FieryPlay Casino Review: Owner, Bonus Terms, Payout Limits and Ratings

FieryPlay Casino home page with the welcome package banner and lobby tiles

FieryPlay Casino is the new name of Vulkanspiele, according to SportsGambler, and its terms name Nixxe B.V. of Curaçao as the owner. Set next to the best online casinos in Canada, this FieryPlay Casino review checks the licence, the bonus, payout tiers and player reports.

Trustpilot rates it 1.6 out of 5 from 35 reviews, while Casino Guru gives it a Safety Index of 7.4. No English FieryPlay video can be embedded. The clip below is Alex Frame’s English review of NV Casino, a casino on our list that Casino Guru shows under the same owner.

What is FieryPlay Casino?

FieryPlay Casino is an online casino and sportsbook run from Curaçao. Its About page calls it a licensed betting platform with casino slots, sports bets and cybersports bets, plus a bonus for new players.

The company-written text on Trustpilot adds table games, crash games, bingo, live casino and instant games. It also mentions cards, e-wallets and crypto for payments, six languages, and support by live chat and email.

The menu lists Casino, Promotions, Bonuses, Tournaments, VIP Club, Loyalty Program, Hall of Fame and Sports. SpicyCasinos describes a dark layout with red accents and large promotional banners, and the Live Chat button sits next to Deposit. The review sites give different launch dates, so none of them settles how old the brand is.

Was FieryPlay Casino once called Vulkanspiele?

Yes, according to SportsGambler. It reports that Vulkanspiele rebranded and is now known as FieryPlay. The casino’s policy pages never mention the change, so the evidence comes from outside sources and a few leftovers on its own site.

One Trustpilot reviewer says the casino was good when it was called Vulkanspiele, before it changed its name to FieryPlay. KingCasinoBonus lists the support email as support@vulkanspiele.com, while Mr Gamble shows support@fieryplay.com.

FieryPlay Casino’s own bonuses page still tells players to register on the VulkanSpiele website. Google.ca results for a FieryPlay review also show one sports site whose web addresses say vulkanspiele but whose titles say FieryPlay. A third-party Vulkanspiele site gives the same company registration numbers as the FieryPlay terms, which fits the rebrand.

FieryPlay Casino welcome bonus page with the first deposit tiers
The FieryPlay Casino welcome bonus page lists the first deposit tiers, each paired with free spins on Crown Coins.

Which company runs FieryPlay Casino?

Nixxe B.V., a company registered in Curaçao. FieryPlay Casino’s terms say the services are provided by Nixxe B.V. at Cassandraweg 52, Willemstad, registration number 147116, and its Privacy Notice says Nixxe operates the website.

The terms add that payments are managed by Kaurum Limited, a Cyprus company with registration number HE 387933. It acts as an authorised agent for its parent company, Nixxe B.V. AskGamblers and allcasino.org also call Nixxe the owner and operator.

The sources disagree in two places. CasinoFreak lists Kaurum Limited as the owning company, though the terms name Kaurum only as payment agent. A third-party Vulkanspiele site gives Nixxe’s address as Korporaalweg 10, not Cassandraweg 52. Mr Gamble, SportsGambler, SpicyCasinos, RealMoneyAction, NewCasinoRank and CasinoPro name no owner company.

What licence does FieryPlay Casino operate under?

A Curaçao licence. The terms name the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the body that licenses and oversees Nixxe B.V. AskGamblers, Mr Gamble, KingCasinoBonus and SpicyCasinos repeat that claim for FieryPlay Casino.

The regulator’s name varies. The terms say Curaçao Gaming Control Board, while the complaints policy, Casino Guru and RealMoneyAction say Curaçao Gaming Authority. That policy adds that the authority does not step into individual disputes between players and licensed operators.

Others say the opposite: CasinoFreak and CasinoPro call the casino unlicensed, and RealMoneyAction lists that as a disadvantage while also naming Curaçao. KingCasinoBonus says Curaçao licensing gives less protection than the UK or Malta, and Mr Gamble adds less fund segregation and fewer formal complaint routes. Compare other sites on our page about Curaçao-licensed casinos in Canada.

Can you check the FieryPlay Casino licence number?

Only partly. The terms and the Privacy Notice both show the licence number. No source we checked quotes the Curaçao regulator’s own register entry or an issue date.

FieryPlay Casino prints the number in section 1.1 of its terms, yet the site footer shows only a copyright line and an 18 icon. AskGamblers, Mr Gamble, KingCasinoBonus, SpicyCasinos and Casino Guru quote the same number, and Casino Guru tags it Verified.

NewCasinoRank marks its own register check as pending. KingCasinoBonus says the licence was issued to Nixxe B.V., so check that the company name beside the number matches. Before you deposit, ask live chat which register entry to check, and save the reply. The complaints policy says live chat is open 24/7.

Is FieryPlay Casino available to Canadians?

Mostly yes, with Ontario as the exception. The terms bar Ontario by name but not Canada as a whole. Mr Gamble puts Canada on its allowed-countries list and shows bonus lines written for Canada.

FieryPlay Casino shows signs of expecting Canadian players. Its sign-up form lists the Canadian dollar and asks for a province. Its welcome page quotes bonus amounts in CAD, the same numbers as in euros. AskGamblers also lists Interac for deposits and withdrawals.

