V.Vegas home page claims SSL encryption, optional two-factor authentication and certified random number generators.
The V.Vegas mobile page also names eCOGRA fairness-certified games and an anti-fraud tool. OnlineCasinoReports contradicts itself. Its text says eCOGRA tested V.Vegas Casino, while its cons list says the games are not verified by a company like eCOGRA.
The terms name a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence, and Casino Guru marks the licence number as “Verified”. The footer licence block was empty on the fetched English page, and Strafe alone says Cyprus regulates the casino.
Does V.Vegas Casino publish RTP or game testing details?
Only in part. AskGamblers marks RTP as “Publicly audited” and the random number generator as tested, but the V.Vegas pages we fetched carry no testing report.
V.Vegas Casino publishes how much slot bets count towards wagering. Slots count 100%, and only 15% of bets count in one Pragmatic Play title. No RTP, volatility or contribution table for non-slot games appears on those pages.
AskGamblers does carry one example, a Fugaso slot with an RTP of 95.82% in the base game and 96.98% in the bonus round. The casino’s Fugaso page says Fugaso works with QUINEL to certify its games. Ask live chat which lab tests the slot you want.
What is the V.Vegas Casino welcome bonus pack?
It is a three-deposit pack worth up to €1,500 plus 150 free spins, according to the V.Vegas home page. The register page repeats that for the first 3 deposits.
On the bonuses page, the Welcome Bonus Pack card lists 1,500 for CAD in its currency table, the same number as for euros. The Canadian-French page title promises a bonus of 1 500 $ CAD, and V.Vegas Casino shows euro amounts to visitors outside Canada.
The site’s default terms for cashier bonuses are a €5 maximum bet, 40x wagering and a €50 maximum transferable amount. No source we checked shows the official terms for each welcome step, so read them in the cashier before you deposit.
Why do V.Vegas Casino welcome figures differ between sites?
No source we checked explains it, but the pages list different packs and totals for V.Vegas Casino. AboutSlots describes a standard pack and an upgraded one that needs the first deposit within 60 minutes of registration. AskGamblers tags a 250% listing as “Exclusive”.
Free-spin totals clash too. Gamesville headlines 125 spins but lists 70, 30 and 50 for the three steps. AboutSlots says 130 spins in one place and 150 in another. Strafe describes a two-step offer with 125 spins.
Money figures vary as well. The V.Vegas home page shows €1,500, OnlineCasinoReports shows $1,500, and Casino Guru lists three steps of up to $500 each. The AskGamblers exclusive listing says up to €1,750. Confirm the pack on your own account.
What does the first V.Vegas Casino deposit bonus give?
It matches your first deposit by 120% up to €500 and adds 70 free spins, say AboutSlots and Gamesville. AskGamblers lists the same step in Canadian dollars.
Gamesville sets the minimum at €10 and wants the deposit within 60 minutes of registration. The spins run on Joker Stoker from Endorphina. The AskGamblers CAD listing reads 120% up to 500 CAD + 70 Free Spins, minimum deposit 10 CAD, wagering 40xb.
AboutSlots puts the free spins rollover at 30x, match bonuses at 40x and validity at 5 days. The V.Vegas Casino bonus terms allow a maximum bet of 5 CAD per spin. Strafe differs, listing 100% up to €300 with 25 spins on Book of Dead.
What do later V.Vegas Casino welcome deposits add?
The second deposit adds 150% up to €500 with 30 free spins. The third adds 120% up to €500 with 50 free spins, per AboutSlots and Gamesville.
Gamesville sets the minimum at €15 for both V.Vegas Casino steps. The second step uses Big Bass Splash from Pragmatic Play, and the third uses Coin Win: Hold The Spin from Gamzix. The spins across all three steps add up to 150.
Timing matters. Gamesville says you have two days to activate each deposit bonus after the previous one, or winnings from activated packages are forfeited. It lists wagering of 40x on the cash and 30x on the spins, within five days. Strafe lists a different second step.
What is the smallest deposit that qualifies for a V.Vegas Casino bonus?
10 CAD, according to AskGamblers. It lists the first welcome deposit, a 120% match up to 500 CAD plus 70 free spins, with a 10 CAD minimum. V.Vegas Casino splits its welcome pack over three deposits.
AboutSlots and Gamesville both put the first step at €10 and the second and third steps at €15. AskGamblers also lists €15 for the third step. OnlineCasinoReports gives $10 as the minimum for its welcome package.
The casino’s own welcome bonus page did not load when fetched, so no official table of step minimums is available. Ask live chat for the exact minimum of each step in Canadian dollars before you pay. The figures above come in euros, dollars and CAD.
What wagering applies to V.Vegas Casino bonuses?
40x for cashier bonuses, according to the V.Vegas bonus terms. Gamesville, AboutSlots and Strafe give 30x for free spins. V.Vegas Casino counts slot bets at 100% towards wagering.
One slot is the exception. Only 15% of each bet counts on Big Bass – Hold & Spinner from Pragmatic Play, which makes it slow to clear. Each bonus is wagered on its own, and you can switch the active bonus. The casino spends your real balance first and touches bonus money only when real money reaches zero.
The sources differ on what the 40x covers. AskGamblers marks it 40xb, while OnlineCasinoReports writes 40x on bonus plus deposit. Ask live chat which one applies to your offer before you claim.
How much can you bet while clearing a V.Vegas Casino bonus?
5 CAD per spin with casino bonus money, based on the V.Vegas bonus terms. The terms list the limit as 5 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/CHF. V.Vegas Casino also counts a buy-feature purchase as one spin.
Breaking the limit at any stage cancels your real and bonus balances, forfeits the winnings and can close your account. With betting bonus money, the limit is higher at 50 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/CHF.
The terms add sports rules. While a bonus is active you may place only one bet per market of an event. Bets on odds below 1.20 count as bonus abuse. The penalty is loss of real and bonus balances and a possible block.
How long do V.Vegas Casino bonuses last?
Five days, according to the V.Vegas bonus terms. Bonuses and free spins must be wagered in that time or they are voided, unless the bonus states its own period. V.Vegas Casino also gives cashback five days from crediting.
Welcome deposits run on a clock too. Gamesville says you have two days to activate each deposit bonus after the previous one, or winnings from activated packages are forfeited. AboutSlots says the upgraded first step needs a deposit within 60 minutes of registration, or the standard package applies.
AboutSlots lists the short five-day life as a downside. Loot box bonuses are shorter still, because unused ones are removed after 3 days. Plan your play before you claim.
Which games cannot clear a V.Vegas Casino bonus?
Live casino, table games and instant games, say the V.Vegas bonus terms. Casino bonus money cannot be wagered there. V.Vegas Casino lists roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, game shows, money wheels, keno and craps as live and table games.
The same terms name these instant games: scratch cards, mines, plinko, keno, dice, bingo and wheels. Slots are the main route, because slot bets count 100% towards wagering, with the 15% exception for Big Bass – Hold & Spinner.
No source we checked publishes a contribution table for other game types. One Casino Guru reviewer complains about “many blocked games by bonus”. Ask live chat whether a specific game counts before you place a bet.
Is there a cap on V.Vegas Casino bonus winnings?
Yes, on most bonuses, though the sources disagree. AboutSlots puts a 5x cap on free spin and cash bonus winnings, while Casino Guru’s table says “No win limit”. The Greek page of V.Vegas Casino also gives 5 times the bonus.
AboutSlots says every bonus except the welcome offer has a win limit of 3x the deposit. The bonus terms give a maximum transferable amount of €50 for other bonuses, and the quest rules cap conversion at 50 for CAD too.
For no-deposit bonuses, the bonus terms apply a maximum cashout once the withdrawal, including the wagered bonus, passes 500 EUR. A later deposit raises that cap by the deposit amount. Ask live chat about your offer.
