Zoome’s own terms shut out Ontario and New Brunswick, so check your province before you sign up. The English video below is a Zoome Casino video review from a YouTube channel that walks through the site.

What is Zoome Casino?

Zoome Casino is an online casino at zoome.casino that takes Canadian players, with slots, live games and crash games. Its own terms say a company based in Costa Rica owns and runs it.

Casino Guru calls Zoome a medium-sized online casino and lists game types such as roulette, blackjack, baccarat and live shows. The homepage offers an English-Canada and a French-Canada version, plus a games category named Top Games in Canada.

Casino.ca gives it a 4.4 star rating but adds that Zoome Casino is no longer featured in its top rankings. Zoome’s crash games page shows 77 games, including Aviator by Spribe. Its payments page lists deposits from C$20, with Interac among the methods.

Who owns and runs Zoome Casino?

Zoome’s own terms say Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rica company, owns and operates the site. Casino Guru and AskGamblers agree, but Gambling.com, casinos.com and CogConnected name Dama N.V. instead.

The terms give Novatrix SRL the registration number 3-102-893958 and an address in Cartago, Costa Rica. They also name Vixatrix Limited, a Cyprus company in Limassol, without stating its role in that sentence. Casino.ca lists the headquarters as Cyprus. Gambling.com’s company block lists Dama N.V. in Willemstad, Curaçao.

CryptoSlate says a large share of the Novatrix SRL portfolio previously ran under the Curaçao company Dama N.V. No source we read says when, or whether, Zoome Casino moved from one company to the other. Ask live chat which company runs your account before you deposit.

Zoome Casino promotions page with the three-step welcome pack and Thursday cashback
The Zoome Casino promotions page lists the welcome pack, Thursday cashback and the highroller offers.

Which licence does Zoome Casino hold?

Zoome’s About Us page, Casino Guru and AskGamblers all name a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, number 0000002. Other sources name a Curaçao licence instead, so the sources disagree.

The homepage repeats the Tobique claim. Gambling.com, casinos.com and CogConnected give a licence number starting with OGL, and the first two tie it to Curaçao. Casino.ca names the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Casino Guru also lists a Comoros licence and a New Brunswick entry, both marked Verified.

Tetra Consultants, a licensing firm, says the Tobique Gaming Commission has jurisdiction over gambling in the Tobique First Nation Territory. No source we read shows its register entry for licence 0000002, or an expiry date, for Zoome Casino. Ask support to name the licence that covers Canadian accounts, then check it with that regulator.

Is Zoome Casino legal for players in Canada?

Gambling.com says Zoome Casino can be played in most Canadian provinces, but it has not applied for an Ontario licence. The same review says Canada has not regulated the online casino market except Ontario.

No source we read shows an AGCO registration. Gambling.com says players must be at least 18, while casinos.com shows a 19+ notice, so check the age rule in your own province.

Our page on licensed vs offshore casinos covers the difference between the two. Zoome’s terms say all disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica, and that the casino’s server logs are final in game-result disputes.

Which Canadian provinces does Zoome Casino block?

Two: Ontario and New Brunswick. Zoome’s terms list both as restricted regions for real-money play, and casinos.com says its welcome offer is not available to players living in Ontario.

AskGamblers lists ten restricted countries but does not name Ontario, New Brunswick or Cyprus, so its list is shorter than Zoome Casino’s terms. Ask live chat to confirm your province before you deposit. The terms add three warnings:

  • Players who break the country rule are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals.
  • The casino may refuse or reverse withdrawals and close accounts.
  • Using a VPN to bypass restrictions is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscated winnings.

When did Zoome Casino launch?

Casino Guru, AskGamblers and casino.ca date it to twenty twenty-two. Gambling.com says Zoome Casino launched in twenty twenty-four, so the sources disagree by two years.

Casino Guru adds estimated annual revenues above $5,000,000 and calls the casino medium-sized. Trustpilot shows the profile claimed in May of twenty twenty-three, with Curaçao as the contact location.

Gambling.com ties its later date to Dama N.V. as the launcher. No source we read explains the gap. Because the sources split, do not rely on one year when you judge how long Zoome Casino has operated. Ask live chat which date the casino itself gives.

Which casinos share an owner with Zoome Casino?

Two casinos on our list, 24Casino and Spinaconda, share Zoome’s company name, Novatrix SRL, and its Tobique licence number 0000002, according to our reviews.

The company name and registration number 3-102-893958 appear in our 24Casino review, along with licence 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The same name appears in our Spinaconda review, which cites Casino Guru as naming Novatrix SRL owner and operator.

Casino Guru says Zoome Casino is related to five other casinos, but no source we read names them. The Australian regulator ACMA issued a formal warning, dated 22 May, to Novatrix S.R.L. over another casino from the same owner. It does not mention Zoome.

How safe is Zoome Casino according to Casino Guru?

Casino Guru gives Zoome Casino a Safety Index of 8.7, classed as High. It found no unfair or predatory rules and did not find the casino on any relevant blacklist.

It shows the terms and conditions as Fair with 0 issues, and says Gamecheck found no fake games in the selection it checked. Disputed winnings are very low for the casino’s size, and it rates the complaints ratio Very good.

One oddity: its text says it found no relevant complaints, yet the same page shows 52 in total. Of those, 1 is open, 16 are resolved and 35 are rejected. Casino Guru shows user feedback as Good from 54 reviews but leaves user reviews out of the Safety Index.

What do players say about Zoome Casino on Trustpilot?

Trustpilot shows zoome.casino at 3.1 out of 5, labelled Average, from 116 reviews. Players are split: 31% gave five stars, but 38% gave one star. Only 9 reviews are from the last 12 months.

Withdrawals are the main complaint. Reviewers write “They do not let you withdraw”, and one says a request made on April 14 was not approved until April 28. Others describe a 3x wagering rule on deposits, which Zoome’s terms do state.

Not every review is bad. One says “kyc took a day, got my crypto fast”, and another “ID approval took less than a day for my 400 euro win”. Zoome Casino replied that per-transaction withdrawal limits are standard and larger amounts need extensive verification documents.

How does AskGamblers rate Zoome Casino?

AskGamblers gives Zoome Casino its own rating of 7.8 out of 10. Players rate it 8.6 out of 10, based on 26 reviews.