One source disagrees: Slotozilla lists Canada among the places the casino does not accept. CasinoFreak’s restricted list leaves Canada out. No source names Quebec or any province except Ontario. The terms say the company may change the list from time to time, so ask live chat about your province before you deposit.

Why does FieryPlay Casino exclude Ontario?

The terms do not say why. They list Ontario among the places where accounts are not permitted for people located or living there. No other Canadian province appears on that list.

The same clause appears under the same number, 4.4, in the terms of FS Casino, with Ontario barred and the rest of Canada not. The VPN rule matches too. That suggests a shared terms template rather than a choice made only by FieryPlay Casino.

If you live in Ontario, start with Ontario’s online gambling laws before you think about signing up. Clause 11.9 bans masking your IP address or location with a VPN or proxy. The casino may then close the account and void bets, bonuses and winnings.

Which other countries does FieryPlay Casino turn away?

The United States, the United Kingdom and several European countries. Section 4.4 of the terms also names Australia, Brazil, Israel, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Yemen and Ukraine, among others.

In Europe, that clause lists France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Malta, Cyprus and the Czech Republic. It covers customers who are located or domiciled in those places. FieryPlay Casino may change the list with or without notice, so read the live terms before you register.

Review sites add names the terms do not list. SportsGambler says players in the US, Spain and even Germany cannot reach it, SpicyCasinos adds Sweden, and NewCasinoRank adds Austria. Mr Gamble’s list of 209 allowed countries includes Germany, Austria and Brazil, although the terms bar Brazil.

Does FieryPlay Casino share an owner with NV Casino?

Yes, according to the sources we checked. Casino Guru names Nixxe B.V. as the owner of NV Casino, and the terms of FieryPlay Casino name the same company as the operator of FieryPlay.

Both casinos also sit under the same Curaçao licence number in those sources. Slotozilla names Kaurum Limited as the NV Casino operator, while Casino Guru names Nixxe B.V. The FieryPlay terms name Kaurum Limited as the payment agent for its parent, Nixxe B.V.

Casino Guru says NV Casino is linked to one other casino it does not name, and counts 158 complaints against it. Shared ownership does not mean shared results. Trustpilot gives FieryPlay 1.6 out of 5, and our NV Casino review quotes 3.3 out of 5 from Trustpilot.

How old is FieryPlay Casino?

The sources do not agree, so its age is unconfirmed. Review sites give FieryPlay Casino three different launch years, which is too wide a gap to call it either new or established.

AskGamblers and Mr Gamble give the latest year, and the company-written text on Trustpilot matches them. Casino Guru, Slotozilla, KingCasinoBonus and CasinoFreak give an earlier one, and CasinoFreak names an exact day in January. NewCasinoRank goes back furthest of all.

SportsGambler says FieryPlay is the new name of Vulkanspiele. Public domain records show fieryplay.com was registered in late March and fieryplay1.com in mid-April. The casino’s footer shows no company name or licence number. Ask live chat how long the operator has run the brand before you rely on any track record.

Which web addresses lead to FieryPlay Casino?

Three addresses lead to FieryPlay Casino: fieryplay.com, fieryplay1.com and promo-fieryplay.com. No source we checked says which one is official, so type the address yourself and ask live chat to confirm it before you deposit.

Public domain records show fieryplay.com was registered in late March, while the other two followed in mid-April. The old name still shows up as well. SportsGambler says Vulkanspiele became FieryPlay, and KingCasinoBonus lists a support email on the vulkanspiele.com domain.

  • fieryplay.com: the main address; a check from Greece returned a Cloudflare block page.
  • fieryplay1.com/en: the mirror that loaded the full site, with its terms and policy pages.
  • promo-fieryplay.com: a landing page that tracked links redirect to.
  • vulkanspiele.com: the former name, which did not resolve on Google’s public DNS.

What Trustpilot score does FieryPlay Casino hold?

A weak one. Trustpilot rates FieryPlay Casino 1.6 out of 5, labelled Bad, from 35 reviews. Of those, 94% are one star and 6% are five stars, with nothing in between.

Trustpilot shows 34 of the 35 reviews were written in the last 12 months, so the score reflects recent experience. The profile is claimed, and the casino has replied to 6% of negative reviews, usually within a week. Trustpilot also shows no recent history of the casino asking for reviews.

One Trustpilot reviewer says a payout sat in verification for over a month. Another says the account was banned after a large win. Two reviewers praise quick withdrawals. Each is one player’s account, and only the first 20 reviews were read.

How do review sites score FieryPlay Casino?

Unevenly. AskGamblers gives FieryPlay Casino a CasinoRank of 6/10, KingCasinoBonus rates it 3.4/5, and CasinoFreak shows a 7 with a silver medal from one vote. Inside that score, KingCasinoBonus gives slot games 4.3 and licensing 3.3.

AskGamblers players rate it 3.5/10 from 2 reviews, and RealMoneyAction shows 3.40/5, built from 18 LCB votes and none of its own. Mr Gamble and Slotozilla show no player reviews, and CasinoPro marks the casino Not Rated. CasinoFreak ranks it 197 out of 2,338 casinos, while SpicyCasinos, NewCasinoRank and allcasino.org print no score.