Can you get V.Vegas Casino free spins without depositing?
Possibly, but the sources disagree. OnlineCasinoReports lists a no-deposit offer of 50 free spins on selected slots. AboutSlots says V.Vegas Casino has none at the moment, and Strafe answers no.
Casino Guru lists a $25 and a $10 no-deposit bonus among its six V.Vegas bonuses. The V.Vegas home page says no-deposit bonuses of “5 to 30 EUR” are given after account verification. The bonus terms set a cashout cap on them, and one AskGamblers reviewer says such offers are rare but do happen.
For wider choice, read our page on free spins offers for Canadian players. Then ask live chat whether a no-deposit offer is open on your account before you register.
Which slots do V.Vegas Casino free spins land on?
It depends on the offer. Gamesville says the welcome deposits give 70, 30 and 50 free spins on Joker Stoker, Big Bass Splash and Coin Win: Hold The Spin. V.Vegas Casino’s bonus terms name Coin Win 2: Hold the Spin for promotional free spins.
The bonus terms set the free spin bet at 0.20 USD/EUR/CAD/NZD/CHF/BGN. In rare cases a paid spin must be completed to start the free spins feature, so keep a little real balance ready.
Strafe shows another layout, with Book of Dead, Doom of Dead and Fire Joker. The casino’s own step-by-step welcome terms are not in the pages we could read, so check the game in your account before you deposit.
How does V.Vegas Casino cashback work?
It returns part of your losses as bonus money. The V.Vegas home page banner reads “Get your losses back” with up to €1,000 of cashback, and the cashback card lists 1,000 for CAD. V.Vegas Casino credits it to the bonus balance, valid for five days.
The rate depends on your loyalty status. The official loyalty table shows no cashback at Casino Royale, 3% at Luxor and 7% at the top status, Vegas. AboutSlots also gives 3 to 7%, and Strafe says cashback starts at Luxor.
Caps and wagering differ by source. Gamesville and AboutSlots give €1,000 a week, while Strafe gives $2,000 per week. Wagering runs from 12x down to 3x at AboutSlots, against 5x at Strafe and OnlineCasinoReports.
What weekly offers run at V.Vegas Casino?
Up to €3,000 and 100 free spins every week, says the V.Vegas promotions page. V.Vegas Casino also runs a Friday high-roller offer, a Saturday quest and a weekend sports reload.
The casino’s public pages give no wagering rules for the weekly card or the Friday offer. Third-party sites fill the gap, but they do not always agree on the details below.
- Friday: Gamesville says 111% up to €1,500 plus 111 free spins on Joker Stoker; AboutSlots says 111 free spins for a €100 minimum deposit.
- Saturday quest: AboutSlots says up to €1,000 after five deposits of at least €10 in a day. Strafe says five deposits of at least $15 within 24 hours.
- Weekend sports reload: the casino’s card lists 500 for CAD.
Which tournaments can you enter at V.Vegas Casino?
Weekly live tournaments, says a banner on the V.Vegas home page. You earn points from bets made with real balance, and more points mean a higher place in the standings. V.Vegas Casino shows Active, Ongoing and Finished tournaments in its interface.
The promotions page shows prize-pool cards for network tournaments. Spin Express and Million Drops each show 1,000,000 EUR, Autumn Season of Legends shows 660,000 EUR and Spinergy Run shows 500,000 EUR.
No source we checked shows the names, prize pools or rules of the casino’s own weekly tournaments, and the public Tournaments page lists none. Check that page after you log in, or ask live chat what is running.
How do the V.Vegas Casino loyalty program levels work?
Ten statuses and 99 levels, according to the V.Vegas loyalty table. You earn 1 point for every €5 spent on games, except live casino. V.Vegas Casino lets you convert points to real money in your profile.
The ladder starts at Casino Royale, moves to Luxor and ends at Vegas, with seven statuses in between. Luxor starts at 500 points with 3% cashback and a 500 to 1 exchange rate. Vegas starts at 1,000,000 points with 7% cashback and a 100 to 1 rate.
Aviatrix and Spribe games and all live games earn no points. Strafe uses other tier names and €10 per point, so follow the casino’s own table. Creating a withdrawal forfeits your points multiplier.
What does the V.Vegas Casino VIP Space offer?
Personal account hosts, faster withdrawals and exclusive games, according to AboutSlots. It calls the V.Vegas VIP club invitation-only, with entry needing higher volumes than average players. The casino’s own VIP Space page loads only after login.
Casino Guru lists similar perks: a personal manager, faster withdrawals, exclusive games and exclusive bonuses. OnlineCasinoReports lists VIP clubs, VIP levels, and birthday, monthly and holiday bonuses. AskGamblers shows both a VIP program and a loyalty program.
No source shows official VIP entry rules or levels, so ask live chat what volume V.Vegas Casino expects. One Casino Guru reviewer says a VIP manager e-mailed a €120 bonus offer that was accepted but never received. Treat that as one player’s account.
What is the V.Vegas Casino Wheel of Fortune?
A prize wheel you spin for rewards, listed in the V.Vegas menu and on the promotions page. The interface says “Spin the wheel to win a prize!” V.Vegas Casino has a Wheel of Fortune page of its own.
AskGamblers says players can spin the Wheel of Fortune or play instant games. OnlineCasinoReports says earning turns on the wheel can grant bonuses and loyalty points. AboutSlots counts Wheel prizes among the promotions.
No source we checked shows the prize list, the odds or how spins are earned, so ask live chat before you count on it. Withdrawing deposited money before you finish wagering forfeits granted bonuses, including Wheel of Fortune spins.
What are V.Vegas Casino loot boxes?
Prize boxes you buy from your real balance, up to three times a day. The V.Vegas promotions page lists Loot boxes as its own tab. V.Vegas Casino sets maximum bonuses of €100 for Bronze, €300 for Silver and €500 for Gold.
You can buy again from 00:00 UTC the next day. Loot box bonuses carry x40 wagering, free spins from a box use a bet of 0.2 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD, and prizes appear under Credited Bonuses. Unused bonuses are removed after 3 days.
No source we checked publishes box prices or prize tables, so you cannot judge the value before buying. Ask live chat what each tier costs and what it can return.
What is the V.Vegas Casino Hall of Fame?
It is a list of the casino’s best players. The V.Vegas site shows columns for place, winner, game name and the amount won. Each row ties a player to one game and one win.
V.Vegas Casino puts the Hall of Fame link in its main menu, beside Loyalty program, Wheel of Fortune and Loot boxes. The entries load after the page’s scripts run, so the sources show the column headings but no names or amounts.
OnlineCasinoReports says regular players can aim for an appearance in the Hall of Fame. It also mentions Wheel of Fortune turns that can grant bonuses and loyalty points. No source we checked explains how entries are picked, so ask live chat if it matters.
Does V.Vegas Casino use bonus codes?
No, not for the welcome offer. Gamesville says you do not need a V.Vegas promo code to activate it. The register form still has an “I have a promo code” option.
V.Vegas Casino shows its offers on the All promotions page. There the Welcome Bonus Pack card says “Get up to €1,500 + 150 free spins” and sits beside the weekly and cashback cards. A message on the site says a promo code is activated only after a deposit.
The step-by-step welcome terms are not public. Pages for single promotions return an error, and the cashier needs a login. Ask live chat before your first deposit whether your offer needs a code, and keep the answer.
How many games does V.Vegas Casino list?
The sources do not agree, and the casino’s static pages show no total at all. Strafe says “well over 2,000” games in its text, while Gamesville says “over 5,500”.
V.Vegas Casino sorts its games into categories, and Casino Guru counts 15 game types, with 14 available. The lobby loads its own counts inside the site, so check it for a current number. Every figure below comes from a review site, not from the casino.