It lists two complaints, one resolved and one unresolved. The average amount is $3,525, the average duration 6 days and the average response time 4 days. The unresolved $4,500 case involves a player who registered as a Cyprus resident and was asked for KYC only after requesting a withdrawal.

Its likes include 24/7 live chat, fiat and crypto payments and mobile-friendly games. Its dislikes are several country restrictions and limited filtering in the lobby. It marks deposit, wager, loss and time limits as Yes, but Reality Check as No. Gambling.com is lower: 7.1 for its own rating and 5.9 out of 10 from 24 users.

Which complaints come up most about Zoome Casino?

Withdrawals, verification and account closures come up most. Trustpilot reviewers describe refused or slow payouts and “copy-paste” support answers, and Casino Guru lists disputes over closed accounts and confiscated winnings.

Zoome’s FAQ says verification usually takes up to 24 hours, while its AML policy says up to thirty business days. The terms say Zoome Casino may close an account and forfeit the balance if requested documents are missing. Casino Guru’s AI summary counts 22 positive and 17 negative payment reviews, citing refund delays and deposit failures. Disputes it lists:

  • A closed account, C$12,350.
  • Confiscated winnings and a blocked account, €5,400.
  • Deposits accepted while self-excluded, €1,610.
  • A withdrawal delayed by verification, C$300.

How do you spot fake Zoome Casino websites?

Start with the address: Zoome Casino’s own pages sit at zoome.casino. Look-alike domains exist, including zoome20.casino and zoomecasinos-canada.com, and no source we read shows either is run by the same company.

The first calls itself the “Official Online Casino for Aussie Players” and uses the same Novatrix SRL and licence 0000002 wording in its footer. The second presents itself as Zoome with the same licence and owner, and names Vixatrix Limited as “an additional operating entity in Cyprus”.

Copying a company name and licence number does not make a site official. Read our advice on spotting casino scams, then ask live chat on zoome.casino whether another domain belongs to the casino. Trustpilot shows support@zoome.casino as the casino’s contact email.

Is the Zoome Casino app on Google Play real?

No. The Google Play listing titled “Zoome Casino” is an arcade game, not the gambling site. AKTAS LTD publishes it, with a developer address in Kyiv, Ukraine, and it shows 100+ downloads.

Its text describes “a tactile network builder” where you connect power plants and cities, and does not mention Novatrix SRL, Dama N.V. or zoome.casino. Google Play rates it Everyone.

Casino.ca says there is neither an Android nor an iPhone app, and casinos.com calls the site’s “app” option “a shortcut, not a true app”. Zoome Casino’s homepage says a dedicated app is in development. Gambling.com’s text mentions an Android and iOS download, while its table says N/A. Play in your mobile browser instead.

What is the Zoome Casino welcome package?

It is a three-step package that matches your first three deposits of C$20 or more. Zoome’s bonus terms and its Welcome Pack page show the same steps. You get a 100% match, a 50% match, then another 100% match, each with free spins.

Zoome Casino puts 40 times wagering on each of the three deposit bonuses. Only one bonus can be claimed at a time, and deposit-related bonuses are not stacked, so you cannot run two side by side.

Bonuses can be received once per person, account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number and IP address. Casino Guru lists the same three offers in Canadian dollars.

How does the Zoome Casino first deposit bonus work?

A first deposit of C$20 or more gets a 100% bonus up to C$1,500 and 100 free spins. Zoome’s bonus terms and its Welcome Pack page both list this first step, and Casino Guru shows the same offer.

Zoome Casino’s First Deposit page shows the offer as a card. It reads deposit 20 CAD, activate in 1 day, wager 40x, with winnings limited to 10x of the cash bonus amount. The 100 spins are for “Elvis Frog in Vegas”.

The terms say your real balance is used first. Bonus winnings count as bonus balance until you meet the wagering. The 100 free spins come on top of the cash bonus.

What does the second Zoome Casino deposit bonus give?

A 50% bonus up to C$1,125 and 50 free spins, after a second deposit of C$20 or more. Zoome’s bonus terms and its Welcome Pack page list this step, and Casino Guru shows the same figures.

This step pays half the match rate and half the spins of the first deposit, with a lower cap. Zoome Casino puts the 50 spins on “Elvis Frog in Vegas” and asks for 40 times wagering, as on the other steps.

Winnings from the welcome free spins are limited to 10x the bonus amount credited from them, unless the promotion page says otherwise. Deposit free spins have a separate maximum win of C$3,000. Check both limits before you play.

What does the third Zoome Casino deposit bonus give?

A 100% bonus up to C$1,125 and 100 free spins, after a third deposit of C$20 or more. The match rate and spin count equal the first step, but the cap is lower than that step’s C$1,500.

Zoome’s bonus terms and Welcome Pack page agree on this step, and so does Casino Guru. Zoome Casino sets 40 times wagering, and the 100 spins are for “Elvis Frog in Vegas”. This is the last step of the package.

The bonus terms cap what you can win through each deposit bonus at C$15,000, loyalty bonuses and tournament winnings included. Winnings above that cap are cancelled, so a very large win would be cut back.

Which slots do the Zoome Casino free spins land on?

Mostly “Elvis Frog in Vegas”. Zoome’s bonus terms attach all three welcome steps to that slot. The first deposit spins can also be used in “Zoome In Vegas” by Bgaming.

The terms name Play’n Go as the maker of “Elvis Frog in Vegas”. The Top Games in Canada lobby lists it as “Elvis Frog in Vegas – BGaming”. Zoome Casino shows two makers for one game, and no source we read explains why.

You have 1 day to activate the welcome spins and 7 days to wager them. Weekly reloads use other slots. The Wednesday Reload page names “Four Lucky Clover”, while the bonus terms name “Gold Rush with Johnny Cash” by BGaming.

How does the Zoome Casino highroller welcome bonus work?

You deposit from C$450 and get 125% up to C$2,625. That is the offer on Zoome’s Highroller Welcome Bonus page, which also sets 40x wagering. The deposit threshold is far above the C$20 that starts the three-step package.

Zoome Casino limits winnings from it to 10x the cash bonus amount. A separate Highroller Reload gives players with 3+ deposits 60% up to C$2,625 on a deposit from C$225, once a week, with 40x wagering.

No source we read shows whether the welcome offer includes free spins or how long it stays valid. Only one bonus can be claimed at a time, so ask live chat which welcome offer fits your first deposit.

What is the minimum deposit for a Zoome Casino bonus?