SportsGambler calls the casino legit, which sits oddly beside the low player scores. Most scores rest on very few votes, so weigh them lightly. Our comparison of how licensed and offshore casinos differ helps you read these ratings in context.

What Safety Index does Casino Guru give FieryPlay Casino?

On Casino Guru, FieryPlay Casino scores 7.4 on the Safety Index, a result the site calls Above average. User feedback is Mixed, based on 8 reviews, so the casino sits in the middle-to-good range.

Behind the number, Casino Guru calls it a medium-sized casino, estimates its annual revenue above $5,000,000, and lists no blacklists. It tags the Curaçao licence as Verified and rates the terms Mostly fair, with 2 issues found. It marks other factors as slightly negative because of a low withdrawal limit.

The page also contradicts itself: its text says it found no relevant complaints, yet its key figures count 71. Read the full Casino Guru page, including its complaints box, before you lean on the 7.4. Treat the 7.4 as one data point.

What complaints do players file against FieryPlay Casino?

Mostly slow withdrawals, document checks and closed accounts. Casino Guru counts 71 complaints about FieryPlay Casino: 20 resolved, 46 rejected and 5 listed as opened. It rates the complaints ratio Very good.

AskGamblers lists one complaint, a withdrawal of €660 held up by a rejected verification photo, still unresolved. Casino Guru’s headlines also cover delayed withdrawals, confiscated winnings and a closed account. The casino’s replies cite a 5 MB upload limit. Trustpilot reviewers describe these patterns, and each is one player’s account:

  • One reviewer says a withdrawal waited over a month in verification.
  • Another says an account was banned after a large win and the deposit was kept.
  • One claims €4,500 was confiscated.
  • One says a deposit shown as completed never reached the account.

How does FieryPlay Casino handle disputes?

Through a written complaints policy: contact support first, then use the complaint form. FieryPlay Casino promises an acknowledgement within one week and a resolution within four weeks.

You must file within six months. The four weeks can be extended once by another four weeks if the case is complex. Responsible-gambling complaints get a 5 business day deadline. One AskGamblers complaint says live chat and a Telegram bot refused another way to send an ID photo.

For a disputed game round, the terms give you 10 days to report it and say the server records are the final authority. Under the same policy, the Curaçao body leaves single player disputes to the casino. Mr Gamble notes you lose the formal complaint routes an MGA or UKGC site offers.

Does FieryPlay Casino keep player funds secure?

Partly. allcasino.org says transactions use 128-bit SSL encryption, but KingCasinoBonus says Curaçao licensing gives less protection than UK or Malta licences. Treat any balance at FieryPlay Casino as money at risk, and withdraw wins promptly.

The privacy notice cites SSL, a payment gateway server and a Cloudflare reverse proxy. It says data is kept for 6 years after an account closes. Face ID and Touch ID, where used, are processed only on your own device.

Mr Gamble says you do not get the same fund segregation as at an MGA or UKGC site. AskGamblers lists RNG testing as No, while SpicyCasinos calls the games RNG certified but adds that the odds are lower than at full-RTP casinos. Ask live chat for the test-lab report.

Can FieryPlay Casino hold back part of a win?

Yes, the terms say so. If your turnover is under 2 times your deposit, FieryPlay Casino may withhold 20% of a withdrawal, with a floor of 0.5 USD. The terms tie the charge to bank-transfer costs.

The cashier repeats the warning: wager the deposit 2 times to avoid the 20% commission. KingCasinoBonus lists this fee as a drawback, while AskGamblers shows withdrawal fees as No. Ask live chat how it applies to you.

A separate term allows a limit of 5000 EUR in 30 days once your request, balance and lifetime withdrawals reach 20 times your deposits. Casino Guru reads it as EUR 5,000 per month, and CasinoFreak says no limit. Sports wins above 50,000 USD on one bet are written off.

What welcome package does FieryPlay Casino advertise?

A five-deposit package worth up to CAD 2,500 plus 525 free spins. The FieryPlay welcome bonus page shows it, and the home page banner offers €2,500 plus 525 free spins to new players.

The welcome page splits the money across five deposits, each with a cash bonus of up to CAD 500. That adds up to CAD 2,500. The 525 spins figure is a best case: it needs the limited-time first deposit and the CAD 50 tier on deposits two to five.

FieryPlay Casino asks you to activate the offer on the Bonuses tab of your profile within 5 days of registering. Compare it with other online casino bonuses in Canada before you sign up, so you know what a fair package looks like.

How does the first FieryPlay Casino deposit bonus change after one hour?

The match drops from 200% to 150%. On the FieryPlay welcome bonus page, a first deposit of at least CAD 10 earns 200% plus 100 free spins as a limited-time offer. After the first hour it earns 150% plus 50 free spins.

Both steps cap the cash bonus at CAD 500 and use free spins on Crown Coins. FieryPlay Casino cuts the match by 50 points and halves the spins. The euro view shows the same split, with a €10 minimum and a €500 cap.

CasinoFreak and CasinoPro word the 200% step as “one hour after signing up”, which differs from the casino’s own page. No source we checked says when the clock starts, so ask live chat before you deposit.

What do the later FieryPlay Casino welcome deposits pay?

Deposits two to five pay a 100% to 200% match, with 25 to 150 free spins. The FieryPlay welcome bonus page gives bigger matches for bigger deposits.