- AboutSlots: more than 4,000 titles from over 120 providers.
- OnlineCasinoReports: 3994 games from 117 providers.
- Gamesville: over 5,500, including table games and live dealer tables.
- Strafe: Total Slot Games 5502 on one line, “well over 2,000” games on another.
Which providers supply V.Vegas Casino games?
More than 100, by most counts. Casino Guru lists 101 providers, OnlineCasinoReports says 117, Gamesville says over 100 and AboutSlots says over 120. The spread is wide, so no single figure is safe to quote.
Casino Guru’s list includes Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Endorphina, Evolution Gaming, Betsoft Gaming and Yggdrasil Gaming. V.Vegas Casino’s own home page, though, says more than 40 studios, and OnlineCasinoReports elsewhere says more than 30 developers.
Microgaming is a conflict too. The About us page, Strafe and OnlineCasinoReports name it, but the printed lists at Casino Guru and AskGamblers do not. The About us page also names Yggdrasil, Quickspin and Amatic, and the footer’s game-provider link points to Fugaso.
Which slots are popular at V.Vegas Casino?
It depends on who you ask. Casino Guru lists Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush and Sweet Bonanza. The casino’s own Popular row starts with piggy-themed titles such as Piggy Bank: 3 Pots Bonanza and Piggy Party XL.
V.Vegas Casino’s TOP games row starts with 3×3 Grand Crown: Hold the Spin, Coin Win 2: Hold The Spin and Well of Riches. Coin Win: Hold The Spin comes fourth. Strafe names Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead, Ancient Egypt and Fortune Frenzy.
Gamesville says the welcome free spins sit on Joker Stoker, Big Bass Splash and Coin Win: Hold The Spin. Casino Guru also lists Wanted Dead or a Wild from Hacksaw Gaming and Book of Shadows from Nolimit City.
What are V.Vegas Casino Fast Wagering games?
It is a lobby tab, but no source says what it holds. The V.Vegas home page shows Fast Wagering beside Lobby, New, Popular, Slots, Live casino and Branded. The name hints at faster wagering, but no source confirms it.
The lobby category list on the site also includes Bonus Wagering Games. The bonus terms say slot bets count 100% towards wagering, except Big Bass – Hold & Spinner, where only 15% counts.
V.Vegas Casino’s terms also bar bonus wagering in live, table and instant games, and cap a bonus bet at 5 CAD per spin. Bonuses must be wagered within 5 days, or they are voided. Ask live chat which games sit under Fast Wagering before you play with a bonus.
Does V.Vegas Casino have jackpot slots?
Yes. Casino Guru lists jackpot games as an available type, and AskGamblers marks progressive jackpots as Yes. The lobby also has Jackpot and Jackpot Hunt categories.
OnlineCasinoReports names King Of Cats from Big Time Gaming, Mega Glam Life from Betsoft, Mega Joker from NetEnt as progressive jackpot slots. It also lists Divine Fortune and Cosmic Fortune. V.Vegas Casino’s own Fugaso page counts 32 Fugaso slots with a progressive jackpot.
One oddity: AskGamblers also lists Progressive Jackpot Wins as None in its withdrawal table. No source says whether a player has won one. A search for “jackpot” at OnlineCasinoReports also lists Genie Jackpots and Jackpot Raiders, so read a game’s rules before you spin.
Can you buy bonus features at V.Vegas Casino?
Yes, the lobby has a Buy Feature category. AboutSlots also says the library holds Megaways and bonus-buy games from Pragmatic Play, Bullshark Games, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming.
The bonus terms count a feature purchase as a spin. With bonus money, the buy must stay within the 5 CAD maximum bet. V.Vegas Casino says breaking that limit cancels all balances, forfeits the winnings and can close the account.
No source lists which games offer a buy option or what each one costs. Open the game’s info screen, or ask live chat, before you spend real or bonus money on a feature. A Casino Guru reviewer describes many games blocked by a bonus, and the lobby has a separate Megaways category.
What does the V.Vegas Casino live casino include?
It covers eight live types, says Casino Guru: shows, baccarat, bingo, blackjack, dice games, poker, roulette and other live games. All eight are marked as available.
The table count is a conflict. AskGamblers says approximately 300 games and AboutSlots says over 300 variants, while Gamesville says over 60 and Strafe says 60. Gamesville names Live Roulette, Casino Hold’em, Live Blackjack and Craps. AskGamblers says Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play and Playtech lead the live lobby.
OnlineCasinoReports picks VIP Blackjack, Blitz Blackjack and Classic Roulette. The casino’s home page live row shows Auto Roulette, Monopoly Big Baller, Dynamic Roulette 120x, Onyx Roulette and Andar Bahar. V.Vegas Casino bars bonus wagering in live games and gives no loyalty points for them.
Which game shows can you play at V.Vegas Casino?
Monopoly is the best documented. Casino Guru lists Live shows as an available type. Gamesville and Strafe name Monopoly Live, while the casino’s own home page shows Monopoly Big Baller in its live row.
OnlineCasinoReports adds Dream Catcher, which it describes as Wheel of Fortune style, and Live Lottery, and Strafe also names live lottery. Gamesville lists TV Games as a feature of the casino.
V.Vegas Casino’s bonus terms name game shows and money wheels among the live and table games where casino bonus money cannot be wagered. No source gives a full show list or says which provider runs each show, so open the live tab to see what is running.
Does V.Vegas Casino offer table games outside the live lobby?
Yes, it does. The lobby has Table games, Roulettes and Video Poker categories, separate from the Live casino tab. Casino Guru’s game-type list agrees, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and video poker.
OnlineCasinoReports names European Blackjack, Baccarat Gold, Casino Hold’em, Oasis Poker, Pontoon, Teen Patti and Russian Poker, plus Beat Me, Super 7 and Pirate 21. Casino Guru’s type list adds craps and dice, keno, other card games, bingo and scratch cards.
V.Vegas Casino’s bonus terms say casino bonuses cannot be wagered in table games. Its live-and-table list covers roulettes, blackjacks, pokers, baccarats, kenos and craps. Check the bonus terms before you place a table bet while a bonus is active, and ask live chat if a rule is unclear.
Are there crash and instant games at V.Vegas Casino?
Yes, both. The lobby has Crash games and Insta games categories, and Casino Guru lists crash games among the game types. Gamesville lists Crash Games among its game types too.
The casino’s Insta row shows Aviatrix, Aviator, Uncrossable Rush, Plinko Pop, Plinko Rush, Marble Bounce, Pilot, Penalty Shoot Out, Rooster Run and Diamond Mines. Aviatrix and Spribe both appear in Casino Guru’s provider list.
V.Vegas Casino gives no loyalty points on Aviatrix and Spribe games, or on Crash X, Pilot and Big Bass Crash. The excluded list also names Pilot Coin, JavelinX, Diver and Avia Fly. Casino bonus money also cannot be wagered on instant games such as scratch cards, mines, plinko, keno, dice, bingo and wheels.
Can you try V.Vegas Casino games in demo mode?
Yes, without signing up. The casino’s rules of play say demo mode needs no registration, and the mobile app page also lists demo mode. You sign up only when you want to play for real money.
V.Vegas Casino shows a pop-up in demo mode that reads “Register! Welcome Bonus awaits you.” Read the bonus terms before you act on that prompt. Bonuses and free spins are voided if you do not wager them within 5 days.
No source we checked says which games have a demo version. Try the slot you want first, and ask live chat if the demo button is missing. For real money, AskGamblers lists an e-mail address or phone number, a password and a currency.
How do you find games in the V.Vegas Casino lobby?