C$20 for the three welcome steps. Zoome’s bonus terms ask for a deposit of 20+ CAD at each step. Its payments page lists a C$20 minimum for Interac, Visa, Mastercard and the other methods in its main list.

Zoome Casino’s terms state the minimum as “€20 (or equivalent)”. The homepage table shows 10 CAD for Interac and cards and 50 CAD for bank transfer. Casino.ca lists a $20 minimum deposit. The maximum varies by payment method.

Other offers ask for more. The Highroller Welcome starts at C$450, the Monday Reload at 45 CAD and the Friday Reload at 30 CAD. Treat C$20 as your floor, not the homepage’s 10 CAD.

What wagering do Zoome Casino bonuses carry?

Forty times on the welcome bonuses. Zoome’s bonus terms set 40x on each of the three welcome deposit bonuses. The Highroller Welcome and Monday Reload cards show 40x as well.

Zoome Casino counts slots at 100% toward wagering, with some exceptions. Roulette, poker, card games, video poker and casual games count 5%, and other games count 0%. Thursday Cashback is lighter at 5x. Lucky Box free spins carry 25x wagering, and loyalty free spins 20x.

Separately, the terms say any deposit must be wagered three times before you can withdraw it. Some Trustpilot reviewers call this rule hidden. For a plain explanation of the maths, read how wagering requirements work.

What is the biggest bet allowed on a Zoome Casino bonus?

The limit is 5 EUR/USD per bet while you wager a bonus. For Canadian dollars the bonus terms write it as 7,5 CAD, which is C$7.50.

The limit includes bets that double after a round and bonus rounds you buy inside the game. Zoome Casino’s internal currency is the euro, so amounts in other currencies may differ slightly after conversion.

Winnings have a ceiling too, as the bonus terms cap winnings from each deposit bonus at C$15,000. No source we read says what happens if you go over the bet limit. None shows whether free spins or the Highroller offer use a different one. Ask live chat before you play a bonus at higher stakes.

How long does a Zoome Casino bonus stay valid?

Seven days from receipt, according to Zoome’s bonus terms. The welcome bonuses stay valid for 7 days unless a specific promotion says otherwise.

The First Deposit card says “Valid for 7 days”. The terms block on that same page says 3 days from receipt. It also gives 1 day to activate the spins and 3 days to use them. Zoome Casino’s own pages disagree.

Other offers have their own clocks. Monday Reload lasts 7 days from the moment it is credited, and Thursday Cashback lasts 3 days from the date of issue. A Lucky Box must be redeemed within three days. Ask live chat which clock applies before you deposit.

Which games are excluded from Zoome Casino bonus play?

Nine named games and all jackpot slots. Zoome’s bonus terms list them as excluded from the bonus offer, so skip them while a bonus is active. The list ends with “and all jackpot slots”.

Zoome Casino’s Bonus Wagering page lists 796 games you can play with an active bonus. The homepage names Mega Moolah, Divine Fortune and WowPot! as jackpots, yet no source we read confirms they open in the Canadian lobby. Casino Guru’s most popular games list names Book of Shadows, which the bonus terms exclude. The excluded titles are:

  • Craps and Deal or No Deal
  • Lightning Blackjack and Infinite Blackjack
  • Three Card Poker, Dead or Alive and Book of Shadows
  • Mega Moolah and Spaceman

Can you get a Zoome Casino bonus without a deposit?

No source we checked shows an active no-deposit bonus for Canadian players. The promotions page says no deposit bonuses are “not always up for grabs” and that Zoome drops exclusive rewards occasionally.

Two cashback offers need no deposit. Thursday Cashback gives up to 20% by loyalty level, with 5x wagering. Live Cashback pays VIP members on Saturday with no wagering, after a live-game loss of more than 15 CAD over the last 7 days. It pays a maximum of 750 CAD.

Zoome Casino caps winnings from any non-deposit cash bonus, tournament free spins or free spins at 225 CAD, unless stated otherwise. Before you register, ask live chat whether a no-deposit offer is running.

Why do sources list different Zoome Casino bonus amounts?

Because the sources print different numbers, and none of them explains why. Zoome’s bonus terms and Welcome Pack page give C$1,500, C$1,125 and C$1,125, as does Casino Guru.

Zoome Casino’s live games page and Casino.ca show other figures. Casino.ca even disagrees with itself. Use the bonus terms as your reference, and confirm in live chat before you deposit.

  • Live games page: 100% up to 1,000 CAD, 50% up to 500 CAD, 100% up to 1,000 CAD.
  • Casino.ca bonus section: 100% up to $1,000, 100% up to $500, 50% up to $1,000.
  • Casino.ca overview: 100% up to $2,500 plus 250 free spins, wagering 50x.
  • Homepage banner: “Get Welcome Bonuses 275% 3250 EUR + 250 FS”; its page title says 250%.

Which weekly promotions does Zoome Casino run?

Zoome Casino runs a reload offer on most days. The Monday, Combo Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Weekend and Highroller reload pages show 40x wagering, and several need 3+ deposits.

Monday Reload gives 30% from 45 CAD, 50% from 75 CAD and 100% from 150 CAD, each up to 750 CAD. Combo Tuesday adds 40% up to 150 CAD plus 40 free spins on Gold Rush with Johnny Cash. Weekend Reload gives 25% up to 750 CAD on Saturday and Sunday deposits from 45 CAD.

Sunday Reload shows 70% up to 1 500 CAD on its card, yet the bonus terms cap Levels 1 to 7 at 300 CAD. No source we checked shows the terms of the Friday Windfall card, so ask live chat first.

How does the Zoome Casino Wednesday reload work?

It pays free spins, not a cash bonus. Zoome Casino lists 20 free spins from a 45 CAD deposit, 50 from 75 CAD and 150 from 150 CAD. The Wednesday Reload page sets 40x wagering.

You need 3+ deposits on the account to qualify. The promotion page puts the spins on Four Lucky Clover, but the bonus terms name Gold Rush with Johnny Cash by BGaming instead. The two Zoome pages disagree.

Only one bonus can be claimed at a time, and deposit bonuses do not stack. Ask live chat which game your spins land on before you deposit, and keep a screenshot of the answer.

How does Zoome Casino Thursday cashback work?

It pays back a share of your spending every Thursday, with no deposit needed. Zoome Casino ties the rate to your Loyalty Level, from 3% at Level 2 up to 20% at Level 10.