Every step caps the cash bonus at CAD 500. FieryPlay Casino sets three tiers on each step: CAD 10, CAD 20 and CAD 50. Each step names its own free-spin slot.

  • Deposit two (Fortune Bags): 100% plus 100 spins from CAD 10; 150% plus 150 spins from CAD 50.
  • Deposit three (Big Bass Splash): 125% plus 50 spins from CAD 10; 175% plus 100 spins from CAD 50.
  • Deposit four (Blazing Crown Deluxe): the same ladder as deposit three.
  • Deposit five (Joker Stoker): 150% plus 25 spins from CAD 10; 200% plus 75 spins from CAD 50.

What is the FieryPlay Casino minimum deposit for a bonus?

CAD 10. The FieryPlay welcome bonus page states “min dep – CAD 10” for the package, and the euro view of the same page shows €10. A deposit below a step’s minimum does not end the promotion.

Review sites differ. Mr Gamble lists €15 per step, while CasinoFreak gives CA$10 for the first deposit. Since FieryPlay Casino’s own page says CAD 10, that is the figure to plan around. Deposits two to five add tiers at CAD 20 and CAD 50.

A plain deposit has its own floor. KingCasinoBonus and RealMoneyAction list €5, AskGamblers lists $10, and the FieryPlay terms set 10 USD for Visa or MasterCard. No source we checked shows the Interac minimum, so open the cashier before you pick that method.

How much must you wager on a FieryPlay Casino bonus?

40 times, on the cash bonus and on free-spin winnings. The FieryPlay welcome bonus page applies x40 to both on every step. Mr Gamble words it differently: 40x on deposit plus bonus, with free-spin winnings at 30x.

If the maths is new to you, see how wagering requirements work before you claim. Slots count 100% toward the total, while table games and roulette count 15%, says the FieryPlay bonus policy.

On its welcome page, FieryPlay Casino caps the payout: the cash bonus converts up to five times the bonus received, up to CAD 500. Free-spin winnings are capped at CAD 50 or CAD 20, depending on the step. The terms add that withdrawing before the wagering is met reduces the bonus and its winnings to zero.

What is the biggest bet allowed with FieryPlay Casino bonus money?

5 CAD per spin. The FieryPlay bonus policy caps bonus-money bets at 5 EUR, USD, CAD or CHF per spin. The cap includes any doubling or risk game.

Going over is costly. The policy says a breach cancels all balances, real and bonus, and may close your account. FieryPlay Casino sets welcome free spins at a stake of CAD 0.2 per round, so keep other bets well under the cap.

A second rule covers sports. The terms and policy warn about large real-balance bets on sports. If you then switch to casino play to clear a bonus, both balances can be wiped and you can be blocked. One AskGamblers reviewer describes a permanent ban the day after a withdrawal request, following that pattern.

How many days does a FieryPlay Casino bonus last?

Five days. The FieryPlay welcome bonus page says each bonus is valid for 5 days from receipt, then it is permanently deleted. Mr Gamble, SpicyCasinos and Slotozilla also list 5 days.

You also face a start deadline. FieryPlay Casino says the welcome offer must be activated within 5 days of account registration. The bonus policy says bonuses and free spins must be wagered within 5 days or they are voided, unless a promotion says otherwise.

Other offers run on shorter clocks. Bonuses from loot boxes expire unused after 3 days, and the Wednesday bonus page asks for a deposit within 48 hours of activating. That page adds that only one deposit bonus can be active at a time, so a new one cancels the old.

Which games are excluded from FieryPlay Casino wagering?

Sports, e-sports, live casino, TV BET, Insta games and crash games. The FieryPlay bonus policy bars casino bonuses from all six, so bets there never count toward your wagering.

The policy also bans bonus wagering in every game from a list of providers. Examples are Habanero, Hacksaw, Betsoft, Nolimit City, Playtech and Push Gaming. The full list is in the bonus policy, along with a long alphabetical list of single games that bonus money cannot play.

Some slots count only in part. Only 50% of bets count on Gates of Olympus, Book of Dead, Fire Joker, Big Bass Bonanza and every Gamomat game. FieryPlay Casino’s About page names Habanero and Betsoft, yet the policy bars both for bonus play, so check a game first.

Why do review sites list a different FieryPlay Casino welcome offer?

The sources disagree, and none we checked explains why. The casino’s own page shows up to CAD 2,500 plus 525 free spins over five deposits. SportsGambler lists $/€2,000 plus 250 free spins over three deposits.

AskGamblers lists $2,500 plus 350 free spins over four deposits, while Mr Gamble says €2,000 plus 250 over three. NewCasinoRank shows €1,500 plus 225 free spins in one place and $2,000 plus 225 in another. Slotozilla’s €2,500 plus 525 matches the casino.

FieryPlay Casino even disagrees with itself: its registration screen offers a casino bonus set of 2 deposits, while the bonus page lists five. The pages in our sources were opened from outside Canada, so check the offer shown on your own account before you deposit.

FP
CAD is on the sign-up currency list
KingCasinoBonus lists Interac and Interac e-Transfer. Card cashouts stop at 450 USD per transaction.

Can you get a FieryPlay Casino bonus without depositing?

No, not on its own bonuses page. FieryPlay Casino shows no such card there, yet its bonus terms still cover no-deposit offers, and review sites quote several different ones.