Use the search bar or the tabs. The V.Vegas home page lobby has a search bar, a Random game button, Providers and Themes buttons, and tabs from Lobby to Fast Wagering.
V.Vegas Casino’s category list also covers Megaways, Classic slots, Table games, Roulettes, Video Poker, Crash games and Jackpot. The main menu calls the lobby area Game Hall, and AskGamblers says new slots are added to the library.
- Type a game name in the search bar.
- Filter by Providers or Themes.
- Open a tab such as New, Popular, Slots or Live casino.
- Open a category such as Megaways, Buy Feature or Jackpot.
- Press Random game for a pick from the library.
Does V.Vegas Casino run a sportsbook?
Yes, V.Vegas has a Sports section. The home page menu lists Sports next to Game Hall. The casino also publishes betting rules headed “V.Vegas Sportsbook” that cover live and esports betting.
Outside reviews agree. AboutSlots describes a “full sportsbook” and a “sportsbook with live betting”. Gamesville says it “covers dozens of sports and eSports”. Casino Guru lists Betting, eSports betting and Virtual sports among the game types at V.Vegas Casino.
One warning: the V.Vegas site holds a message in its text strings saying “Sports-book is not currently available in your country or region”. No source we checked says whether Canada is affected, so check the Sports tab and ask live chat before you deposit any money.
Which sports can you bet on at V.Vegas Casino?
Football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey, plus esports. The Greek home page, translated, says V.Vegas covers over 20 live and prematch sports. It names esports such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant and Fortnite.
A snapshot of the live list at V.Vegas Casino showed counts of 57 for football and for tennis. Table tennis showed 16 and basketball 15. Those counts change by the hour, so treat them as a sample.
- The betting rules also name handball, water polo, boxing, baseball, American football, motorsports, volleyball and badminton.
- Esports include Dota 2, CS:GO, Overwatch, Apex Legends and Call of Duty: Warzone.
- Strafe points readers elsewhere for esports betting, but Casino Guru and the casino’s own rules list it.
What sports bonus does V.Vegas Casino offer?
A Sports Betting Starter bonus, listed at up to 600 CAD. The V.Vegas bonuses page also shows a Reload Betting Bonus of up to 500 CAD every weekend.
The Greek home page, translated, describes a separate sports welcome bonus. It offers 100% up to €300 on the first deposit and 150% on the second. We found no source that links that offer to the 600 CAD card.
The sports terms are thin. No source we checked shows the wagering, minimum odds or time limit, so ask live chat first. V.Vegas Casino caps bets with betting bonus money at 50 CAD in its bonus terms. It also treats sportsbook bets on odds below 1.20 as bonus abuse.
Which payment methods does V.Vegas Casino accept in Canada?
Cards, e-wallets, crypto and Interac, according to review sites. AskGamblers lists Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Interac, MuchBetter and several cryptocurrencies, and Casino Guru counts 52 payment options.
V.Vegas Casino publishes no list of Canadian-dollar methods, because the cashier sits behind login. No source we checked names Instadebit or iDebit. Log in and read the cashier, or ask live chat, before you plan a deposit. Under the terms, any method must be in your own name.
Bank transfer is disputed: AskGamblers lists Bank Wire Transfer, while OnlineCasinoReports lists “No direct bank transfer” as a drawback. Casino Guru, AboutSlots and OnlineCasinoReports all list AstroPay. For other sites that take it, read our page on AstroPay casinos in Canada.
Can you use Interac at V.Vegas Casino?
Yes, review sites list it. AskGamblers shows Interac for both deposits and withdrawals, and Casino Guru names Interac and Interac e-Transfer in its list of payment options.
The Canadian-French page of V.Vegas Casino also mentions Interac e-Transfer and says it takes CAD deposits. That page names no Canadian regulator, licence or province. Interac is the only Canada-specific method any source documents.
We found no cashier screen, Interac limit or Interac fee, because the cashier is behind login. Ask live chat whether the cashier shows Interac or Interac e-Transfer, and confirm the limits before you send money. If Interac is your main need, compare Interac casinos in Canada as well.
Does V.Vegas Casino accept Visa and Mastercard?
Yes. AskGamblers lists Visa, MasterCard and Maestro for deposits, and Visa and MasterCard for withdrawals. Gamesville says card and e-wallet deposits were processed instantly.
The V.Vegas terms do not accept third-party deposits, and the KYC policy wants the card holder name to match your account. One Trustpilot reviewer says €400 was taken after he paid from his wife’s card. V.Vegas Casino replied that a spouse’s payment method may break its terms.
Card payouts take longer than e-wallet ones. AskGamblers says 3-5 days and OnlineCasinoReports says 5 days. The refund policy asks for both sides of the card, showing the first six and last four digits. For other card-friendly sites, see Mastercard casinos in Canada.
Which e-wallets work at V.Vegas Casino?
Several, according to review sites. AskGamblers lists Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, eZeeWallet, MuchBetter and Payz for deposits, and Casino Guru and AboutSlots add MiFinity.
For withdrawals, AskGamblers lists Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton and Payz, but not MuchBetter. The terms say you withdraw with the method you deposited with, and V.Vegas Casino wants your e-wallet e-mail to match your sign-up e-mail. AskGamblers also lists resolved complaints about a delayed Skrill withdrawal and a MiFinity delay after re-verification.
Payout speed is disputed. Strafe and Gamesville say e-wallet withdrawals are instant, AskGamblers says 24-72 hours, and OnlineCasinoReports says 48 hours. If MuchBetter is your wallet, compare it with our page on MuchBetter casinos for Canadians.
Can you deposit crypto at V.Vegas Casino?
Maybe, because the sources disagree. AskGamblers lists Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether and other coins for deposits, while AboutSlots says cryptocurrency transactions are not supported.
Gamesville names Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Dogecoin. Casino Guru adds Toncoin and Binance Pay. OnlineCasinoReports says “Bitcoin cannot be used here”. The KYC policy of V.Vegas Casino says it does not accept payments from anonymous payment instruments and names cryptocurrencies as an example.
Two AskGamblers complaints show the risk. One player sent USDC on Ethereum when USDT was selected and waited for a refund. Another says crypto deposits were accepted but crypto was not offered for withdrawal. Ask live chat which coins work, or see Bitcoin casinos in Canada.
Does V.Vegas Casino let you play in Canadian dollars?
Yes. AskGamblers lists Canadian dollars among 25 currencies, and Casino Guru lists CAD. The V.Vegas sign-up form has a Currency field next to the e-mail and password.
OnlineCasinoReports shows C$CAD in its currency list. AskGamblers also shows a CAD welcome listing: 120% up to 500 CAD plus 70 Free Spins, with a minimum deposit of 10 CAD. The bonus terms of V.Vegas Casino cap a bonus-money bet at 5 CAD per spin.
The welcome pack and loyalty tables on the V.Vegas site list the same number in CAD as in euros, such as 1,500 in both. Pick CAD when you register, and check the cashier for the exact limits.
What are the V.Vegas Casino deposit limits?
No source we checked shows a maximum deposit per payment or per day. The minimum is $10 at AskGamblers, and AboutSlots says €10 for most methods.
The welcome steps ask for more. AboutSlots lists €10 for the first deposit and €15 for the second and third. V.Vegas Casino keeps its cashier behind login, so ask live chat for your limit in CAD before you deposit.
You can also set your own cap. The terms say personal limits go through Live Support. Text on the site also describes a daily deposit limit that cannot be raised for one day. AskGamblers lists “Deposit Limit Tool: No”, while AboutSlots lists deposit limits, so the sources conflict.
Does V.Vegas Casino charge deposit fees?
AskGamblers says no. It lists no deposit fees for V.Vegas Casino, and Gamesville says card and e-wallet deposits were processed instantly.