The bonus terms say the cashback is added at 00:00 UTC on Thursday and lasts 3 days. It carries 5x wagering, and the spent sum must be more than 7.5 CAD, says the Zoome Thursday cashback page.

The card says up to 15 000 CAD from cashback, while the page’s rules say the cashback cannot be more than 7 500 CAD. Plan around the lower figure and ask live chat which one applies before you count on a big payout.

What is the Zoome Casino highroller reload bonus?

It is a once-a-week reload of 60% up to 2 625 CAD for a deposit of 225 CAD or more. Zoome Casino asks for 3+ deposits and 40x wagering, says its highroller reload page.

A separate Highroller Welcome Bonus card shows 125% up to 2 625 CAD for a deposit from 450 CAD, also with 40x wagering. Its winnings are limited to 10x the cash bonus amount. Slots count 100% toward wagering, with some exceptions.

The bonus terms cap bets at 7,5 CAD while you wager and cap winnings from each deposit bonus at 15 000 CAD. Zoome’s terms also set a withdrawal limit of 1 500 CAD per day.

Which tournaments can you join at Zoome Casino?

You can join daily Speed-Win events, Spinoleague and Spin Express. Zoome Casino sets entry by total wager or by points, depending on the event, says its tournaments page.

The same page puts prize pools between a few hundred and several million euros. No source we read lists start dates or current prizes, so open the tournaments page to see what is live today.

Tournament free spins can win at most 225 CAD unless the event says otherwise, according to the bonus terms. VIP members from Bronze up also get exclusive tournaments, says the VIP page. Tournament winnings also count toward the 15 000 CAD cap on each deposit bonus.

What do the Zoome Casino VIP levels give you?

It has five visible statuses, Regular, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, plus a hidden Secret tier. Zoome Casino grants Bronze after a quarter of heavy play or one big deposit.

The standard route to Bronze is 6 000 EUR in deposits and 60 000 EUR in bets within one quarter. Fast Track grants Bronze for 30 days after 1 500 EUR in a casino day. The VIP FAQ gives the Canadian figure as 2 300 CAD within 24 hours.

  • Weekly live cashback: 3% at Bronze, 5% at Silver, 8% at Gold, 10% at Platinum.
  • Daily deposit insurance: 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% in the same order.
  • Bronze adds a personal VIP manager and a 30 000 EUR monthly withdraw limit.

How do Zoome Casino loyalty points work?

You earn comp points (CP) by playing real-money slots, at 1 CP for every 30 CAD, say the Zoome bonus terms. Zoome Casino has 10 loyalty levels, and only slot games earn points.

The loyalty page promises that a level, once achieved, is yours forever. Its marketing text says 1 point per CAD 20 wagered. Its rules say 1 CP per 30 CAD, so plan with the slower rate.

Loyalty free spins carry x20 wagering and a maximum win of 1 500 CAD. Levels 8 to 10 add a Money Gift with x5 wagering. It is capped at 15 000 CAD for Levels 8 and 9 and 22 500 CAD for Level 10.

What are the Zoome Casino Lucky Box and Lucky Spin?

Lucky Box is a prize box tied to a minimum deposit, with a headline of up to 37 500 EUR. Zoome Casino also lists Lucky Spin in its side menu, but no source we checked shows its rules or prizes.

Players with VIP Bronze or higher get three more boxes. The Diamond box needs 150 EUR and has a top prize of 37 500 EUR. Box free spins carry 25x wagering, bonus funds 5x, and a box must be redeemed within three days.

  • Magic Box: 25 EUR minimum deposit, top prize 5 000 EUR.
  • Dream Box: 50 EUR minimum deposit, top prize 10 000 EUR.
  • Wonder Box: 100 EUR minimum deposit, top prize 25 000 EUR.

How many games does Zoome Casino offer?

No source we checked gives one agreed total, and zoome.casino shows none. Casino.ca says over 7,000 games and lists 7,224, while the separate Australian site zoome20.casino says more than 4,000.

Zoome Casino’s own pages give category counts instead. They show 154 table games, 77 Instant Win games, 24 Hold and Win games and 796 games playable with an active bonus. Casino.ca says the table games tab holds “600+”, so those numbers do not match.

The games page says many titles include a demo mode. Use it to test a game before betting real money, and filter by category or the search bar to find a title quickly.

Which software providers power Zoome Casino?

It depends on the source: 124 providers on Casino Guru, 90 on Casino.ca and 51 logos on Zoome’s own providers page. Zoome Casino’s footer shows BGaming, Booming Games, Betsoft, Yggdrasil and Playtech.

The providers page shows no Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution or Play’n GO logo, although the About Us page names them. Casino Guru lists all four among its providers. It also names Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe and Ezugi.

Casino Guru says Gamecheck checked a selection of games from several providers and found no fake games. Use the Providers filter in the lobby to see which studios are listed today. The providers page does show logos for Spribe, Endorphina and Mancala.

Which slots top the Zoome Casino lobby in Canada?

Wild Tiger, Four Lucky Clover, Hunt the Bucks and Triton’s Realm are among the 29 games on the Top Games in Canada page. That page in the Zoome Casino lobby also shows Buffalo Trail, Gemhalla and Elvis Frog in Vegas.

Casino Guru’s popular list differs: Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush, Sweet Bonanza, Wanted Dead or a Wild and Book of Shadows. The homepage table names Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus and Big Bass Bonanza as slots.

The lobby lists Elvis Frog in Vegas under BGaming, while the bonus terms say Play’n Go. Book of Shadows is on the bonus terms’ excluded list, so do not use it to clear wagering.

Does Zoome Casino have jackpot and Bonus Buy slots?

Yes for jackpot games, but no source we checked shows a Bonus Buy section. The Zoome Casino jackpot page names Coins of Ra, Luxor Gold, 15 Dragon Pearls and 3 Hell Pots, among others.

The homepage table also names Mega Moolah, Divine Fortune and WowPot! as jackpots. No source confirms they open in the Canadian lobby, and the bonus terms list Mega Moolah as excluded. For other options, see our page on jackpot slots in Canada.

Bonus rounds bought inside a game count toward the maximum bet while you wager, says the bonus terms. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward the withdrawal limits in Zoome’s terms.

What can you play in the Zoome Casino live casino?