Rule 19 of the FieryPlay bonus terms says a no-deposit bonus has a maximum cashout and the excess is removed. The rule applies when a withdrawal, including the wagered bonus, goes over 500 EUR. Making a deposit afterwards lifts that cap by the amount you pay in.

Mr Gamble lists 70 free spins on Candy Craze, with a maximum withdrawal of 25. SpicyCasinos lists 60 spins capped at 3x the bonus amount. One Trustpilot reviewer says an advertised 80 free spins could not be claimed. Ask live chat first, then see our page on no deposit free spins in Canada.

Which slot do FieryPlay Casino free spins run on?

There is no single slot, because FieryPlay Casino ties each offer to its own game. The welcome package starts on Crown Coins and moves through four more slots, says the FieryPlay welcome bonus page.

On that page, deposits 2 to 5 use Fortune Bags, Big Bass Splash, Blazing Crown Deluxe and Joker Stoker in turn. Each spin has a stake of CAD 0.2, and winnings carry x40 wagering.

Spin winnings convert at up to 5x. The cap is CAD 50 on deposit 1 and on the CAD 50 steps, and CAD 20 elsewhere. Wednesday spins run on Gates of Olympus 1000 and Friday spins on Sugar Rush 1000 or Joker Stoker. If your region lacks the spins, the bonus terms swap in Sizzling Sevens.

What reload and cashback deals does FieryPlay Casino run?

It runs weekday reloads and a Monday cashback. FieryPlay Casino matches deposits on Wednesday and Friday and adds a Highroller match on Monday. Weekly cashback runs from 5% at the lowest statuses to 7% at Spin Legend.

On Wednesday, a deposit from CAD 10 earns 75% plus 25 free spins, and CAD 50 earns 125% plus 75 spins. Friday gives 75% plus 50 spins from CAD 10. Highroller gives 200% plus 100 spins from CAD 100. Each carries a CAD 1000 bonus cap, x40 wagering and five days.

Cashback lands every Monday at 00:00 GMT with x2 wagering. The cashback page caps it at €2,000 a week, but the loyalty FAQ says there is no maximum. See our page on reload bonuses at Canadian casinos.

How do FieryPlay Casino tournaments work?

You compete for a share of a prize pool. The Tournaments page has Casino, Sports and Network tabs. When it was read, FieryPlay Casino showed one casino tournament, none for sports and seven network promotions.

These prize figures are seasonal and change often. The casino tournament on show was a Halloween Tournament with a EUR 20,000 prize pool and 200 paid places. The top three leaders were listed at EUR 2,500, EUR 2,000 and EUR 1,000.

No source we checked explains how points are scored in the casino’s own tournaments, so read the rules on the tournament page first. On the Endorphina prize drops, the minimum bet is 0.1 EUR, only main-account bets count and cash prizes carry no wagering.

What does the FieryPlay Casino loyalty program pay back?

It pays back points, weekly cashback and bonuses, and you join automatically. FieryPlay Casino gives 1 Loyalty Point and 1 Experience Point for every €5 you wager, says the FieryPlay loyalty page.

There are nine statuses with nine levels each: seven named, from Lucky Fellow to King of Bets, and two secret ones. Points swap for bonus cash at 200:1 at Lucky Fellow and 120:1 at Spin Legend. Weekly cashback rises from 5% to 7%.

Mr Gamble says you earn a point for every €1 instead, which differs from the casino’s own page. Points from site promotions do not count, and Experience Points skip live casino, roulette, instant, crash and card games. No source we checked shows the exchange rate for King of Bets or the secret statuses.

What perks come with the FieryPlay Casino VIP Club?

Yes, FieryPlay Casino has a VIP Club with a personal manager and tailored cashback. The VIP page publishes no deposit threshold; you reach the club by joining tournaments and completing quests.

Review sites disagree. CasinoFreak says there is no VIP program and KingCasinoBonus lists that as a con, while Mr Gamble describes a tiered club. Compare it with casino VIP programs in Canada. A past VIP Lucky Lottery had a CAD 50000 prize fund, with tickets bought via Customer Support. The VIP page lists these perks:

  • Special bonuses: better wagering terms, higher maximum cashouts.
  • A 24/7 personal manager.
  • Personalized cashback and a special birthday bonus.
  • VIP tournaments, exclusive lotteries and VIP game picks.
  • Real money bonuses instead of free spins, plus anniversary rewards.

What are FieryPlay Casino lootboxes and wheels of fortune?

Lootboxes are chests you buy with cash or points, and the wheels are prize spins. FieryPlay Casino offers four wheels: Dual Reward, Freebet, Free Spins and Secret.

There are three chests, says the lootboxes page. SPARK costs €15 or 1000 points and holds 3 prizes. FLAME costs €30 or 2700 points and holds 4 prizes. BLAZE costs €55, shown reduced to €45, or 5500 points, and holds 7 prizes.

Prizes include bonus cash, real cash, free spins, a wheel spin, a deposit bonus and loyalty points. You can buy each box three times a day with x40 wagering, and unused bonuses expire after 3 days. No source we checked shows wheel prizes, spin prices or odds, as wheels need a login, so ask live chat.

How big is the FieryPlay Casino game library?