Two rules can still cost you. If you pay by SMS, only half of the added sum reaches your account under terms clause 8.5. V.Vegas Casino also says payments are non-refundable once you click Pay, in its refund policy.
No source we checked prints a fee table, because the cashier is behind login. Casino Guru’s AI summary says 98 players reported issues with withdrawals and fees. One Casino Guru reviewer also says bank-transfer and Skrill deposits failed several times. Read the cashier screen before each deposit, and check whether your bank or wallet adds a charge.
How do withdrawals work at V.Vegas Casino?
You request a payout from the cashier, using the same method you deposited with. The V.Vegas terms also need a filled-out profile, at least one deposit, and ID at USD 1,000 or more.
V.Vegas Casino says you cannot withdraw until both your phone number and e-mail address are verified. AskGamblers lists Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, bank wire, crypto, Interac and Payz. For other sites that pay by MiFinity, see MiFinity casinos in Canada.
- Withdrawing before you meet wagering forfeits every granted bonus, says the V.Vegas bonus terms.
- Funds sent from a phone operator are delayed for 2-3 weeks for a fraud check.
- The terms let the casino restrict withdrawals while it runs identity checks.
What is the minimum V.Vegas Casino withdrawal?
It depends on the source. AskGamblers says $50, the V.Vegas Canadian-French page says 10 CAD, and AboutSlots says €10 for most methods.
V.Vegas Casino shows no per-method minimum on the pages we could read, because the cashier is behind login. The casino’s own page is the closest source, so ask live chat to confirm the minimum for your method. The Canadian-French FAQ also says every request goes through identity verification before the first withdrawal.
Fees can also apply. The terms let the casino withhold 20% if turnover is “2 (two) times less than the deposit”, plus a cost-based fee on unplayed funds. AskGamblers shows “Withdrawal Fees: No”, so the sources conflict.
How quickly does V.Vegas Casino pay out?
Small withdrawals are quick on paper, large ones are not. After KYC, the V.Vegas terms approve up to 499 EUR within 5 minutes to 12 hours, and never later than 2 working days. Those are approval times, not arrival times.
For 500 EUR to 4,999 EUR, the terms say 5 minutes to 48 hours, not exceeding 5 working days. For EUR 5,000 to EUR 29,999, they say within 30 working days, while AboutSlots lists a maximum of 14 business days.
The home page of V.Vegas Casino says withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, and the About us page says within 12 hours. AskGamblers lists weekend cashouts as “No”. For sites built around speed, see fast payout casinos in Canada.
Which V.Vegas Casino payout method is fastest?
Crypto, according to AskGamblers and Gamesville. AskGamblers puts crypto withdrawals at 0-12 hours. The Gamesville FAQ calls crypto the fastest method and says withdrawals typically take 1-3 days.
E-wallets rank second at AskGamblers with 24-72 hours, while Strafe and Gamesville say instant. AskGamblers puts cards and bank transfers at 3-5 days each. OnlineCasinoReports says cards take 5 days, bank transfers 7 days and cheques 28 days. Casino Guru lists faster withdrawals as a loyalty perk.
The crypto result is shaky. AboutSlots says V.Vegas Casino does not support crypto, and the V.Vegas KYC policy rejects anonymous instruments. Ask live chat which payout method it will use for your account before you count on any of these times.
What daily, weekly and monthly limits does V.Vegas Casino set?
No daily or weekly limit appears in the sources we checked, and the monthly figure depends on who you ask. V.Vegas Casino has one clear monthly cap in its terms, and it applies only in one case.
Clause 8.17 of the V.Vegas terms sets it. If your request, balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times your deposits, you may be limited to 5,000 EUR during 30 days. Casino Guru lists unlimited withdrawals in EUR and USD, AskGamblers says the maximum is €30,000, and OnlineCasinoReports says up to $30,000 monthly.
No source we checked shows a maximum deposit per transaction or per day. Ask live chat for the limits on your own account before you add money.
Does V.Vegas Casino cap big wins?
Yes, on bonus winnings. Casino Guru’s limits table says “No win limit”, but V.Vegas Casino’s bonus terms and review sites show caps on what a bonus can pay.
For other bonuses, the V.Vegas bonus terms list a €5 maximum bet, x40 wagering and a maximum transferable amount of €50. AboutSlots says the win limit on all bonuses except the welcome offer is 3x the deposit. It also lists a 5x maximum cashout on free-spin and cash-bonus winnings.
Casino Guru’s payments tab says win limits are unknown. One AskGamblers player says that after winning 100,000 euro, withdrawals were limited to a maximum of 5,000 euro per month. That is one player’s account, not a published rule.
When can V.Vegas Casino withhold part of a payout?
Yes, the terms say so. If your turnover is low compared with your deposit, V.Vegas Casino may hold back 20% of a withdrawal to cover payment expenses.
Clause 8.11.6 words the test as turnover that is “2 (two) times less than the deposit”. AboutSlots reads this as turnover under 2x the deposit and calls the 20% a fee. On that reading, you avoid it by playing through your deposit at least twice.
The bonus terms add that if you withdraw deposited money before meeting wagering, all granted bonuses are forfeited. Clause 8.3 says a third-party deposit can cost you all winnings. One Trustpilot reviewer says €400 was taken after a deposit from his wife’s card.
Does V.Vegas Casino charge withdrawal fees?
Not always, but the terms allow one. AskGamblers lists no withdrawal fees, while clause 8.12 lets the casino charge a fee on funds you did not play.
Clause 8.12 lets V.Vegas Casino charge a fee amounting to its own costs. It applies to withdrawals of funds that have not been put into play. Strafe and Gamesville both report no extra fees.
Casino Guru’s summary says 98 players reported issues with withdrawals and fees, against 24 with positive experiences. The 20% hold in clause 8.11.6 is a separate rule. No source we checked shows fees per method, because the cashier sits behind the login, so ask live chat what your method costs.
What delays V.Vegas Casino withdrawals?
ID checks, your payment method and the amount are the main causes. The terms add a delay of 2-3 weeks for money sent from a phone operator.
V.Vegas Casino asks for ID when a withdrawal is USD 1,000 or more, and clause 6.3 says it may restrict withdrawals during checks. After KYC, the terms say EUR 5,000 to EUR 29,999 is approved “within 30 working days”. AboutSlots says a maximum of 14 business days.
Clause 8.18 says the casino is not responsible for processor or bank delays after approval. The site also blocks withdrawals until your phone number and e-mail address are both verified. One AskGamblers player says payouts took longer than the 14 days stated in the terms.
How do you register at V.Vegas Casino?
Click Register, enter an e-mail address or phone number, a password and a currency, then confirm the e-mail. AskGamblers describes these steps, and the V.Vegas Rules of play add the confirmation link.
V.Vegas Casino’s terms add your name, date of birth and phone number to that list. After you confirm the link, the Rules of play say to open the Cashier, pick a payment method and choose a game. Demo mode needs no registration.
One Trustpilot reviewer from Canada says nothing at sign-up tells you V.Vegas is the new name of Vulkan Vegas. A Canadian reviewer on Casino Guru, who posted the same complaint, says he deposited 50 $ before the casino asked for extra personal details.
Which documents does V.Vegas Casino ask for?
Mostly an ID copy, a photo of your payment card and a photo of you with your documents. The V.Vegas KYC policy lists those three first and adds more in some cases.
V.Vegas Casino says the card photo must show your name, while the CVV and middle digits may be hidden. The Refund policy asks for both sides of the card, showing the first six and last four digits. The card holder name must match your account. The KYC policy adds these in some situations:
- proof of address
- a bank statement or a workplace letter
- a tax assessment notice
- a photo of a handwritten note with your e-mail, the date and a confirmation code
- a call or video call
How long is V.Vegas Casino verification?