You can play live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows. The Zoome Casino live menu lists those groups. The Game Shows page names Crash Live, Gravity Wheel and The Kickoff, all by ICONIC21.

Casino.ca says there are over 300 live casino games, including Sic Bo and Mega Wheel. The table lobby lists live titles from ICONIC21, Plati+ and TaDa Gaming, such as Gravity Roulette and Royal Roulette. VIP members also get Live Cashback on live-game losses, paid on Saturday with no wagering.

Roulette, poker and card games count only 5% toward bonus wagering, and Lightning Blackjack and Infinite Blackjack are excluded. For more options, see our page on live dealer casinos.

Which payment methods does Zoome Casino accept in Canada?

Interac, Visa, Mastercard, iDebit, e-wallets, vouchers and crypto. The Zoome payments page marks every Canadian deposit method as free and instant, with limits of C$20 to C$6,000 per deposit. Crypto has its own limits.

Casino Guru says Zoome Casino accepts 30 payment options, including Skrill, Neteller and PaysafeCard, while casino.ca counts 12. The two totals do not match, so ask live chat which methods your account can use.

The payments page also lists MuchBetter, Mifinity, Jeton, Ecopayz, Neosurf, CashToCode and Giropay through Mifinity or Jeton. Fewer of them work for withdrawals, as the next sections show. Zoome’s FAQ adds that withdrawals only work with methods you already used to deposit.

Can you deposit with Interac at Zoome Casino?

Yes. The Zoome payments page lists Interac as a free, instant deposit, with a minimum of C$20 and a maximum of C$6,000. Interac e-Transfer also appears there as a withdrawal method.

The homepage table gives a lower minimum, 10 CAD for Interac, while the payments page says C$20. The Zoome terms state €20 or equivalent, and casino.ca also gives $20. Plan on C$20 and check the figure shown when you pay.

Zoome Casino lists Interac e-Transfer payouts as instant, from C$75 to C$1,500, on its payments page, but the homepage says 0-24 hours. No source we checked explains the difference. To compare other sites that take Interac, see our Interac casinos page.

Does Zoome Casino take Visa and Mastercard?

Yes, for deposits. The payments page lists both cards as free and instant, from C$20 to C$6,000, the same range it gives Interac. Card payouts are less clear, because the sources disagree.

The payments page withdrawal list shows no Visa or Mastercard. The homepage table gives both a 1-3 days withdrawal time, and the terms say Zoome Casino supports Visa and Mastercard card payouts. No source we checked explains the gap.

Per the terms, Visa payouts use Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard payouts use Payment Transfer. The card must be personal and issued in a supported country. If card cash-outs matter to you, ask live chat before you deposit.

Which e-wallets and vouchers work at Zoome Casino?

Several. The payments page lists Mifinity, Ecopayz, Jeton and MuchBetter, and the How to Deposit page names Neosurf and Flexepin vouchers. The payments page lists deposits by MiFinity, Ecopayz, Jeton, MuchBetter and Neosurf as free and instant, from C$20.

Casino Guru also lists Skrill, Neteller and PaysafeCard, and the homepage table shows Skrill and Neteller at a 20 CAD minimum. Zoome Casino’s payments page names neither Skrill nor Neteller, so confirm with live chat before you rely on them.

The payments page withdrawal list names only Mifinity and Ecopayz among the wallets, both instant, from C$75 to C$1,500. Jeton and MuchBetter do not appear in that list, so ask live chat how they pay out. That matters because payouts follow your deposit method.

Can you use crypto at Zoome Casino?

Yes. The Zoome payments page lists Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, DogeCoin and USDT, and marks both deposits and withdrawals as free and instant.

Bitcoin deposits run from 0.0008 BTC to 0.168 BTC, and Bitcoin withdrawals from 0.0021 BTC to 0.042 BTC. USDT deposits run from 20 USDT to 4,000 USDT. The terms add that Zoome Casino does not support exchanging fiat money for crypto.

The homepage table puts crypto withdrawals at 0-12 hours, while casinos.com says they typically pay in under half an hour. Our tax page says using crypto to play can create a capital gain or loss on the coin, separate from the win. For other coin-friendly sites, see these Bitcoin casinos in Canada.

Can you play in Canadian dollars at Zoome Casino?

Yes. The Zoome terms list CAD among the accepted currencies, and the payments page shows its Canadian limits in C$. The casino works in euros internally, so amounts can differ slightly after conversion.

The terms name EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, NZD and ZAR for money, plus BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC and USDT for crypto. Zoome Casino’s homepage also offers EN-Canada and FR-Canada in its region menu.

Canadian dollars do not mean every province can play, though. The terms list Ontario and New Brunswick as restricted for real-money play. Gambling.com says most provinces can play, but that Zoome Casino has not applied for an Ontario licence.

What is the smallest deposit at Zoome Casino?

C$20 on the payments page, and casino.ca also gives a $20 minimum. The Zoome terms say €20 or equivalent, while the homepage table shows 10 CAD for Interac and cards.

The homepage table lists 20 CAD for e-wallets and crypto, and 50 CAD for bank transfer. Bank transfer deposits take 1-3 days there. Zoome Casino’s pages show different minimums, and no source we checked explains why.

Bonuses can set a higher floor. The welcome offer needs 20+ CAD on each of the first three deposits. The Friday reload starts at 30 CAD, the Monday and Tuesday offers at 45 CAD, and the Highroller welcome offer at 450 CAD.

How do you cash out from Zoome Casino?

Request the payout with a method you already used to deposit. Zoome’s FAQ says withdrawals only work that way, and the payments page sets limits of C$75 to C$1,500.

The payments page lists Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, Mifinity, Ecopayz and crypto as withdrawal methods. Zoome Casino keeps a withdrawal pending until verification is done, and asks for a valid government photo ID and proof of address.

The terms give the fiat minimum as €50, or 75 CAD, and say payouts may be split into installments. Send your documents early, so the first payout is not stuck waiting on them. For a wider look at the topic, see our page on withdrawing casino winnings.

How long do Zoome Casino withdrawals take?

From a few hours to several days, depending on the method. Zoome’s FAQ says most withdrawals finish within 3 hours. The longest processing time on its side is 24 hours.

Other sources run slower. casino.ca shows a payout time of 1-3 days, and casinos.com also shows an average of 1-3 days. AskGamblers lists 0-1 hours for e-wallets, 3-5 days for cards and 3-7 days for bank transfers.