Its own lobby showed 6874 games, including 5840 slots and 546 live casino games. That count was read from a Greece address, and the site changes its lobby by visitor location.

Review sites give very different totals. AskGamblers says more than 12,000 casino games, while RealMoneyAction counts 4473 games. FieryPlay Casino’s number therefore varies by source and by country view, and no source we checked shows the lobby count seen from Canada.

The lobby also lists 584 table games, 160 insta games, 97 roulettes, 318 buy-feature games and 24 crash games. It has a search box, filters by theme and provider, and demo mode on game tiles. Ask live chat which games your Canadian account can see before you pick one for a bonus.

Which studios supply FieryPlay Casino games?

Many, and the number depends on who counts. FieryPlay Casino’s lobby footer links 49 studios, among them Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Evoplay, Spinomenal, Endorphina, BGaming and Thunderkick.

Review sites give higher totals: KingCasinoBonus says 60+, SportsGambler says over 90 and Mr Gamble says 117. SportsGambler and Mr Gamble both name Ezugi next to Evolution for live games, and the lobby’s live tiles include Lightning Roulette and Monopoly Live. Spribe’s Aviator sits among the 24 crash games.

A studio on the list is not always open for bonus play. The FieryPlay bonus terms ban bonus wagering on every game from Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Playtech, Push Gaming, Red Tiger, Wazdan, Betsoft and Habanero. Yet Mr Gamble presents several of them as headline providers. Check the bonus terms before you spin.

Which FieryPlay Casino slots stand out?

Titles from Gamzix, Evoplay, Spinomenal and Novomatic lead the popular row. The FieryPlay home page shows 3×3 Royal Piggy: Hold The Spin, Crimson Crown, Story Of Zeus there. Book of Ra Deluxe and Esqueleto Explosivo 2 sit beside them.

FieryPlay Casino’s lobby counts 5840 slots as seen from Greece, so your own view may differ. Review sites disagree: KingCasinoBonus counts 8,003 slot titles, while RealMoneyAction lists 4473 games in total. KingCasinoBonus says bets run from €0.10 to €250 per spin.

KingCasinoBonus also names Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead and Fire Joker as popular. SpicyCasinos checked Gates of Olympus at 94.50% against a 96.50% maximum, so look at a game’s RTP before you stake real money. The game tiles also offer a demo mode.

Does FieryPlay Casino offer jackpot games?

Yes, according to review sites, but no source names a single jackpot title. AskGamblers marks progressive jackpots as available, and allcasino.org lists jackpot games among the game categories.

FieryPlay Casino’s lobby tabs include Drops & Wins, a network promotion with a €25 million total prize pool. The tab list on the casino’s own pages has no jackpot tab. KingCasinoBonus lists jackpot slots as one slot type. AskGamblers adds that the RTP is not publicly audited.

KingCasinoBonus puts jackpot play at 0% toward bonus wagering, so jackpot spins will not clear a bonus. To see how these prizes work, read our page on jackpot slots in Canada. Then ask live chat which titles carry a jackpot, and what their prize limits are, before you deposit.

What live dealer tables does FieryPlay Casino carry?

Blackjack, roulette and game shows, mostly from Evolution. The FieryPlay home page shows Lightning Roulette, First Person Blackjack, Classic Speed Blackjack 97, Monopoly Live and Crazy Time A as live tiles.

FieryPlay Casino’s lobby counts 546 live games, while KingCasinoBonus counts 260, including 185 blackjack tables and 24 roulette options. SportsGambler names Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi as live providers, while Mr Gamble names only Evolution and Ezugi. NewCasinoRank shows no live dealer studio in its studio list.

RealMoneyAction also names Dream Catcher, Sic Bo, Football Studio and Craps. KingCasinoBonus puts live bets between €0.10 and €10,000, depending on the game. The FieryPlay bonus terms bar live casino play from bonus wagering. For more options, see the best live dealer casinos in Canada.

Can you play crash games at FieryPlay Casino?

Yes, the lobby counts 24 crash games. Its tiles include Aviator from Spribe, Aero from Turbo Games, Dragon’s Crash from BGaming and Avix from CROCO. Others are Chicken Cashway, Mines TNT, Redjet, High Striker and Save The Hamster.

FieryPlay Casino’s lobby also has an Aviator category and 160 insta games. RealMoneyAction adds Spaceman, Big Bass Crash and Hammer Crusher to its crash list. The casino changes its lobby by visitor location, so check each tile after you log in.

The FieryPlay bonus terms say casino bonuses cannot be wagered on crash or insta games, and another clause lists Aviator at 15%. Decide before you claim a bonus which of the two matters more to you. Our page on crash games in Canada covers the format.

Does FieryPlay Casino run a sportsbook?

Yes, it runs a sportsbook beside the casino. The About page lists pre-match and live bets on football, hockey, tennis and e-sports. The FieryPlay terms cap a win on one sports or esports bet at 50,000 USD.

FieryPlay Casino’s betting welcome bonus has four deposit steps: 100% and 125% from CAD 10, 150% from CAD 15 and 200% from CAD 20. Each step is capped at CAD 250, which makes the headline “Up to CAD 1000”, says the FieryPlay bonus page.