It depends on who you ask. AskGamblers shows 0-72 hours, Strafe says one to 24 hours, and reviewers report anything from a day to nearly a week.
One Casino Guru reviewer says KYC took nearly a week compared with the standard 24 hours, while another says verification took only 24 hours. One resolved AskGamblers complaint says a KYC result was reversed after about 15 uploads.
V.Vegas Casino’s own pages give three different moments for the ID check. The terms ask for ID at a withdrawal of USD 1,000 or more. The KYC policy says once transactions total USD/EUR 1,000, and the Canadian-French page says before your first withdrawal. Send your documents early, because the terms count payout times from after KYC.
Can you have more than one V.Vegas Casino account?
No, the terms allow only a single account per player, called the Main account. Clause 5.5 treats any other account you open as a Duplicate Account.
V.Vegas Casino may close both the duplicate and the main account, void transactions, not return deposits and reclaim winnings. Clauses 13.5.2 and 13.5.3 also let it end accounts linked to terminated or blocked ones. The bonus terms limit bonuses to one per player, IP address, device, family, address, phone number, card or e-wallet.
One Trustpilot reviewer says his new account was matched by phone number to a forgotten Vulkan Vegas account and treated as a duplicate. The casino’s FAQ says existing players use their old e-mail and password, so do not register again.
What happens to dormant V.Vegas Casino accounts?
No source we checked shows a dormant-account fee. The V.Vegas terms, Refund policy, KYC policy and bonus terms contain no inactivity clause.
Clause 13.3 says the casino reserves the right to collect fees, surcharges or costs incurred before you cancel your account. Clause 13.5.1 is the closest rule. V.Vegas Casino may end an account without notice if it stops serving the player and the real money balance drops under a minimum stake.
No clause promises a charge or a waiver for an idle account. Withdraw your balance before you leave, because clause 31.2 says a deactivated account cannot log in, open a new account or withdraw money. Ask live chat for the inactivity rule in writing.
Why might V.Vegas Casino block an account?
Mostly for breaking the terms. V.Vegas Casino can block or close accounts over hidden locations, third-party deposits, duplicate accounts and bonus abuse.
Clause 12.7 says masking IP or location is not allowed. VPN or proxy use can close an account and void bets, bonuses and winnings. One AskGamblers complaint says a single login from an Austrian IP flagged an account. The player says the casino offered €250 against a €3,488 balance; AskGamblers marks the case resolved. Other triggers:
- a deposit from a friend, relative, partner, husband or wife (clause 8.3)
- a second account, or one linked to a terminated account
- edited or AI-generated documents (clauses 6.6 and 6.7)
- breaking the maximum bet with bonus money
- sports bets on odds below 1.20 during a bonus
What age must you be to play at V.Vegas Casino?
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal consent if that is higher. The V.Vegas terms say no one under that age may use the services.
Registration asks for your date of birth, and clause 4.1 says V.Vegas Casino can ask for proof of age at any stage. The KYC policy also asks for a photo of you with your documents.
No source we checked names a Canadian province where V.Vegas is allowed or barred. None says it holds an Ontario or other provincial licence. The Canadian-French page names no Canadian regulator either. Check the legal gambling age where you live, because the terms apply whichever age is higher.
Does V.Vegas Casino have an Android app?
Yes, according to the V.Vegas Mobile page. You download the Android app from the casino’s site as an APK, and it needs Android 6.0 or newer.
The page says to install it from unknown sources. AboutSlots says the app download buttons do not redirect to the official app stores. The Canadian-French page gives the Android file size as about 50 Mo.
V.Vegas Casino names app-only features: Shake Bonus, Break the Piggy and Hot Lottery. The Mobile page also says one account works across desktop and mobile. Strafe confirms an Android app exists. OnlineCasinoReports lists “No mobile app is available” as a con, yet its text says select users can install it. Download only from the casino’s own site.
Is there a V.Vegas Casino app for iPhone?
Possibly, but the sources disagree. The V.Vegas Mobile page says the iPhone and iPad app comes from the App Store and needs iOS 12.0 or newer.
AskGamblers and Gamesville say an iOS app exists, and Gamesville shows an Apple App Store rating of 3.5 from 45 reviews. Strafe says there isn’t a V.Vegas iOS app, and OnlineCasinoReports says no mobile app is available. The Canadian-French page gives the iOS app size as about 80 Mo.
AboutSlots says the app buttons do not redirect to the official app stores, and Strafe and AboutSlots both call the site mobile-optimised. If the App Store link from V.Vegas Casino does not open for you, play in a mobile browser.
Can you play V.Vegas Casino on a phone without installing anything?
Yes, the website is built for phones. AboutSlots calls it fully mobile-optimised and Strafe agrees, so a phone browser should be enough on its own.
V.Vegas Casino also runs apps. Its Mobile page says the Android file comes from the site, needs Android 6.0 or newer and must be installed from unknown sources. The iPhone and iPad app needs iOS 12.0 or newer and comes from the App Store. It adds that one account works on both.
Sources disagree on the iPhone app. AskGamblers and Gamesville say it exists. Strafe says there is no V.Vegas iOS app. AboutSlots says the download buttons do not lead to the official app stores. OnlineCasinoReports marks PWA support as No.
Which languages does V.Vegas Casino offer?
Yes, English and French both appear on all five review-site language lists. The casino also has a Canadian-French page at v.vegas/fr-ca, aimed at French-speaking players in Canada.
The counts differ. Casino Guru lists 18 languages, AskGamblers 15, Strafe and Gamesville 14 each, and OnlineCasinoReports 12. Casino Guru’s list adds Chinese, Italian and Filipino, which AskGamblers does not show. V.Vegas Casino says on its home page that it offers more than 17 languages, and its page code points to 21 language versions.
Support language is a separate question. Casino Guru says live chat and customer support work in 18 languages, while AskGamblers lists English only for support. If you want a French reply, ask live chat before you deposit.
How do you reach V.Vegas Casino customer support?
Mostly by live chat and e-mail. The V.Vegas About us page promises both every day of the week and gives support@v.vegas as the support address. It also lists complaints@v.vegas.
V.Vegas Casino gets mixed marks for how well support works. Casino Guru rates both live chat and e-mail Good in its own tests. Yet its AI summary of player reviews counts 16 who found support helpful and fast against 65 who found it unhelpful or slow.
AskGamblers likes the live chat but says support lacks effectiveness in resolving withdrawal issues. AboutSlots found answers within a few minutes, though some were a bit superficial, and it notes there is no FAQ page. One Casino Guru reviewer calls support robotic.
When is V.Vegas Casino support available?
Live chat runs around the clock. The About us page promises support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Casino Guru and AskGamblers both list live chat as 24/7.
V.Vegas Casino claims on its home page that average chat replies take under two minutes. Casino Guru’s average over 13 live chat tests is 2m, and its single e-mail test got an answer in about 1h. Its latest chat test, on 2 August, took 2m and was rated Average.
No source we checked gives opening hours for the e-mail desk or the phone line. OnlineCasinoReports only says the telephone line is not operated 24 hours a day. For anything urgent, such as a frozen deposit, start with live chat.
Can you call V.Vegas Casino by phone?
Maybe, but the sources do not agree. AskGamblers lists +357-25-654-268, while Strafe and Gamesville print 00357-25311333 in their details. Strafe’s text says it found no phone number, and Gamesville’s says phone support is not available.
OnlineCasinoReports says a telephone line exists and is hosted in Cyprus. AskGamblers counts phone as one of three routes, next to live chat and e-mail. V.Vegas Casino promises chat and e-mail on its About us page, and that fetched page shows no phone number at all.
Treat phone support as unproven. Use live chat instead, because it leaves a written record you can quote in a complaint. If you still want to call, ask the chat team to confirm the number first.