Zoome Casino’s terms say it aims to process requests within 72 hours of approval, and bank transfers within 3 business days. On Trustpilot, one request made April 14 was not approved until April 28. Other payout reports there list a few hours for 780 AUD and 5 days for 170 AUD.

What withdrawal limits does Zoome Casino set?

C$1,500 per day, C$7,500 per week and C$15,000 per month. Those caps come from the Zoome terms, and Casino Guru lists the same Canadian-dollar figures with no win limit.

AskGamblers disagrees, listing EUR 3,000 per day, EUR 7,000 per week and EUR 20,000 per month. The terms list lower euro caps of €1,000, €5,000 and €10,000. The payments page caps Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, MiFinity and Ecopayz withdrawals at C$1,500. Crypto withdrawals carry their own coin limits.

Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these caps. Zoome Casino lists a 30,000 EUR monthly limit and no daily limit for VIP Bronze. Its FAQ says the top level withdraws without limits. A Trustpilot reviewer with a $4,000 win says they could only take out $1,500 each transaction.

Does Zoome Casino charge payment fees?

No, the casino says it does not. Zoome’s FAQ states no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Its payments page marks every listed method as free, and casino.ca also reports no fees.

Your own bank may still charge you. The terms say intermediary banks may add charges to bank transfers, typically up to €16. Ask your bank about its own charges before you send a transfer.

One fee does exist. Under the terms, an account with no login or gameplay for 12 consecutive months may pay a monthly dormancy fee of €10. The fee comes from the remaining balance. Zoome Casino sets this in its terms, so withdraw spare funds before you step away.

What can delay a Zoome Casino withdrawal?

Mostly identity checks and wagering rules. Zoome’s terms keep a withdrawal pending until verification is complete, and any deposit must be wagered three times before you withdraw it.

The FAQ says checks usually take up to 24 hours, but Zoome Casino’s AML policy allows up to thirty business days. Casino Guru lists a C$300 withdrawal delayed by verification issues.

  • Missing or invalid documents can lead to a closed account and a forfeited balance.
  • The account is locked if the casino cannot reach you within 28 days.
  • Welcome bonuses carry 40 times wagering, with a top bet of 7.5 CAD.
  • AskGamblers lists weekend cashouts as No.
  • Breaking the country rules, including VPN use, can cost you the withdrawal.

What should you do if a Zoome Casino payout stalls?

Contact live chat first, then email. Zoome offers English chat around the clock, and casinos.com says email gets a reply within around 24 hours. AskGamblers and Zoome’s FAQ list the address as support@zoome.casino.

Casino Guru rates the chat Average, with an average response of 2 minutes across 6 tests. Zoome Casino’s reply on Casino Guru says bots handle simple questions and complex ones go to a human agent, so ask for one.

Keep the request date, amount and method ready. If chat and email fail, the terms name the independent ADR body EGIS. Gambling.com prints +44 7831 130268 and Zoome’s FAQ prints +447831130277, so confirm the number in live chat before you use it. Casino Guru and AskGamblers list complaints about Zoome Casino, so check how earlier ones ended.

How do you open a Zoome Casino account?

Check your province first, then register on zoome.casino. Zoome Casino’s terms ban real-money play from Ontario and New Brunswick. Its FAQ says you do not need to verify before you start playing.

No source we checked lists the sign-up form fields, so read each one before you submit. Age rules differ by source: Gambling.com says players must be at least 18 years old, while casinos.com shows a 19+ notice. Check the legal age where you live.

The terms set the minimum deposit at “€20 (or equivalent)”. Zoome’s payments page shows C$20 for Interac and cards, while its homepage table shows 10 CAD. Do not use a VPN to hide your location. The terms say it may lead to confiscation of winnings.

Which documents does Zoome Casino ask for?

A valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. That is the minimum Zoome Casino’s terms list for a withdrawal, and the casino may ask for more.

Casinos.com says the Verify tab asks for a government-issued ID, a selfie and a utility bill, and possibly proof of payment. One Trustpilot reviewer says the site wanted proof of home address, credit card pictures and passport photos. The terms add that the casino may request a phone call as part of KYC.

If long paperwork puts you off, read our page on casinos with light verification. Whichever site you pick, keep your documents ready, because Zoome’s terms keep a withdrawal pending until verification is complete.

When does Zoome Casino ask you to verify?

Zoome Casino can ask at any time. Its FAQ says verification is not required to start playing, and it usually takes up to 24 hours after you submit your documents.

The sources disagree on timing. Zoome’s AML policy says the review may take up to thirty business days after all documents are in. Casinos.com says documents are approved “within a day or two”.

AskGamblers lists a $4,500 complaint, still unresolved, in which a player says KYC was requested only after a withdrawal request. Casino Guru lists a C$300 withdrawal delayed by verification issues. The terms lock the account if the casino cannot reach you within 28 days of the request.

Can you hold two Zoome Casino accounts?

No. Zoome Casino’s terms treat accounts that share the same address, household, IP address or device as duplicates. The casino may close and forfeit them, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate winnings.

The bonus terms go further. Bonuses can be received once per person, account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number and IP address. A partner or family member in your home cannot claim the same bonus again.

Our reviews of 24Casino and Spinaconda show the same company name, Novatrix SRL, and the same licence number 0000002 that Zoome’s terms show. No source we checked says whether accounts at two such casinos count as duplicates, so ask live chat before you sign up at both.

Why can Zoome Casino close an account?

Because the terms give Zoome Casino “sole and final authority” to decide whether you broke a rule. It may suspend or permanently ban you “without prior notice or explanation”.

Closures show up in complaints too. Casino Guru lists a C$12,350 complaint titled “Player’s account has been closed”. AskGamblers lists a resolved €2,400 complaint in which a player says the account was closed after documents were sent.

  • Missing or invalid documents: the terms say the account may be suspended or closed and the balance forfeited.
  • Playing from a restricted country: the terms say the casino may refuse or reverse withdrawals and close accounts.
  • Bonus abuse: the bonus terms call the company’s decision “final and non-negotiable”.

How does Zoome Casino work on a phone?

Through your phone’s browser, with no download. Casino.ca says Zoome Casino is fully optimized for mobile play, and Zoome’s homepage says the platform runs on any device with no download required.

The all-games page shows a bottom menu with Slots, Live, Search and Menu, and says you can play in landscape mode. It also says deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and support all work on mobile.