Wagering is x10 on express bets of at least three events, each at odds of 1.75 or higher. The bonus lasts 5 days. The casino’s widget shows only football, ice hockey, basketball and tennis as popular bets, so ask live chat about other markets.

Which payment methods work at FieryPlay Casino?

Cards, bank transfer, e-wallets and crypto are all listed. The cashier sits behind a login, so the sources are review sites: KingCasinoBonus names Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, PayPal, bank transfer and Interac.

Minimum deposits differ by source. KingCasinoBonus says €5, AskGamblers says $10 and Mr Gamble lists both €5 and €15. The FieryPlay terms set 10 USD as the minimum for Visa or MasterCard, and the welcome steps ask for CAD 10. Mr Gamble says most deposits land instantly.

FieryPlay Casino’s terms accept no third-party deposits, so the card holder name must match your account name. AskGamblers lists no deposit fees and notes that deposits must be wagered at least two times. Ask live chat for your Canadian list first.

Can you pay with Interac at FieryPlay Casino?

Review sites say yes, but no source we checked proves it. AskGamblers, KingCasinoBonus and Mr Gamble list Interac, and CasinoFreak shows it in a banking table without saying whether it covers deposits. The casino’s own cashier sits behind a login.

KingCasinoBonus lists both Interac and Interac e-Transfer, and AskGamblers names Interac under deposits. Casino Guru counts it among 24 payment methods. Slotozilla shows the Interac logo but leaves it out of its main deposit list. No source shows an Interac limit or fee for FieryPlay.

That gap matters for Canadians. Ask live chat whether Interac works for your account, and what it costs, before FieryPlay Casino holds your money. To compare other options, see our list of Interac casinos in Canada.

Does FieryPlay Casino accept crypto deposits?

Yes, according to most review sites, though the terms point the other way. AskGamblers, KingCasinoBonus, SpicyCasinos and Mr Gamble all list crypto coins among the deposit methods. Slotozilla also lists Bitcoin, Tether and Toncoin.

KingCasinoBonus lists ten coins: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, DOGE, XRP, BNB, SOL, TON and USDC. AskGamblers names Bitcoin, Binance, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Litecoin, Dogecoin and TRON. SpicyCasinos adds Tether on TRC20 and ERC20, with deposits generally starting from €/$5-10. SportsGambler gives a minimum Bitcoin deposit of $45.

The FieryPlay terms say the company does not accept payments from anonymous payment instruments, and they name cryptocurrencies as an example. FieryPlay Casino’s terms and the listings disagree, so confirm with live chat which coins it takes. For stablecoin options, see Tether casinos in Canada.

Can you hold Canadian dollars at FieryPlay Casino?

Yes, CAD is a listed account currency. The registration form names Canadian dollar among 29 currencies, and AskGamblers counts it among 23 currencies.

You pick the currency on the sign-up form, right after your email or phone and password. Casino Guru lists 23 fiat currencies including CAD, and CasinoFreak, RealMoneyAction and Slotozilla list it too. Mr Gamble also notes Canada-specific bonus lines.

FieryPlay Casino’s bonus pages store the same number in CAD and EUR, such as CAD 500 and EUR 500. The numbers match, so check which currency your account uses before you read each cap. The FieryPlay terms say withdrawals in other currencies use the USD exchange rate at the time of the request.

How do withdrawals work at FieryPlay Casino?

Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, and only after your profile is complete and your identity checks are finished. The FieryPlay terms set these rules, and a first request needs at least one earlier deposit.

FieryPlay Casino says any other payout route is negotiated case by case with its administration. AskGamblers lists Visa, MasterCard, MiFinity, Interac, bank wire and crypto for withdrawals, with no withdrawal fee. After approval, processor delays are not the casino’s responsibility.

Read our page on how to withdraw casino winnings first. Then note one rule: if you withdraw before the wagering is done, the bonus and its winnings drop to zero. Slotozilla’s withdrawal list leaves out Interac, and no independent source confirms it for Canadians. Ask live chat first.

How long do FieryPlay Casino payouts take?

It depends on the amount, the method and whether verification is finished. The FieryPlay terms allow 2 to 30 days by amount. AskGamblers puts e-wallets and crypto at 0-24 hours and lists no weekend cashouts.

AskGamblers prints those tiers in dollars: $300 in 2 business days, $301-$1,500 in 5, $1501-$15,000 in 14, and over $15,001 in up to 30. It calls these timeframes extremely long compared to the industry standard. The terms exclude weekends and holidays.

Mr Gamble says crypto usually lands in under 1 hour after approval, and bank transfers take 3 to 5 business days. FieryPlay Casino’s reply on Casino Guru adds that verification time is not counted in the processing timeframe. One Trustpilot reviewer says a payout sat in processing for two weeks.

What caps apply to FieryPlay Casino card withdrawals?

Card withdrawals are capped at 450 USD per transaction. The FieryPlay terms set that ceiling for Visa and MasterCard, and AskGamblers repeats it as a limit of $450 per transaction.

A single card payout at FieryPlay Casino cannot pass that amount, so ask live chat which method suits a large win. AskGamblers lists MiFinity, bank wire and crypto as other routes, but the cashier hides their per-method limits behind a login. For card banking in general, see our list of Visa casinos in Canada.

One Trustpilot reviewer describes a low withdrawal limit of €600 that takes 14 days, and notes that the days are business days. That is one player’s account. Casino Guru flags a low withdrawal limit, and the win limits covered above apply on top.