How should you raise a formal complaint with V.Vegas Casino?
Start with live chat or support@v.vegas, then send the complaint form to complaints@v.vegas or use the online form, as the Complaints policy says. Include the date, the game, the amount and the exact time of the problem.
V.Vegas Casino promises an acknowledgement within one week and a resolution within 4 weeks, which it can extend once by another 4 weeks. Complaints about responsible gambling get an answer within 5 business days. That policy still ends its heading with “Casino Name”.
Deadlines matter. Terms clause 15.2 gives 10 days from the incident for game round or profile issues, with the time accurate to the minute. For other complaints, clause 22.3 says twelve calendar months while the Complaints policy says six months, so work to the shorter limit.
Where can you take a V.Vegas Casino dispute outside the casino?
Not through the licensing body. The Complaints policy says the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not intervene in individual disputes between players and licensed operators. Players may still report breaches of Curaçao regulations to it.
That leaves third-party complaint pages. AskGamblers shows 83 resolved out of 89 complaints about V.Vegas Casino in its header, though its stats box reads 83 / 84. Its average complaint lasts 6 days. Casino Guru shows 1,058 in one box but 7 direct complaints in its text.
The terms choose Curaçao law and the courts of Curaçao. No source we checked shows a Canadian provincial licence. Ask a provincial body whether it will take your case before you count on it.
Which responsible gambling tools does V.Vegas Casino provide?
Sources disagree. AskGamblers finds only self-exclusion, but AboutSlots and the casino’s Canadian-French page list deposit limits and more. Confirm any tool with support before you rely on it.
V.Vegas Casino draws criticism here, since AskGamblers lists “Few responsible gambling tools” among its dislikes. Each source below reports a different set of tools, and none shows the account menu itself.
- AskGamblers: self-exclusion only. Deposit, wager, loss and time limit tools and reality checks are marked No.
- AboutSlots: bet, deposit and wager limits, time-outs, reality checks, self-exclusion and a self-assessment questionnaire.
- Canadian-French page: deposit, bet and session limits plus temporary self-exclusion, set in the account.
- Terms: limits and self-exclusion are requested through Live Support.
How do you set deposit limits at V.Vegas Casino?
Through Live Support, according to the terms. Clause 31.1 says limits are requested there, while AboutSlots and the Canadian-French page say you can also set them in your account.
V.Vegas Casino’s own interface text describes a deposit limit as one that restricts the total amount of deposits you can make within one day. It also says a limit cannot be removed or increased for 1 day. AskGamblers still marks the Deposit Limit Tool as No.
No source we checked shows the exact menu path. Ask live chat to set your limit, say the amount and the period, and save the transcript. Check that the limit appears in your account before you deposit. Take a screenshot of the confirmation.
How does V.Vegas Casino self-exclusion work?
You ask Live Support, then confirm by e-mail. The terms say the account holder must send a request from the registered e-mail, and self-exclusion starts only once support confirms it.
AskGamblers calls self-exclusion the only tool its table marks Yes at V.Vegas Casino. It says “you can’t log in and withdraw the remaining funds.” No source we checked says how long it lasts. Ask support in writing what happens to your balance before you start.
AskGamblers also marks self-exclusion register participation as No. Treat the exclusion as covering this casino only and set up blocks at other sites yourself. The terms also say a deactivated account cannot log in, open a new account or withdraw money.
Does V.Vegas Casino offer a cooling-off break?
Possibly, but AskGamblers contradicts itself. Its table says Cool Off/Time-Out Tool: No, yet its text says you can only find self-exclusion and cool-off.
AboutSlots lists time-outs among the tools, and the Canadian-French page lists temporary self-exclusion set in the account. V.Vegas Casino’s terms cover personal limits and self-exclusion through Live Support but, in the lines our sources quote, name no separate time-out.
Ask live chat for a break with a fixed end date, and get the confirmation in writing. A short break is not the same as closing the account, so ask what it does to your bonuses and withdrawals. If staff offer only full self-exclusion, check first whether you can still withdraw your balance.
Where can V.Vegas Casino players get gambling support in Canada?
No source we checked names a Canadian help service for V.Vegas players. The casino’s Responsible gambling page lists GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy instead. Nothing we read says whether those services take calls from Canada.
The footer of V.Vegas Casino also links BeGambleAware and the 20-question Gamblers Anonymous self-assessment. Take that test if you are unsure whether your play has become a problem.
For a Canadian line, search for your province’s official problem-gambling help service on a government website. You can also speak to a family doctor or a trusted friend. Until you have local support, use the casino’s limits and self-exclusion through Live Support. Note your weekly deposits first; it helps a counsellor see the pattern.
Are V.Vegas Casino winnings taxed in Canada?
We cannot say from our sources. No review site or V.Vegas page we read states how winnings are taxed in Canada, so no rule can be quoted for this casino.
Read our page on whether casino winnings are taxable in Canada for the general picture, then check it against your own situation. V.Vegas Casino lets you pick CAD, which AskGamblers, Casino Guru and OnlineCasinoReports all list as a supported currency.
Keep records either way. The terms say the casino can ask for Source of Funds documents on large deposits, so save deposit receipts, withdrawal confirmations and statements. Also save the dates and the currency of each payment. A tax professional can tell you what applies to you.
How does V.Vegas Casino compare with provincial lottery sites?
The main difference is the licence. V.Vegas Casino’s terms name a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence, and no source we checked shows a Canadian provincial licence or an Ontario listing.
On the plus side, AskGamblers and Casino Guru list CAD accounts and Interac, and the casino runs a Canadian-French page. Against that, the terms put disputes under Curaçao law, and only the Canadian-French page and third-party sites mention Interac. Casino Guru’s Safety Index is 9.8, rated Very high, though that is not a licence.
Check four points on any provincial lottery site. Who licenses it? Where do disputes go? Are CAD and Interac offered? Which limit tools exist? Quebec readers can also read our page on online casinos in Quebec.
How does V.Vegas Casino compare with Slotoro Casino?
Slotoro scores lower with reviewers on both Trustpilot and Casino Guru, though one privacy-policy detail links the two. Casino Guru gives V.Vegas Casino a Safety Index of 9.8 and Slotoro 8.6.
The Slotoro privacy policy names the same two controllers as the V.Vegas privacy notice: Whitebox B.V. and T&C Whitebox CY Limited. The Slotoro terms, however, name Wiraon B.V. as owner. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 92 reviews for Slotoro and 3.2 from 12 for V.Vegas. Read our Slotoro Casino review for that casino alone.
The V.Vegas home page shows up to €1,500 + 150 free spins. AskGamblers lists Slotoro at 125% up to €500 + 100 Free Spins, while Slotozilla lists 375% up to C$2,500 + 250 Free Spins. Both terms share the same 20% withholding rule.
What did the old Vulkan Vegas brand offer that V.Vegas Casino keeps?
The platform, the game library and your existing account, according to the casino. V.Vegas Casino says the licence, ownership, game library and player accounts are unchanged, and only the name and look differ.
The English home page calls the change a planned identity update: same platform, same game library, new look. It says existing players log in with the same email and password, and bonuses or balances tied to the original account remain intact.
The Greek FAQ, translated, says the management company (Brivio Limited), the Curaçao licence and all operations stay the same. It adds that loyalty data, active offers and history transfer automatically. These are the casino’s own claims, and no source we checked gives the date of the change.
What are the main strengths of V.Vegas Casino?
A high safety score, a large game list and support for Canadian dollars. Casino Guru gives V.Vegas Casino a Safety Index of 9.8, labelled “Very high”, and found no unfair clauses in the terms.
Review sites count the library differently: AboutSlots says more than 4,000 titles, while Gamesville says over 5,500. Casino Guru adds that Gamecheck verified the games, that no fake games were found and that the complaints ratio is “Very good”.