AskGamblers lists mobile-friendly games among its likes and says players use a mobile browser. Casino.ca lists the missing dedicated app as a con. If you use an Android phone and want to compare other sites, read our page on Android casinos.

Is there a Zoome Casino app to install?

No, not a real one. Casino.ca says there is neither an Android nor an iPhone app, and Zoome’s homepage says a dedicated mobile app is still in development.

The site does show an “Install the app and enjoy” prompt, and its text reads “Coming Soon: Our dedicated mobile app (iOS/Android)”. Casinos.com says that option only adds the mobile site to your display, “a shortcut, not a true app”. AskGamblers says no app is specified on the site.

Gambling.com disagrees with itself: its table says Mobile App N/A, but its text says a Zoome app can be downloaded for Android and iOS. A Google Play listing titled “Zoome Casino” by AKTAS LTD is an arcade game about connecting power plants and cities, not a gambling app.

How easy is the Zoome Casino site to use?

Reasonably easy, judging by the layout. Zoome’s games pages filter by category or search bar, with Provider and Theme filters, a Favourites list and a Random game button.

The top menu runs from All Games and Top Games in Canada through Slots, Hold and Win, New, Recommended and Instant Win. The live menu splits into Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Game Shows and Poker. The side menu links to Lucky Box, the VIP Program, the Loyalty Program and Lucky Spin.

The games page says many games include a demo mode, and a Casino Time clock in UTC sits on the page. AskGamblers lists “limited filtering options in games lobby” as a dislike, so test the filters at Zoome Casino yourself.

Which languages does Zoome Casino offer?

Seven, according to Casino Guru: English, French, German, Italian, Estonian, Finnish and Norwegian. Casino Guru adds that live chat and customer support at Zoome Casino are in English only.

Zoome’s homepage language menu offers EN-Canada, FR-Canada, English, German, Norwegian, Finnish and Italian, plus EN-Australia, EN-New Zealand and EN-Ireland. Estonian does not appear in that menu, so the two sources differ.

French-speaking players can pick FR-Canada. No source we checked says whether the terms and bonus pages exist in French. Open them in that setting before you accept an offer. Write to support in English, because that is the only support language Casino Guru lists.

How do you reach Zoome Casino support?

Zoome Casino support works through live chat, email and WhatsApp. There is no phone line, and casino.ca and Gambling.com both list that as a con.

A Casino Guru reviewer says a bonus or free-spins problem goes to a chatbot first. Zoome’s reply says bots handle simple inquiries while complex queries go to a human agent. Casino Guru’s summary of support reviews counts 14 positive comments and 16 negative ones, with reports of rude staff and long delays.

  • Live chat: English only, according to Casino Guru.
  • Email: support@zoome.casino, listed by AskGamblers and Zoome’s FAQ.
  • WhatsApp: the FAQ gives +447831130277, but Gambling.com prints +44 7831 130268, so check the number first.

What hours does Zoome Casino support keep?

All day and night. Casino Guru’s language table shows live chat available 24/7, and AskGamblers lists Live Chat as 24/7 too. Casinos.com says the same.

Casino Guru rates the chat Average, with an average response time of 2m across 6 tests, the latest on 14 May. Casinos.com says chat replies take five to ten minutes, so the two figures differ. Six tests is a small sample, so treat the figure as a rough indication.

Casinos.com says email gets a reply within around 24 hours. No source we checked states opening hours for WhatsApp, so ask Zoome Casino in chat before you rely on it for something urgent.

How can you take a dispute with Zoome Casino further?

Through EGIS, the independent ADR body named in the terms. Zoome Casino says a dispute not solved internally can go there, and that EGIS operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission.

Start with live chat or email and keep a copy of every message. The terms also say all disputes are resolved exclusively by arbitration in Costa Rica. They add that the casino’s server logs are final and binding in game-result disputes.

No source we checked gives EGIS filing steps. You can read other players’ complaints on Casino Guru, which shows 52 in total, although its text says it found no relevant ones. AskGamblers shows 2, one of them resolved.

Does Zoome Casino run a sportsbook?

No source we checked shows one. Casino Guru lists “Betting” and “eSports betting” among game types, but its text does not say which of them Zoome Casino offers.

The games menu we read has no sports category. Its Instant Win page holds 77 crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, AviaJet by Gamzix and Limbo by TaDa Gaming. Casino Guru’s same list also names slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, keno and scratch cards.

Ask live chat before you deposit if sport betting matters to you. Until the casino confirms it, treat Zoome as a place for slots, table games, live games and crash games.

Which responsible gambling tools does Zoome Casino offer?

Deposit, loss and wager limits, a cooling-off break and self-exclusion. Zoome’s own Responsible Gaming page lists all of these. AskGamblers also marks a time or session limit as available, which that page does not list.

Zoome Casino offers cooling-off periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Fiat deposits are blocked during that time, but you can still withdraw the money left in your balance. Self-exclusion is the longer and stricter step.

AskGamblers marks four tools as missing: Reality Check, Self-Assessment Test, Withdrawal Lock and Self-Exclusion Register Participation. If you want a reminder or a self-test, you will have to rely on the limits instead.

How do you set limits at Zoome Casino?

Pick a deposit, loss or wager limit on Zoome’s Responsible Gaming page, for a day, a week or a month. An increase only takes effect after email confirmation and after the previous limit of the same type expires.

Because an increase must wait for the old limit to end, start low. No source we checked shows where the menu sits at Zoome Casino. Nor do they show the smallest amount you can set or how fast a lower limit starts. Live chat is open 24/7 in English, says Casino Guru.

For the basics that apply at any casino, read our page on setting gambling limits. Then write your first numbers down somewhere safe, and check them against your real spending each month.

How does self-exclusion work at Zoome Casino?

You pick 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely. Zoome’s Responsible Gaming page says the Player Account is then disabled immediately and fiat deposits are blocked. Unlike cooling-off, the page does not say you can still withdraw your balance.

That page names fiat deposits only. No source we checked says whether crypto deposits are blocked, so ask live chat to confirm in writing. Zoome Casino also takes no part in a self-exclusion register, according to AskGamblers.

Casino Guru lists a complaint titled “Player requests refund after casino accepts deposits while self-excluded”, with a disputed amount of €1,610. The listing we read gives no outcome. Our page on casino self-exclusion in Canada covers the wider options.