What is the smallest FieryPlay Casino withdrawal?

For Visa and MasterCard the minimum is 10 USD, according to the FieryPlay terms. Most other sources give €10 or $10, but some list higher floors by method.

AskGamblers shows a minimum of $10 and Slotozilla shows USD 10. KingCasinoBonus and CasinoFreak show €10, while RealMoneyAction lists €10, or €50 for a bank transfer. SportsGambler differs by method: $15 for Bitcoin, Neteller and Skrill, $20 for MiFinity and $100 for bank transfer.

Withdrawals return to your deposit method, so that method sets your floor, and a small win can sit below it. The cashier of FieryPlay Casino sits behind a login, and no source we checked prints an Interac minimum. Register, then ask live chat to confirm the Interac minimum before you deposit.

Does FieryPlay Casino charge payment fees?

AskGamblers lists no deposit fee and no withdrawal fee. The FieryPlay terms still reserve a charge for money you withdraw without playing it, so the answer is not a flat no.

Clause 8.21 lets FieryPlay Casino charge a fee equal to its own costs on funds that were never put into play. The withholding rule covered above is separate. Clause 12.3 covers fees incurred before an account closes.

Withdrawals in another currency are converted at the USD rate at the time of the request. The casino is not responsible for currency swings. One reviewer quoted on RealMoneyAction claims hidden fees. The terms, bonus policy and cancellation policy show no inactivity fee. The cashier hides per-method fees behind a login, so ask live chat about Interac first.

Which documents does FieryPlay Casino ask for at KYC?

Expect an ID copy or photo, a photo of your payment card, a photo of you with the documents, and proof of address. The FieryPlay terms list these for standard verification.

Standard verification applies when your total transactions reach USD/EUR 1000, or when the casino sees risk or suspicious behaviour. Proof of address, a utility or telephone bill, must be dated within three months. FieryPlay Casino may also ask for a bank statement, a work letter, a tax notice, source-of-funds proof or a video call.

Files must be PDF, PNG or JPG, no more than five, each under 5 MB. AskGamblers puts verification at 0-96 hours and KingCasinoBonus at 2-3 days. Trustpilot reviewers describe repeated rejections and requests for more documents before a payout.

Is there a FieryPlay Casino mobile app?

The sources disagree on this. The casino’s own mobile page advertises an app, but SportsGambler, KingCasinoBonus, SpicyCasinos and RealMoneyAction say none exists. No store listing was found.

The casino’s page shows a QR code, an Android button for Android 13.0+ and an iOS button, yet the iOS steps are empty. It also shows its own app rating of 9/10 and 387 downloads. CasinoFreak lists apps for Android and iOS. SportsGambler and KingCasinoBonus say the mobile browser version works.

The app matters for two offers. The Lucky Paws page limits its weekly cashback of up to €3000 to the native Android app. The Halloween page ties a 130% bonus to it. If FieryPlay Casino’s app is missing from an official store, play in the browser.

How do you contact FieryPlay Casino support?

Use live chat, which the complaints policy says is open 24/7 on the website, or email. AskGamblers and RealMoneyAction found no phone line, so plan to write rather than call.

Mr Gamble lists support@fieryplay.com, while KingCasinoBonus says the casino’s page shows support@vulkanspiele.com, the old name. Casino Guru’s latest chat test lists a 2-minute average reply, rated Good. KingCasinoBonus gives 1-5 minutes, and SportsGambler says email usually arrives within 2 hours.

Trustpilot reviewers report template replies and a push toward a Telegram support bot. AskGamblers lists 11 support languages. The complaint route of FieryPlay Casino runs through support first, then a complaint form that you must file within six months. Keep a copy of every chat. AskGamblers and SportsGambler found no FAQ page, while KingCasinoBonus describes an FAQ section.

Which safer gambling tools does FieryPlay Casino provide?

AskGamblers lists deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and says you must contact the casino to switch them on. Other sources list more tools, so confirm each one in writing before you deposit.

FieryPlay Casino’s responsible gambling page says to email the casino to exclude your account for a period, limit funds or close the account. Its site text offers deposit limits for periods of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Raising or removing one takes effect after 24 hours.

Mr Gamble and SpicyCasinos also list loss limits, and Mr Gamble adds reality checks; AskGamblers marks both as missing. CasinoFreak lists self-exclusion alone. Our page on self-exclusion at Canadian casinos covers the tool in general. Here the site text says it is not lifted automatically afterwards.

Should Canadians sign up at FieryPlay Casino?

Only some Canadians should, and none in Ontario. The welcome package is large, but slow payouts, a low card cap and poor player ratings make it a careful choice.

FieryPlay Casino’s own page offers up to CAD 2500 plus 525 free spins over five deposits. Wagering is x40 and each bonus lasts five days. The FieryPlay terms set payouts at 2 to 30 days by amount, with a 450 USD card ceiling. The terms bar Ontario by name.

Trustpilot shows 1.6 out of 5 from 35 reviews, 94% one star. AskGamblers players give 3.5/10 from two reviews, and Casino Guru’s Safety Index is 7.4. Sign up if you live outside Ontario, play small and accept slow big payouts. Skip it if you live in Ontario or need a fast, large cashout.