AskGamblers and Casino Guru both list Canadian dollars and Interac, and AskGamblers shows Interac for deposits and withdrawals. AskGamblers also likes the 24/7 live chat and the number of payment methods.
What are the main weaknesses of V.Vegas Casino?
Withdrawals and support are the weak spots. Casino Guru’s AI summary counts 98 reports of withdrawal and fee problems against 24 positive ones.
Clause 8.11.6 of the terms lets V.Vegas Casino withhold 20% of a withdrawal when turnover is low. AboutSlots reads that as turnover under 2x your deposit. Clause 8.17 may cap you at 5,000 EUR per 30 days once withdrawals plus your balance reach at least 20 times your deposits.
- Bonuses last 5 days, with a 5 CAD maximum bet per spin and default wagering of x40.
- Casino Guru’s summary says 65 players found support unhelpful or slow, and 16 found it helpful and fast.
- AskGamblers lists few responsible gambling tools.
- Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 12 reviews, and 42% of them give one star.
Which players suit V.Vegas Casino?
Loyalty-minded slot players who deposit at a moderate level. AboutSlots calls V.Vegas Casino a “solid, reputable experience” for “mid-stakes, loyalty-focused slot players”.
The loyalty ladder has 10 statuses and 99 levels. The casino’s loyalty table gives one point per €5 spent in games, live casino excluded. Points convert to real money in your profile. Casino Guru lists a personal manager and faster withdrawals among the perks.
Players who want variety have options too. The home page menu lists Sports, Tournaments, Wheel of Fortune and Loot boxes. The promotions page shows a weekly tournament card with up to €3,000 and 100 free spins every week.
Who should avoid V.Vegas Casino?
Anyone who wants a Canadian provincial licence, a full set of limit tools or quick payouts on very large wins. No source we checked shows an Ontario or other provincial licence for V.Vegas Casino.
AskGamblers lists no deposit, wager, loss or session limit tools, only self-exclusion, while AboutSlots lists deposit and wager limits. The terms say you request limits and self-exclusion through Live Support.
The terms ban VPN or proxy use, third-party deposits (a spouse’s card included) and a second account. Winnings can be voided or forfeited. For large wins, the terms approve EUR 5,000 to EUR 29,999 “within 30 working days”. AboutSlots lists a maximum of 14 business days instead.
What should you check before your first V.Vegas Casino deposit?
Four things: your province, the welcome bonus terms, your payment method and the withdrawal rules. The terms do not bar Canada, but they say the barred list can change “with or without notice”.
No source names any province as allowed or barred. Before you pay into V.Vegas Casino, ask the live chat team whether your province is accepted, and keep a copy of the reply.
- Welcome bonus: the casino pages show no per-step terms, so ask for each step’s minimum deposit and wagering.
- Interac: AskGamblers, Casino Guru and the Canadian-French page name it. Ask chat to confirm.
- Name match: the card holder name must match your account, and third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Minimum withdrawal: AskGamblers says $50, the Canadian-French page says 10$ CAD and AboutSlots says €10. Check the cashier.
How do you claim the V.Vegas Casino welcome bonus?
Register with your email or phone, then make a deposit. The register page at V.Vegas Casino reads “Welcome bonus for the first 3 deposits €1,500 + 150 free spins”. So the offer is spread over three deposits.
AboutSlots says the first deposit should come within 60 minutes of registering, or the standard package applies instead of the upgraded one. Gamesville and AboutSlots both give 5 days to finish wagering: 40x on the cash bonus and 30x on the free spins.
Gamesville says you need no promo code. The bonus terms exclude live casino and table games from wagering, and withdrawing before you finish forfeits the bonuses. The review sites list the three steps differently, so confirm the figures in the cashier.
How do you make your first V.Vegas Casino withdrawal go smoothly?
Fill in your profile, verify early and withdraw with the method you deposited with. The V.Vegas Casino terms require a full profile, the same method and at least one deposit.
The casino’s own interface says you cannot withdraw until both your phone number and email address are verified. Have an ID copy, a photo of your payment card and a selfie with your documents ready, as the KYC policy lists them.
The casino’s pages disagree on when ID is required. The terms say a withdrawal of USD 1,000 or more, while the Canadian-French page says before the first withdrawal. After the check, up to 499 EUR is approved within 2 working days at most. Phone-operator deposits can delay a payout by 2-3 weeks.
What should former Vulkan Vegas players know about V.Vegas Casino?
Your old login should still work, according to the casino, but the duplicate-account rule needs care. The home page FAQ says existing players use the same email and password, with no re-registration.
One Trustpilot reviewer from Canada says his new 50 $ deposit at V.Vegas Casino was frozen over a duplicate-account claim. He says his phone number matched an old Vulkan account, and that registration never mentioned the new name. That is one player’s account. The terms allow one account per player.
The old name still shows up. The KYC policy and Rules of play still say Vulkanvegas.com, and 9 of the 10 complaint titles on AskGamblers use it. Search both names when you read reviews.
What do recent V.Vegas Casino player reviews say?
They are mixed. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 12 reviews. AskGamblers shows a Player Rating of 8.9/10 from 358 reviews, and Casino Guru labels user feedback “Mixed” from 165 user reviews.
On Trustpilot, 25% of reviews give five stars and 42% give one star. Gamesville quotes 3.9 on 4669 Trustpilot reviews for the brand, which does not match the v.vegas profile. Strafe shows 3.6/5 from 13 user reviews.
One Casino Guru reviewer says the ID check took nearly a week, while another says verification took only 24 hours. One AskGamblers player, rating V.Vegas Casino 4/10, says withdrawals were limited to 5,000 euro per month after a 100,000 euro win.
Is V.Vegas Casino safe for Canadians?
Review sites score it high for safety, but no source shows a Canadian provincial licence. Casino Guru lists no blacklists for V.Vegas Casino, and Gamesville lists Canada among accepted countries.
The casino says it uses SSL encryption, optional two-factor authentication and certified random number generators. OnlineCasinoReports says eCOGRA tested the games, yet its own cons list says they are not verified by a company like eCOGRA.
The casino’s terms name a Curaçao licence, though Strafe says the licence comes from the government of Cyprus. The complaints policy says the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not step into single player disputes. Players may still report breaches of Curaçao regulations to it. AskGamblers shows 83 resolved complaints, out of 89 in one place and 84 in another.
Is V.Vegas Casino legit?
Yes, by the sources we checked. The terms name a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence, and Casino Guru shows that number as Verified. Casino Guru also lists “the genuine and licensed Vulkan Vegas casino” as a pro.
Sources disagree on who owns it. The V.Vegas Casino terms, Casino Guru and AboutSlots name Whitebox B.V. AskGamblers and OnlineCasinoReports name Invicta Networks N.V., while Strafe and Gamesville name Brivio Limited.
Legit does not mean problem-free. Casino Guru lists a complaints-handling award and says the casino is associated with 2 other online casinos. It also shows complaints about delayed withdrawals and closed accounts. Trustpilot shows a claimed profile with replies to 40% of negative reviews.
What is the final verdict on V.Vegas Casino?
V.Vegas Casino is a licensed, well-scored casino best suited to loyalty-focused slot players who read the terms first. Its strengths are the safety score, the large game list and CAD support. Its weak points are the withdrawal rules, mixed support reports and no shown provincial licence.
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8.4/10, but Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 12 reviews and Casino Guru calls user feedback “Mixed”. Treat the scores as a prompt for what to check, not a promise.
Before you deposit, ask live chat to confirm your province, the welcome bonus terms and Interac. AskGamblers’ CAD listing shows a minimum deposit of 10 CAD, so you can start small and request a first withdrawal early.
