What would a fair payout be?

What a player picks is the rhythm. A colour bet wins a quarter of the time at 2.9:1. A Dragon Dragon bet wins half the time at 0.95:1. The long-run cost is identical.
The choice changes how a balance moves, not where it heads.
What does a hundred rounds cost?
About $25 at $10 a round, on any bet. One hundred rounds put $1,000 in play, and a 2.5% edge takes about $25 of that over the long run.

How long can a colour go missing?
Longer than it feels. With a one-in-four chance each round, Red Dragon misses 10 rounds in a row about 5.6% of the time.
A run of five mixed results in a row happens about 3.1% of the time, and the chance of the next dragon dragon live result stays one in two after any run.