What does Zoome Casino say about problem gambling help?

Zoome Casino names three outside help groups: Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. They sit on its Responsible Gaming page, next to the limit, cooling-off and self-exclusion tools.

That list names no helpline run by a Canadian province, and no source we checked shows one on the site. AskGamblers also marks the Self-Assessment Test as missing, so there is no quiz for checking your own habits.

Save the helpline for your own province before you play. Live chat can explain the tools at any hour, but it is a support desk and not a counselling service. Casino Guru’s summary of support reviews counts 14 positive and 16 negative comments.

Are Zoome Casino winnings taxed in Canada?

Usually no, if you play for fun. Our tax page says casino winnings are generally not taxable in Canada for recreational players. The law treats them as a windfall, not as income from a source.

Our tax page says a recreational player is treated the same at an offshore casino as at a domestic one, because residence decides. Zoome Casino names a Costa Rican company in its terms, so the same rule applies.

Professional gambling can be taxed as business income, judged by skill, system, intention and conduct. Crypto play can create a capital gain or loss on the coin, and losses are not deductible for recreational players. Our page on tax on casino winnings is general information, not tax advice.

How does Zoome Casino differ from provincial casino sites?

Mainly in who oversees it. Zoome’s own pages cite a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission. Tetra Consultants says that body has jurisdiction over gambling in the Tobique First Nation Territory.

Gambling.com says Canada has not regulated the online casino market except Ontario. It adds that Zoome Casino has not applied for the AGCO licence needed for the Ontario list. Zoome’s terms also bar players in Ontario and New Brunswick.

Complaints follow another route. The terms say a dispute not solved internally can go to EGIS, an ADR body under Tobique rules. They also say all disputes are settled by arbitration in Costa Rica. Look up what your own provincial lottery site offers, then compare.

What are the strongest points of Zoome Casino?

Its best points are strong review-site scores, Interac and crypto banking, and live chat that never closes. Casino Guru gives Zoome a Safety Index of 8.7, classed High, with terms rated Fair and no blacklist hits.

AskGamblers shows Our Rating 7.8/10 and a Player Rating of 8.6/10 from 26 reviews. Zoome Casino also gets a Very good complaints ratio from Casino Guru.

  • The payments page lists Interac deposits from C$20 as free and instant.
  • Zoome’s FAQ says most withdrawals finish within 3 hours, while its terms say it aims for 72 hours after approval.
  • Casino Guru says Gamecheck found no fake games in the sample it checked.

What are the weak points of Zoome Casino?

Mixed player feedback, tight withdrawal limits and unclear ownership. Trustpilot shows 3.1 out of 5 from 116 reviews, and 38% of them give one star.

Zoome Casino’s terms cap cash-outs at C$1,500 a day, C$7,500 a week and C$15,000 a month. AskGamblers lists EUR 3,000, EUR 7,000 and EUR 20,000 instead. Trustpilot reviewers report slow or refused withdrawals.

  • Sources disagree on the owner (Novatrix SRL or Dama N.V.) and the licence (Tobique or Curaçao).
  • Any deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal, and each welcome bonus carries 40x wagering.
  • casino.ca lists no phone support and no dedicated mobile app.
  • Players in Ontario and New Brunswick cannot play for real money.

Which Canadian players suit Zoome Casino best?

Slot players outside Ontario and New Brunswick who want Interac or crypto banking and a big library. Casino Guru lists titles from 124 game providers, while Zoome’s providers page shows 51 logos.

Zoome Casino suits you if a C$1,500 daily withdrawal cap is fine. Expect to send a photo ID and proof of address, and read the bonus terms first. Slots count 100% toward wagering, with some exceptions, and only slots earn Loyalty points.

Bigger spenders get a VIP route: the VIP FAQ says deposits totalling C$2,300 within 24 hours earn Bronze status for 30 days. Bronze brings a personal VIP manager and a monthly withdrawal limit of €30,000.

Who is better off skipping Zoome Casino?

Anyone in Ontario or New Brunswick. Zoome’s terms list both provinces as restricted for real-money play. They also say a VPN used to bypass the rule may lead to confiscation of winnings.

Skip it if you want large, fast withdrawals, phone support or a native app. Zoome Casino limits cash-outs to C$1,500 a day. Both casino.ca and Gambling.com list no phone support, and casino.ca says there is neither an Android nor an iPhone app.

Households with more than one player should think twice: the terms treat a shared address, household, IP address or device as duplicate accounts. Anyone who wants a regulator in their own province should also look elsewhere.

What should you check before a first Zoome Casino deposit?

Check five things before you pay: your province, the web address, the withdrawal limits, the wagering rules and the ID checks.

The real site is zoome.casino. The domains zoome20.casino and zoomecasinos-canada.com are separate look-alikes, and no source we checked ties either one to the same company. A Google Play listing called Zoome Casino is an arcade game from AKTAS LTD, not a casino app.

Zoome Casino’s terms say any deposit must be wagered three times before you can withdraw it. On ID checks, the FAQ says verification takes up to 24 hours, while the AML policy says up to thirty business days.

How do you claim the Zoome Casino welcome offer?

Register on zoome.casino, then deposit at least C$20. The bonus terms give the first offer as 100% up to C$1,500 plus 100 free spins in Elvis Frog in Vegas. The next two deposits get 50% and 100% offers, each up to C$1,125.

Zoome Casino does not require verification to start playing, says its FAQ. You then have 1 day to activate the free spins and 7 days to wager them. The cash bonus needs 40x wagering, and winnings are capped at 10x the bonus.

The First Deposit page says valid for 7 days on its card but 3 days in its terms block. Another review site, casino.ca, lists different amounts and 50x wagering. No source we checked shows the activation step, so ask live chat.

Is Zoome Casino worth joining?

Yes, but only on conditions. Casino Guru rates Zoome Casino’s safety High at 8.7 and AskGamblers rates it 7.8/10. Trustpilot, though, shows 3.1 out of 5 from 116 reviews.

Join if you live outside Ontario and New Brunswick and can live with C$1,500 daily withdrawals and 40x bonus wagering. You must also accept that sources disagree on the owner (Novatrix SRL or Dama N.V.) and the licence (Tobique or Curaçao).

Skip it if any of those is a dealbreaker. Remember too that casino.ca says Zoome Casino is no longer featured in its top rankings. If you join, start with a small deposit and a limit already set.
